Transcending (all). Not gradually, but suddenly clear. The path of non-conceptual liberation. Without practice or effort, clear in awareness. Without intention, free from the joy of samadhi. Cutting through the net of grasping. Like a burning golden wheel. Though revolving everywhere, it merges into the dharmadhatu. Naturally accomplished, so there is no effort. Awareness without object, free from seeing. Awareness without going, complete in one. Self-manifest, not meditating according to scriptures. Primordially pure, so no purification of obscurations. Self-being awareness, not seeking external objects. In the mind-essence of unabandoned awareness. There is no dharma of negation or affirmation. In the mandala of the Great Perfection. There is no duality of entering and not entering. Because there is no dharma to be practiced or attained. Therefore, unite the Tini wheel with awareness. Because Buddha and sentient beings are non-dual. Therefore, not invited, but primordially abiding. Acting without going, without attachment. Therefore, it is called the ground of the Lotus Eye. The very nature of all dharmas. Possessing all aspects, yet empty in essence. All dharmas without exception. When uniting with non-dual awareness. Because it is understood, there is no distraction. In the primordially awakened mind-essence. Cause and effect are inseparable, abiding as one. Transcending words and letters. Therefore, all phenomena are primordially enlightened. The bindu without seeking abides in its own state. Naturally pure by nature. In the mandala that is pure like space. No object, no abiding, the dharmadhatu. No going or coming, no abiding in anything. The dharmas of samsara and nirvana. Unfabricated, just as it is. Self-knowing awareness is separate from objects. It is called just as it is. The dharmadhatu of awareness without appearance. From the beginning, it has transcended the object of focus. Because it has transcended action, there is nothing to do. Because it has transcended sound, name, and words. Therefore, it has transcended all expressions. Wisdom, free from signs, the dharmadhatu. Not abiding anywhere, not abiding at the end. The mandala of Vajra radiant light. Has transcended the words of form, speech, and signs. The unborn, self-arisen mandala. The self-arisen wheel is free from signs." So it was said. From the Tantra of the Fish Wheel. The seventh chapter, the chapter on the Wisdom Wheel without Signs. Then again, the Bodhisattva Vajra Essence. Said this to Glorious Samantabhadra: "In the distinction of self-arisen awareness. If there is no bestowal or attainment. How is the empowerment of the stages? The assembled gathering."

To that, he spoke well. Thus it was reported. Then, the glorious Samantabhadra Buddha, residing in what is called the 'Wheel of Awareness, the Utter Transcendence of Wisdom,' spoke these words: Since it is free from the cause of delusion and does not abide, there is no samsara or nirvana. Since conceptual signs do not abide, samsara is the very ground of primordial Buddhahood. Since Buddha and sentient beings are non-dual, the vajra activity of benefiting beings is free from effort. Since the power of awareness pervades all, there is no need for empowerment, exertion, or attainment of power. In the primordial power of the king of awareness, through the distinction of imparting symbolic meaning, like a precious illuminating lamp, the lineage of the ear-whispered royal method, self-luminous without empowerment. In the self-abiding, clear nature of mind, understand through awareness itself, just as it is. The nature of all phenomena is such that if it is not mind itself, phenomena do not abide. In the meaning of non-duality and oneness, there is no phenomenon of 'is' or 'is not.' In the self-sovereignty of vajra awareness, it is free from the dharma of 'empowerment and attainment.' In the unadulterated essence of one's own mind, it is free from all entering and not entering. Through the distinction of substance and samadhi, in the great, primordially existent, self-born state, what distinction of exertion is shown? All those are the path of conceptual samsara. If there is no meaning of the royal method of awareness, then the power of one's own ground is not brought to completion. That path of exertion has no liberation. The power of attachment binds everything. That way of error causes one to fall into samsara. If one does not possess the secret means, then one does not see the meaning of self-abiding awareness. In the secret self-sovereignty without empowerment, that place of error of empowerment and exertion, likewise, by being without means, not knowing the absence of empowerment is an obscuration. Clearly distinguishing the boundaries of error and obscuration, in the essence of self-born enlightenment, without distraction, abide in self-abiding awareness. The three realms, the three existences, are a single bindu. There is no elaboration, no gathering, no distraction. Through the distinction of the secret royal method, self-born awareness is naturally clear. In the wheel of all-secret, the mandala of entering is clear through experience. Whatever it is, whoever it may be, everything is in the great bindu, without error or obscuration through the clarity of great bliss. In the self-nature that is primordially complete, what difference is there in seeking? Like the rays of the sun and the moon, primordially unaccumulated, spontaneously perfect. The distinction of the power of awareness is also, through the ways of ground, path, and result, if there is no distinction in reality, then they appear separately in the face of thought. Ye!
