The third chapter, showing the merits of breaking. Then Vajrasattva asked the King of Secret Wisdom, "O Bhagavan, King of Secret Wisdom, how should I practice this meaning in the future?" After this request, the Bhagavan replied, "Vajrasattva, listen! This meaning is explained in the oral instructions. Those who wish to practice this meaning should go to a great solitary place, cut off external and internal connections, and on the nature of their own body's bliss, balance the seven dharmas and the five elements. First, place the mind in ordinary consciousness. Without fabrication or alteration, in the true nature of reality, without abandoning the objects seen and heard, abide in suchness. Hold the mind when thoughts have not yet arisen, and bind it firmly with the rope of mindfulness. In this, non-conceptual wisdom will arise. If the mind wanders, then fix the mind on the wandering itself, and exert intense effort. If the mind does not wander, then without distraction, meditate intensely on it. The measure should be in accordance with one's own capacity, and in general, meditate for a short time. If the uncomfortable mind wanders, then either stand up and break it, or throw it into the expanse of space, or hide it in the realm of reality. If the mind does not wander, then first generate non-conceptual wisdom. At that time, there is no conceptual thought. Subdue it there with the power of signs. Then, the essence arises in this way: there is no attachment to various appearances, the unaltered nature of reality is unshaken, the outer and inner worlds are the realm of reality, and wisdom without affirmation or negation is clear. The moment of clarity itself is the Dharmakaya. Whatever coarse or subtle thoughts arise, view them as self-arisen. Arising and gathering are also suchness, like clouds dissolving in the sky. Do not generate conceptual thoughts; wisdom is inexpressible. Thus, the yogi who realizes this harmonizes the outer objects and the five elements, cuts off the inner breath, and arrives at the meaning of non-fabrication and reality. The wisdom of bliss is difficult to express, attachment to the outer and inner is very small, the five poisons are gradually cut off, and it is equal to the five desires. Since there is no attachment to anything, one takes and abandons without attachment. All is equal in the realm of reality, and since there is no suffering or happiness, it is extremely blissful. Others also arise in this way,

The magical displays of the eight demons, and, prophecies are respected, circumambulating and reciting mantras, whatever good or bad thoughts arise, it is said to be a sign of one's own nature. Thus it is said. From the Great Perfection Wisdom Secret Tantra, the fourth chapter, which shows the first actions. Then, to the Bhagavan Wisdom Secret King, Vajrasattva said this: Please explain the wisdom Dharmakaya, and, please explain the meaning of cutting off the cliff of the six realms. After hearing these words of request, the wisdom perfect one said: Listen, chief Vajrasattva. What is called the Dharmakaya, the imprints of virtue and vice, and, the knowledge of arising later from afflictions, and, the knowledge that follows objects, with thoughts, the Dharmakaya is obscured, therefore it is samsara. Not becoming those three, one's own nature is the Dharmakaya. The five wisdoms free from grasping thoughts, realizing that is equal to all the victorious ones. Walking, sleeping, sitting, desiring is the realm of Dharma, abiding in that, one realizes the nature of Dharma. Thus it is said. Cutting off the cliff of the six realms is, non-duality and cause agreeing, and, cutting off with the power of the antidote. The suffering of hunger and thirst of the pretas, is also, the nature of Vajrasattva. When the emanation of mind arises, what can hunger and thirst harm? The suffering of heat and cold of hell, is also, the Wisdom Secret King himself. There is no suffering of hell there. Therefore hell is the Dharmakaya. The place where animals dwell in foolishness, the great lamp of self-aware wisdom. Although there is no obscuration there, ignorance itself is clear wisdom. Discomfort and suffering, because happiness and suffering agree in cause, the Wisdom Secret I have spoken. The suffering of fighting of the asuras, is also, the self-born wisdom Dharmakaya. In the great peace of wisdom, jealousy and suffering are naturally empty. The suffering of the fall of the gods, the place of falling is the Dharmakaya Samantabhadra. In the nature of Samantabhadra there is no place to fall. In general, the five afflictions themselves, also truly appear in the play of wisdom. There is no suffering of afflictions there. The five afflictions themselves are the supreme enlightenment, suffering is the great bliss enjoyment. The six kinds of beings are originally Buddhas. Thus it is said. From the Great Perfection Wisdom Secret Tantra, showing the Dharmakaya and
