国王谕示道：大菩萨，一切秘密之法的誓言是，譬如大国王的律法，秘密而神圣，若由有智慧的大臣来执行，所有心愿和想法都能圆满实现，国家也会变得安乐幸福。如果大臣愚钝，不能好好执行国王的律法，一切都会毁灭，遭受痛苦和折磨。因此，所有这些秘密，都应由具有因缘和福分，堪为法器的金刚上师和弟子们，秘密地守护和妥善地运用。对于一切秘密，都要像对待神灵和龙族头顶上的珍宝一样珍视和尊敬；要像爱护眼珠一样珍惜和关爱；要像身体和影子一样不离不弃；要像守护心门一样严密保守；要像头顶燃火一样精进修持；要像端庄的处女一样谨慎行事；要像保护命脉和心脉一样守护不离；要像隐藏男女的性器官一样隐秘；要像对待世代相传的宝藏一样珍重教诲和口诀；要将从佛语中流出的窍诀，像甘露一样铭记于心。如果这样，密咒的根本就像黄金一样珍贵，可以随心所欲地使用；秘密的果实就像肥沃田地的庄稼一样茁壮成长；秘密的力量就像珍宝一样涌现；所有邪恶的方面都会像用针刺脓疮一样被清除；一切障碍都会像飞蛾扑火一样被摧毁；所有恶趣轮回的痛苦都会像黑暗中升起的太阳一样被驱散；一切执着和分别念都会像灰尘一样被拂去；所有颠倒的见解都会像稻穗成熟一样变得美好；所有心中所想都会像愿望之王的净土一样实现。因此，秘密誓言的妥善运用，会带来无尽的加持。萨玛雅品中，不违背秘密誓言而修持的功德之章，第二十二章结束。大菩萨，末法时期，不善于守护和传播这些秘密誓言，因为往昔的瑜伽士

The king proclaimed: Great Bodhisattva, the samaya of all secret dharmas is like this: For example, if a wise minister seeks the secret and sacred laws of a great king, all his wishes and thoughts will be fulfilled, and the kingdom will become peaceful and happy. But if the minister is foolish and does not properly enforce the king's laws, everything will be ruined, and there will be suffering and torment. Therefore, all these secrets must be kept secret and used properly by the Vajra Master and disciples who have the karma and fortune to be vessels. All secrets must be treated with the same reverence and respect as the precious jewels on the heads of gods and nagas; cherished and loved like the pupils of one's eyes; inseparable like body and shadow; kept secret and hidden like guarding the gate of the heart; practiced like one's head is on fire; acted with caution like a virtuous maiden; protected and inseparable like the life force and heart pulse; hidden and concealed like the sexual organs of male and female; teachings and instructions should be treated like an eternal treasure; listen to the instructions and oral teachings that come from the Buddha's words, and hold them in your mind like nectar. If so, the root of mantra is as precious as gold, and can be used as you wish; the fruit of secrecy grows like crops in a fertile field; the power of secrecy arises like a precious jewel; all wrong views will be like touching a boil with a cauterizing iron; all obstacles will be destroyed like moths flying into a fire; all the suffering of samsara will be dispelled like the sun rising in the darkness; all attachments and discriminations will be removed like dust being wiped away; all inverted views will become as perfect as ripe rice; all that is meditated in the mind will be like the pure land of the King of Aspirations. Therefore, the proper use of secret vows brings endless blessings. From the Samayapada, the chapter on the benefits of practicing the secret vows without error, the twenty-second chapter ends. Those who possess the proper qualities should examine the vessel and then teach, but do not teach those who do not have the vessel. The secret Tara practice, after sealing with hand mudras, those yogis who desire worldly pleasures buy and sell and flaunt the profound meaning of secret mantras in places such as Oddiyana, Nepal, and Kashmir. Furthermore, in places such as Tibet, those who are mostly ignorant also leak secrets due to their desire for gold and other wealth. Among them, some are able to keep secrets, are good at practicing, and eventually attain accomplishment. However, most careless yogis who do not keep secrets, desiring worldly fame, do not choose vessels and widely explain to everyone, proclaiming and selling, leading to many people not practicing according to the Dharma, and secrets being leaked, the fault of which is: all secrets lose their power and blessings. Not acting according to the teachings reduces the opportunity to obtain the fruits of higher realms, and increases the opportunity to fall into lower realms. The fault of using sadhana and activities indiscriminately, without considering the vessel, time, and place, is: it leads to quarrels and discord, being defiled by sins, damaging the senses such as the eyes, fierce actions cannot be completed, descending upon oneself, and many people losing their lives because of it. Similarly, the actions of Tara's union practice, if not held by view and samadhi, will be the same. In the degenerate age, the teacher who is jealous suspects that his virtuous companions will surpass him. If the disciple violates his own teachings, obstructs and harms others, the fault is: it leads to strife, creates discord, wisdom cannot arise, and the obstacles to gathering are very great. In the degenerate age, the deceiver, for the sake of sound and fame, falsely promises a large number of Dharma activities. They desire to offer with definite meaning and teachings, hoping that the rituals of activities can be perfected, but due to many impractical forced studies, they explain with their own ignorant wisdom, using many empty debates to pretend to understand the secret meaning, and are self-righteous when teaching. The listeners also deeply believe in this, desire and generate feelings.
