Inner purity destroys dualistic grasping. The wise divide liberation into three parts. Three characteristics are established. The characteristic of appearance is self-appearance. The characteristic of reality is no arising. Consciousness, if it grasps duality, should be known as the characteristic of delusion. Do not block appearance, leave it in its own state. Reality has neither arising nor ceasing. Consciousness's movement is without mind, cut off elaboration. Introduce oneself in the three mandalas. Appearance is in the mandala of dharma. Self-liberation, self-enlightenment, self-recognition. Moving thoughts, consciousness, and memories, are spontaneous, naturally clear, without grasping. Impartial, clear, and pure, release slowly. This ground-of-all, clear light, dharma nature, is pure, inconceivable. In the great mandala, recognize oneself. The three times are reversed from time. By reversing from the past time, there is no abiding of past attachments and habits. By reversing from the present mind, there is no grasping or fixation on it. By reversing from the future part, there is no ordinary indifference or darkness. Practice with the three methods of reversal. Seal with the three absences. The ground is unborn. Mind, consciousness, memory, and movement are absent. Appearances and existence, all phenomena, are without distinction. Seal all phenomena with this. Primordial purity, wisdom, great clear light, is the direct experience of all Buddhas. It dispels the darkness of ignorance of beings. Genuine wisdom, naturally clear, reveals the supreme great wisdom. It emerges from the womb of the five gates of ignorance. By completely destroying the net of existence, it is the supreme place of liberation and peace. From the edge of samsara, it goes to the other shore. Activities are completed, carried to the end. Form, etc., are inseparable, the dharmakaya. Although appearing, it is insubstantial like a mirror. Object and mind are non-dual, remain in their own state. Whoever realizes this attains nirvana, free from hope. The supreme one who dwells in self-abiding, without hope, for the individual with dull faculties, all are deluded and deceptive dharmas. Because of the emptiness of insubstantial nature, do not grasp at attachment and aversion. Having taught thus, by practicing, delusion ceases and wisdom arises. In the bardo of existence, the method of realization is perfected. From the Tantra of the Stacked Lamps, the fifth chapter, Cutting Delusion at the Root, is complete. Then, the Pure Nature Youth asked Primordial Samantabhadra, "This self-recognition of the supreme bodhicitta, by what means and how is it realized?" Having asked thus, the teacher instructed the retinue, "Realization"

Though realization and non-realization are non-dual, To enable those of lesser intellect to easily understand, I will explain the essential instructions, the profound key. This instruction, the pinnacle of the nine vehicles, Cannot arise from elsewhere, it is impossible for it to arise. Letting go of effort and free from thought, remain naturally, Without thinking or straying from anything. Without focusing on or grasping anything, Whatever arises is naturally clear and blissful. Whatever arises, release it without attachment to its own place, Without any affirmation, negation, distinction, or separation. Awareness suddenly arises and dissolves into its place of origin. Great bliss is without thought and without movement. Awareness is unobstructed and transparent. Without mental fabrication, appearances and The self-appearing senses are the mind of the Victorious Ones. Even the illusion of wrong seeing, Is awakened from illusion and passes into nirvana. Realization is the only Buddha, Non-realization is sentient beings. Primordially pure, the genuine body, Unborn wisdom, the essence of purity. Know the intention of non-action, non-thought. Thus it was said. From the Tantra of the Stacked Lamps. The Sixth Chapter, Showing the Instructions for Realization. Then, the young boy Clear Essence asked: If one realizes the primordial nature, Kuntuzangpo, how will one attain the result? The Teacher addressed the assembly: Although there is no attainment or non-attainment, I will explain it to generate joy in those of lesser intellect. All of you, the assembly, listen attentively without distraction. The essence of the heart is the sphere of the Mother, The clear space is the clarity of the Son. The self-born Son in the heart of the essence, The rays of its radiance not scattered, dissolves into the Mother. Mother and Son recognize each other, and one is primordially enlightened. The self-nature, unborn Dharmakaya, The essence, unceasing Sambhogakaya, The compassion, non-dual Nirmanakaya, The qualities, inseparable Svabhavikakaya, The activity, spontaneously liberated, the complete Vajrakaya. It is said that recognizing the primordial is attainment. Without knowing that it is primordially present, One hopes to attain it, with doubt and hesitation. Knowing the ground, one can reach the primordial place. From self-nature, essence, and compassion, Effortlessly, spontaneously, compassion arises. The realms of karma are exhausted. The afflictions, without being removed, are completely purified. One transcends the great ocean of samsara. The net of existence is cut in its own place. The three realms are self-purified, without a place of birth. Liberated from birth and death, the Lord of Vajra. In a moment of supreme wisdom, One realizes all dharmas, unmixed and completely. In that very moment, one becomes a fully enlightened Buddha. One does not abide in nirvana, accomplishing the benefit of others. Thus it was said. From the Tantra of the Stacked Lamps. The Seventh Chapter, Showing How to Attain the Result.
