It is not possible to enter into that which has no acceptance or rejection. The great bliss of Ati Yoga is the Bodhicitta that has no acceptance or rejection. In that which has no acceptance or rejection, Yoga obscures. If one makes acceptance and rejection in Dzogchen, it is said to have strayed into Yoga. One who desires Mahā Vajradhara, having entered through the door of the three samādhis, in the mandala of one's own pure lineage, practices with the four approaches and accomplishments. The great bliss of Ati Yoga is the Bodhicitta that has transcended effort and accomplishment. Effort and accomplishment are obscured by Mahā. If one makes effort and accomplishment in Dzogchen, it is said to have strayed into Mahā Yoga. Anu, desiring the indivisible ground, having entered through the door of the dharmadhātu and wisdom, beholds the cause as the pure dharmadhātu, beholds the result as the mandala of wisdom. The Bodhicitta of Ati Yoga is the Bodhicitta of pure cause and effect. The transcendence of cause and effect is obscured by Anu. If one contemplates the two, cause and effect, in Dzogchen, it is said to have strayed into Anu Yoga. These are the strayings and obscurations of the vehicles. In the view of one vehicle, there are ten places of straying and obscurations, namely, the straying and obscuration of view, the straying and obscuration of samaya, the straying and obscuration of activity, the straying and obscuration of wisdom, the straying and obscuration of the ground and the beyond, the straying and obscuration of abiding on the path, the straying and obscuration of subtlety, the straying and obscuration of tantra, the straying and obscuration of scripture, and the ten strayings and obscurations of oral instruction. What are these? The nature of view is to see the Buddha without meditation. If one does not recognize the Buddha without meditation, it is said to be obscured by view. On the basis of being Buddha from the beginning, not seeing it as Buddha, but seeing it as Buddha after meditation, is the place of straying of view. Samaya is not to be protected. On the samaya that is not to be protected, if one does not recognize that it is not to be protected, it is said to be the obscuration of samaya. On the samaya that is not to be protected, if one does not know that it is not to be protected, but protects the samaya of the directions, it is said to be the place of straying of samaya. The nature of activity is not to be sought. On the activity that has transcended effort and accomplishment, if one does not recognize that it is not to be sought, it is said to be the obscuration of activity. On the nature that is not to be sought, if one does not realize that it is not to be sought, but makes effort in activity, it is said to be the place of straying of activity. The nature of wisdom is without obscuration from the beginning.

Clearly as it is. From the beginning, there is no obscuration. If one does not recognize the absence of obscuration, it is said to be an obscuration of wisdom. Regarding the wisdom without obscuration, if one does not realize the absence of obscuration, and does not understand the immovably clear, it is said to be a wrong path of great wisdom. The nature of the ground and the other shore is that they cannot be trained or traversed. If one does not recognize that they cannot be trained or traversed, it is said to be an obscuration of the ground and the other shore. On the ground and path where training and traversing are not needed, if one does not realize that training and traversing are not needed, but engages in training and traversing, it is said to be a wrong path of the ground and the other shore. The nature of the subtle is the dharma nature of being free from grasping and holding. If one does not recognize being free from grasping and holding, it is said to be an obscuration of the subtle. Regarding the subtle that is free from grasping and holding, if one does not recognize being free from grasping and holding, but sees the subtle as existing in particles, it is said to be a wrong path of the subtle. The nature of the continuum that is shown is related to the absence of duality of grasping and holding. If one does not recognize the relation of non-duality, it is said to be an obscuration of the continuum. Regarding the relation of non-duality, if one does not realize the relation of non-duality, but sees mind and phenomena as two, it is said to be a wrong path of the continuum. The nature of the scripture that is shown is to definitively and certainly indicate. If one does not understand the definitive, it is said to be an obscuration of the scripture. Regarding that definitive scripture, if one does not realize the initial definitive, but says it cannot be definitive, it is said to be a wrong path of the scripture. The nature of the pith instruction that is shown is to recite without elaboration. If one does not recognize without elaboration, it is said to be an obscuration of the pith instruction. Regarding the pith instruction that is free from exaggeration and denigration, if one does not realize without elaboration, but attaches exaggeration and denigration, it is said to be a wrong path of the pith instructions. The thirty wrong paths and obscurations, regarding the nature of the four yogas, due to the difference of looking above and below, the thirty wrong paths and obscurations arise. The so-called obscuration obscuration, regarding the object of knowledge and awareness, due to not understanding, not knowing, and not realizing, it is said to be obscuration obscuration. The so-called wrong path wrong path, for example, entering a meaningful path, having meaning to the east but going west, going west does not accomplish the meaning of the east. Due to abandoning the meaning of non-elaboration, one travels on the path of signs. Regarding the dharma nature that is free from exaggeration and denigration, one deviates due to the expression of words and letters. Conceptual thought with words is an obscuration.
