. Actions and pursuits are all free and naturally accomplished. Among the Buddhas of the three times, there is no conduct superior to this. If one realizes the conduct of a pure mind, then striving actions are heterodox teachings. The supreme conduct is the radiant mind. Even if the mind itself engages in supreme conduct, the supreme conduct leads to devotion. Even if the fortunate ones grasp the meaning of the supreme, through the equality of focusing on the great, they are free from the mind of focusing on above and below. The nature of space is like a vajra, harmonizing and entering through the means of taming beings. Thus it is said. From the Tantra of Secret Wisdom, the seventh chapter, which teaches the conduct free from actions, is complete. Then, the Bodhisattva Vajra Mind asked the Tathagata Vairochana, saying: "O secret holder, lord of compassion, master of the wheel of enjoyment and speech, whose body's wheel pervades like space, whose mind is full of essential meaning and all-knowing. To the protector who is the essence of mantra, the assembled retinue, with devotion, asks for the meaning of the secret vows. Please explain the secret vows." When he asked thus, the Tathagata Vairochana replied: "In the secret of spontaneously accomplished wisdom, there are no vows to be made or established. The vow of clear awareness is the body of Tara, a burning jewel, abiding like a vajra sun. Because it is spontaneously accomplished and without partiality, the vows and precepts, directions and boundaries, and inner and outer secrets are vows. The unmade secret vow is the one of non-existence, dispersion, and aloneness, and the vow of spontaneous accomplishment. Self-awareness is primordially spontaneously accomplished, and because there are no phenomena of grasping and being grasped, with the inexpressible nature of mind, it is bound by itself because there is nothing to protect. It is also happy if there is nothing to protect. In the vow of the non-dual mind, if it transforms into the place of the inviolable life, it is the vow of the unmade Victorious One. Like space, clear and pervasive, without beginning or end, unmade, it is free from the divisions of this and not this. The great being who is free from sides is निश्चित (Sanskrit Devanagari, niścita, Sanskrit Romanization, certain). There is no abandoning one side and cultivating another. For the great one who is without reliance and free from attachment, it is not a phenomenon with fixed directions. For all Sugatas and sentient beings, the unmade awareness of mind is one, not born from cause but primordially existing, not purified by conditions but primordially pure, in the nature of radiant awareness."
