After eliminating the conceptual thoughts, this is the Dharma King of actionless activity, the mantra of non-conceptual Samadhi, the equal state! The actionless Samadhi, Kriya, is said to be the perfection of mind itself, transcending diligent practice. The five uncertain colors, and the five aggregates that are the distinctions of mind, the five families also appear as distinct consciousnesses. Likewise, the essence of mind, even the smallest particle, is unwavering. Because the great self-arisen wisdom appears, this is the greatest effort among the five elements. Both uncertainties are said to be perfected in it. The nine stages and eighty-four thousand are the paths for sentient beings to walk on the path to Buddhahood. No matter where one practices from, one will produce one's own fruit. By the power of the nature of Dharma, the Great Perfection, which is without characteristics, it is the abode of the world's desire for happiness. The nature of Dharma, being without characteristics, does not arise or change. The perfection of mind is explained in nine ways. The wisdom of the great bliss of Buddhahood, the five forms of suffering of sentient beings' afflictions, their essence is the same as the Bodhicitta, but differences arise due to karma. Through uncertain wisdom, if one is dominated by karma, then there is no self-arisen wisdom without cause. Thus it is said. The Great Perfection is taught as not being transformed by karma. Bodhicitta is the cause of all, like a vajra that destroys everything. Because there is no cause or seed, it does not arise. Because there is no condition or antidote, it does not perish. On the essence of Bodhicitta, which is originally unborn, the Bodhicitta cannot be moved by searching and thinking. The Great Perfection is taught as not being transformed by antidotes. Due to the five afflictions of craving and desire, the three vehicles of Sravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and Mahayana Sutras, failing to uphold the discipline and vows, they break their vows. Like cutting off the head of a palm tree, the tree will not grow again. Because the Vajrayana vows are broken, like seeds burned by fire, the cause of the fruit is also cut off. The Great Perfection, with vows that do not need to be guarded, shows that it is not transformed by other powers, and the fruit exists. The Great Perfection is taught as not being transformed by breaking vows. Among the ten great commentaries on the Bodhicitta Sutra, the ninth, the Sutra of Entering the Great Vehicle and its meaning, is complete. Then, that great Bodhisattva again said to all the assembled gatherings, all Dharmas are perfected only in the Great Perfection of Bodhicitta.

Ra. This Sutra of Complete Perfection was spoken. O great assembly, listen now! All phenomena that appear are perfected in the Bodhi-mind. Know this Bodhi-mind. Knowing this Bodhi-mind, know that all dharmas are perfected within oneself. All dharmas that arise from oneself, know them as the self-arisen wisdom mind. Since there are no dharmas other than this self-arisen Bodhi-mind, there are no dharmas that are not mind. Thus it was spoken. The assembled sangha rejoiced greatly. The entire assembled sangha asked: Emaho! Bodhisattva Vajrasattva Kuntuzangpo! If all phenomena that appear are mind, and there are no dharmas that are not mind, then in the minds of us assembled sangha, are all dharmas also completely gathered? Thus they asked. Then the great Bodhisattva spoke this meaning: O great assembly, understand this! Comprehend all its meanings! The cause of appearing phenomena is the five great elements. The cause of the five elements is the Bodhi-mind. The mind causes all dharmas to appear. When the mind does not appear, dharmas do not appear. Therefore, all dharmas are gathered in the mind. There is nothing other than the one mind. Since the one mind pervades all, the Buddha's wisdom mind is also mind. The mind of sentient beings, the habitual mind, is also mind. In the Buddha himself, non-thought expands. Sentient beings' self-thought obscures the habitual patterns. That self-arisen mind is one, not two. Because it is one, the Buddhas of the three times and your assembled minds are inseparable. Mind itself, the Great Perfection, is called the Sutra of Complete Perfection. O great assembly, listen now! In all phenomena that appear, in this Sutra of Complete Perfection, two aspects of meaning are perfected: the complete perfection of the world and the complete perfection of transcendence. The complete perfection of the world is that all sentient beings of the three realms of samsara, joining the path with the five desires, create the assembly of the three realms of samsara, and wander in the five streams without any meaning of happiness. O great assembly, listen now! The complete perfection of transcendence is that three sets of ten instructions are taught: nine sutras and ten perfections of mind itself, nine transmissions and ten condensed instructions, nine words and ten Bodhi-minds. What are those nine sutras? The sutra of one and the sutra of two. G
