The mandala of is the body of the noble one. From the blessings of the pure Dharmadhatu of the Great Vairocana, with equality of deity and self, even if the wisdom of Samaya appears as a deity, it is like a minister without a kingdom. Now listen to the essence of the Gathering again. By scrutinizing the Lama meaninglessly, even if you entrust your mind to the one with an object, you will not be liberated, just like grasping at the sky. From the Great Perfection Definitive Meaning Gathering, the twenty-ninth chapter, which shows the view of the Outer Tantra Vehicle. Then, to the assembled retinue, the All-Knowing Teacher said: Samsara and Nirvana are originally Buddha. Whatever mental thoughts arise, they do not become characterized objects, like hailstones in the sky. Now listen to the essence of the Gathering again. Because it does not abide in the middle of existence and non-existence, the three bodies of wisdom are spontaneously accomplished. The field and mind are considered to be inseparable. Therefore, it is the basis of the two truths being non-dual. Now listen to the essence of the Gathering again. The order of the path is that, having entered the gate of skillful means and wisdom, by meditating on the deity with the three samadhis, it is like transforming a shadow into a form. Now listen to Vajrasattva again. All created dharmas, without exception, are all, the union of mind and Alaya. In the pure space of Alaya, whatever conceptualization and characteristics are practiced, it is like the effortless movement of the sun, moon, and stars in the sky. Kuntu Zangpo (Samantabhadra) Great Bliss is the chief of skillful means. Kuntu Zangpo's non-dual palace, without gathering or scattering, is the Dharmakaya. Great Bliss non-duality is the play of awareness. Because the definite secret gate is not known, even practicing Kuntu Zangpo's conduct does not realize the meaning, just like the sun being obscured by clouds. Now listen to the essence of the Gathering again. The nature of mind, which is without effort, is transformed by the power of thought, and becomes distracted in the ocean of Samsara. It appears that way to the ignorant. From the Great Perfection Definitive Meaning Gathering, the thirtieth chapter, which shows the generation stage and the completion stage. Then, for the benefit of the assembled retinue, Vajrasattva, with a truthful mind, requested the All-Knowing Self-Arisen Teacher, saying: The general Ati Great Perfection, how are all dharmas gathered into the mind? How is the view of the mind's desire mistaken? How is one's own mind not the definitive meaning? Please explain, All-Knowing Teacher. Having heard the meaning of this request

Then, the assembled retinue was addressed: "In the mind, all phenomena are one; the phenomena of samsara, nirvana, and transcendence are the realm of two illusions. Although conceptual thoughts and wisdom are different, the nature of the mind is inherently one. Again, Vajrasattva, listen! This is an example illustrating that very nature: like clouds, rainbows, mist, and various manifestations of the elements, they are of one taste in the sky. The differences and characteristics of objects are conceived by one's own mind. Therefore, all phenomena, internal and external, are one in the mind because they have no lineage. This is the thirty-first chapter, 'Showing that all Phenomena are Gathered in the Mind,' from the Great Perfection Definitive Meaning Gathering. Then, to the assembled retinue, he spoke about the wandering of the mind's desires: 'Because the mind obscures the Dharmakaya, in the bardo between samsara and nirvana, if one does not know how to cut off the beginning and end, one will not be liberated from birth, aging, sickness, and death, like a merchant without a guide. In the bardo between birth and death, if one does not recognize the Dharmakaya, the darkness of ignorance will never dawn, like a dark room without a lamp. Again, Vajrasattva, listen! In the bardo between object and mind, if one does not know how to cut off the wandering place, one will not be able to turn away from the dangers of affliction, like a female bear caught in a snare. In the bardo between equipoise and post-equipoise, if one does not know how to remain inseparable, view and meditation will not be able to accomplish their purpose, like a spring of water dried up by drought. In the bardo of existence, if one does not know when enlightenment will occur, the two form bodies will not be able to arise, like a precious jewel lost in the mud. In the bardo of self-other disputes, if there is no crucial point of essential words, one will not surpass other vehicles, like a minister defeated on the battlefield. Again, listen to the essence of the gathering! These are the faults of not having instructions. Because the root of the mind is ignorance, various confusions arise. The root of samsara is the five poisons, constantly wandering in the three lower realms. Therefore, ignorance is the delusion of the mind. Again, Vajrasattva, listen! The ten aspects of the mind's desires show the inverted view of intense examination. Therefore, appearances are made into mind. Not understanding the definitive meaning, it is destroyed by the intellect. Without a true mind, one does not understand the Dharma. Therefore, without scriptural authority, one judges with reason. The object-mind is mixed with awareness by the intellect. Again, the essence of the gathering.'
