Since wisdom itself is naturally perfect, this is a particularly violated and immature great samaya. Without concealment, like heretical outsiders, manifesting nine appearances, villages, proclaiming in villages, and the inner and outer empowerments and the guru's seal, not to mention merely mentioning the name, giving empowerment to those who have not received it, this is a violation and contradiction, even greater than the former, belonging to the great samaya. Those who are not vessels, no matter how taught, cannot understand the true meaning of the mind, but instead slander it, as the teaching says, not even a word should be said, and no matter how violated, and causing others to gather demons, creating obstacles, to those who proclaim and rejoice in these meanings, then both the guru and the servant violate the samaya, the fruit is completely cut off, belonging to the great samaya. If one realizes that one has violated the samaya and repents, and then strictly guards it, one can confess to the wise, but if one deeply believes that one has violated it and delights in those who are not vessels, then it has exceeded the limit of remedy. From the king of all great samayas, the Samaya Collection Tantra, the twenty-ninth chapter of the teaching of the heart essence of Samantabhadra. Therefore, the great Bodhisattva's samaya is the birthplace of all Buddhas, the collection of all views, the peak of all practices, the ultimate of all activities, the essence of all instructions, the spontaneous accomplishment of all realizations, the heart essence of all Buddhas of the three times, the life of all yogis, the life of the inner and outer dakinis. If this life is gone, then the Dharmakaya will also be destroyed, let alone others? Naragate Harahano. If one has not violated and has not passed away, it is the most auspicious of auspiciousness. If one strives for this, then the great bliss of Bodhicitta is spontaneously accomplished. If one throws the samaya behind one's back, then there will be no fruit at all times, and the abyss is eternal. This great samaya is the mind samaya of all Buddhas, the samaya of dakinis and consorts, the summer samaya of all yogis, the head of the Buddha, or the dance of the tsok, the oath of the yogi, the life of limitless beings, thus it is said, the Buddha of the Buddhas.

Dwelling in vast power, it is the wisdom hero. Abiding as the slayer of slayers, it is Vajrayakta (Tibetan: བཛྲ་ཡཀྟ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रयक्त, Sanskrit Romanization: vajrayakta, meaning Vajra Union). Being the master of life upon life, it is Citta Samaya (Tibetan: ཙིསྟ་ས་མ་ཡ, Sanskrit Devanagari: चित्तसमय, Sanskrit Romanization: cittasamaya, meaning Mind Vow). If the sacred vow is not broken, even without engaging in any diligent practice or activity, all phenomena appearing as deities will manifest from the space of unborn Dharma-nature, without even a particle of dust being transcended. All aggregates, elements, sense bases, and consciousnesses will manifest in the mandala of deities, without even a particle of dust being transcended in terms of "I," "mine," direction, or category. The deity Citta (Tibetan: ཙིསྟ, Sanskrit Devanagari: चित्त, Sanskrit Romanization: citta, meaning Mind), the wisdom hero, will manifest in the mandala filled with body symbols, without birth, death, change, or transcendence. Life, channels, and breath will not transcend the Buddha, as no antidote can stand against severing the obstacles to the body of Vajrayakta (Tibetan: བཛྲ་ཡཀྟ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रयक्त, Sanskrit Romanization: vajrayakta, meaning Vajra Union). The mind of enlightenment, originally Samantabhadra, becomes enlightened in great bliss, without even the name of samsara or lower realms, and does not transcend the acceptance or rejection of good or bad, great or small. All phenomena of the three realms of samsara are originally established in a vast manner, and therefore do not transcend. Thus, even if one seeks disharmony or perversion in this sacred object, one will not transcend. It is not a fault to diligently practice within such a sacred object, because whatever is sought or practiced, not even a tiny particle of dust is wasted, but the intention and conduct of the Buddha increase in an inconceivable manner. Even a fraction of a particle of dust is far from being comparable to the enjoyment of a hundred, a thousand, ten thousand, or a hundred thousand of Indra, the lord of gods, because it does not transcend the great merit beyond expression. Even if one performs a momentary act of benefit, all of samsara will be emptied in an instant, and the power of all becoming Buddhas is such that even the Buddhas of the ten directions and three times, dwelling like dust on a single dust particle, cannot approach or transcend one-tenth or one-hundredth. Similarly, all phenomena that have become the nature of that great vow are not merely the exercise of power to desire as one pleases. Even if the mind does not focus, it will naturally manifest as a great king of qualities like a wish-fulfilling jewel. Neither example, part, nor number can be close, even if Samantabhadra is determined, because in the space of complete non-transcendence.
