Like a spotless mirror, various forms and appearances arise in the presence of those to be tamed. From the blessing of being free from the seed of non-appearance, all appearances arise like a wish-fulfilling jewel. Whatever distinctions of vehicles are spoken of, are named through such views and practices. The three vehicles are named by connecting means and wisdom. The four vehicles are named by great means. The one vehicle is named by single wisdom. Connecting means and wisdom is sufficient for that vehicle. If one knows this supreme and sacred vehicle, there is no need to exert effort and rely on other vehicles. If one knows the meaning of this single definitive truth, it is the best of learning and the best of liberation. Therefore, sever attachments through learning. Those who do not strive for this meaning and do not abandon learning, etc., will not be liberated from the demon of ignorance and conceptualization. Not perfecting this meaning, not fearing the path of karma. Not accomplishing this meaning, falling into the lower realms in the future. How is Dzogchen shown to be complete? Entering here, entering all doors, one becomes complete. Just by abiding in the state of equality of Samantabhadra, it is complete in the non-duality of samsara and nirvana. The Four Noble Truths are completed in the path of the Shravakas. The meaning of dependent origination is also completed in the path of the Pratyekabuddhas. The generation of Bodhicitta of the Bodhisattvas is completed in that. The ten Paramitas and five paths are completed in that. The progression of abiding in one, all the Bhumis are completed. Entering all Mandalas, the great empowerment of awareness is completed. Inviting and dissolving the Mandala of deities is completed in that. Offerings, etc., that please the noble ones are completed. Vows and Samayas are completed in that. Confession and purification of faults are completed in that. Aspirations that ripen well are completed in that. The fruits of Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and Bodhisattvas are completed. The five Kayas of the Buddhas, difficult to attain, are completed in that. The wisdom of omniscient knowledge is completed in that. Whether there is a cause or not, it is for enjoying the fruit. Therefore, all Dharmas are complete, hence it is Dzogchen. Dzogchen is cherished for placing those below. There is not even a name for complete and incomplete. Thus it was said. From "The Definitive Understanding of Bodhicitta," the seventh chapter: "The Wise, Liberating the Lineage, and Gathering the Doors." Then, Bodhisattva Samantabhadra spoke this, accomplishing the meaning through instructions and gathering the meaning of the Sutras. O Bodhisattva Vajra, listen well! Showing the signs of familiarizing with and realizing the nature of reality.

Pa. Small attachment and no clinging to anything. The unchanging clarity of the unerring essence of the primordial ground. The great sign exists, and other signs are not lacking. Clairvoyance, miraculous powers, strength, and prophecy. Arise, there is no certainty about them, they are the actions of others. In a state of equanimity, abandon mistakes and obscurations in this way. Going nowhere, staying like a person. Not looking, not meditating, not acting, not guarding. When abiding in the uncontrived state of Ati. The way of abiding, such as Ogmin, will not be mistaken. Subdue all demons in this way with equanimity. Like a woman protected by a brave householder. If you do not stray from faith in the treasure of equanimity. However many demons, obstacles, and apparitions there may be. Do not seek faults, and even if you seek, there is no use. Why is Dzogchen taught without acceptance or rejection? There is no acceptance or rejection in abiding in complete purity. The method of liberation without abandoning Dzogchen is taught. There is no accomplishment through completion in a single thigle. If you seek, you will be confused; if you do not seek and leave it, it is meaningful. Without practice or abandonment, it is perfected and liberated through skillful means. Knowing that there is no inherent nature, you cannot produce results. Without effort, it is naturally liberated by being seized through skillful means. Ati teaches the method of completion without practice. Knowing that there is no inherent nature, it is not accomplished. By abiding in one through skillful means, it will be accomplished. For example, it is like grasping the essence of a peacock. Therefore, Dzogchen is without action or seeking. Like the fruit of the jackfruit ripening. Without effort to make it medicine. If you know the instructions in this way, all purposes will be accomplished. The ten extremes of what is taught are the single thigle. The thigle is the chief of all dharmas, it is just like that. Because it is truly and unerringly determined, it is called "le." The thigle gathers everything with the sound of fruit. The meaning of gathering is the single thigle of all things as one. Not clinging to the single thigle is the limit of accomplishment. Vajrasattva, listen now too. The ten extremes of what is to be learned are bodhicitta itself. The ten extremes of what is to be learned arise from bodhicitta. This is also taught as four ways of returning to the mind. The way bodhicitta abides is the expanse of primordial great accomplishment. Since there is no accomplishment in it, it is like space. Being free from action and seeking, it does not depend on others. The way it arises is like the light of the sun and moon, it cannot be stopped. Clear seeing of wisdom, after distinguishing the differences of the vehicles. The place of error is cut off by force, the cliff is cut off in space. The way it is, without an object of focus, in the vast realm of dharmata. Inverted reality
