Sa. There is no conceptual thought in the mind. Even enlightenment is just a word, not understanding the distinction of what it represents. How can signs, characteristics, and verbal paths be used? For the essence of meaning, there are no characteristics. It is free from extremes, supreme, and without beginning or end. Because there are no categories, the essence of reality is emptiness. When all is perfected in one, the vajra essence is the teaching of perfection. In the bindu, the essence of all gathered, radiating and gathering, it is separate from all. The practice of self-arisen means is that whatever is, is just as it is. That very reality is the secret path, the true realm of non-arising and non-ceasing. Self-arisen awareness has no object; if it enters, it is corrupted. In the spontaneously arisen clear light, there is no practice of marking the three times. In the bindu of essential awareness, grasping and fixation are completely severed. Wisdom is clear, free from bias and without direction. Forms and other objects of the senses appear as such due to the power of designation. Due to the power of sudden conceptualization, self-illumination is obscured by a veil of darkness. In the essence of reality, free from characteristics, there is no dharma that represents conceptualization. Sovereign awareness is beyond words and thoughts. The characteristic-free Samantabhadra is all-pervading, the basis of all, and completely clear. The basis of all qualities, such as the six, is all perfected in one awareness. The practice of benefiting beings through skillful means is also without action because it is delusion. In the essence where there is no searching, the dharmakaya itself is also a verbal path. Subtle and without objects for the senses, it transcends the realm of conceptual practice and characteristics. The very nature of unbornness is the limit of birth; in that meaning, those do not exist. From the pure essence of the Buddha, the middle and extremes are invisible, transcending realization. Persons and dharmas are without self, emptiness and wisdom are spontaneously accomplished. The realm of mind's activity is completely pacified, without beginning or end, free from elaboration. It is the very nature of being gathered in suchness, the path of essential meaning that sees the unborn. It abides in the wind of uncreated awareness, spontaneously accomplished without searching. The three jewels are in the state of one awareness, free from all extremes, middle, base, and root. The secret essence is the primordial path, called the meaning of abiding in its own nature. Because it is spontaneously accomplished without searching, it enters the realm free from effort and action. All dharmas are completely pure in their own nature, unseen, unborn, without birth or cessation. In the emptiness of the vajra essence, saying it is illusion or not illusion, in the meaning free from extremes, is it an extreme or an effort?

Da. Therefore, that meaning cannot be expressed. Bodhi's selflessness is suchness. Not abiding, not focusing, beyond thought. Whoever sees the unborn essence, Not seeing is the path of seeing. Having seen, there is no need to seek, spontaneously accomplished. Thus it is said. From the Fish Mother Wheel Tantra, The sixth chapter, which teaches that wisdom is separate from the realm of action. Thereafter, Bodhisattva Vajragarbha requested the meaning of the wheel of the collection of all dharmas, and asked as follows: In the essence of the collection of all dharmas, If the aspect of the wheel does not abide, How can the wheel be represented? Please explain it definitively. Thus he asked. Thereafter, the glorious Samantabhadra spoke of this formless wheel. All dharmas are without object, That itself is the essence of meaning, Unborn, beyond words, abiding in meaning. The wheel is where suchness abides, Unceasing, possessing a symbolic wheel. That unborn, self-born mandala, Unseen, wisdom is clear in the realm. The nature of the non-abiding mind, Is the unmade secret mandala. The uncreated wheel abides in the center, Even the three bodies have no form. The essence of the Buddhas of the three times, Is free from the terms center and wheel. The three realms, container and contents, are limitless, It is the mandala of the mind of enlightenment. Attachment, hatred, and ignorance, As well as pride and great jealousy, The nature of self-born mind itself, Is the mandala of supreme essence. If one does not even see the Dharmakaya itself, The form body mandala is a path of delusion. In the clarity of primordial samadhi, The three bodies are free from all signs. In the primordial signless dharmata, The path of confusion between peaceful and wrathful ones. In the peaceful supreme mandala, The thorn of signs does not appear. In the dharmata of primordial Buddhahood, What increase is there to be done now? In the uncreated, spontaneously accomplished mandala, If one makes a mandala of sequential generation, In the good mother, the mother's mandala, Container and palace are free from action. In the unobstructed, self-born wisdom, How can one not think of the samadhi mandala? In the uncreated wisdom mandala, There is no distinction between body, speech, and mind mandala. Non-dual bindu, immeasurable light, In the dharmadhatu where truth and falsehood are both extinguished, The duality of perception, delusion, and language are cut off. Since there is no dharma that can be produced, All streams of effort cease.
