那有情众生，于胜妙赡部洲为人身。一生之菩提心，持明秘密行瑜伽士，忆念往昔所作诸业，具聪慧，具往昔串习之力，以猛烈悔心行苦行，令圣者上师欢喜。秘密主金刚手亦，灌顶清净恶趣之续部，以瓶、方便智慧、秘密语，灌顶彼胜灌顶。为断众生之生门，念诵清净自续之咒语： 吽 毗夏木扎拉 赞达 赞达 吽 啪！此后为恢复所失之誓言，念诵忏悔之王百字明。于面前明观本尊，收摄忏悔清净罪障。祈请诸佛寂怒为证，顶礼信敬作忏悔。念诵新咒百字明忏悔： 吽 吽 班杂萨埵萨玛雅，玛努巴拉雅，班杂萨埵德诺巴地叉，哲柔麦巴瓦，苏埵秀麦巴瓦，阿努惹埵麦巴瓦，苏布秀麦巴瓦，萨瓦悉地麦札雅擦，萨瓦嘎玛苏杂麦， चित्तཾ ཤྲེ་ཡཾ ཀུ་རུ་ཧཱུཾ། ཧ་ཧ་ཧ་ཧ་ཧོ། བྷ་ག་ཝཱན། 萨瓦达塔嘎达，班杂玛麦穆杂，班杂巴瓦玛哈萨玛雅，班杂萨埵阿，吽 班杂 阿比钦杂 阿。 嗡 布达 阿比钦杂 阿。 萨 惹那 阿比钦杂 阿。 昂 贝玛 阿比钦杂 阿 哈 嘎玛 阿比钦杂 阿。如是手持，珍宝版、海螺、金刚杵、法轮、珍宝、莲花、十字杵、铃等灌顶，亦说此真实之偈颂： 吽 珍宝版之宝瓶中，安住诸佛寂怒之圣众，灌顶于具种姓之子，愿得本尊之灌顶于身。 吽 海螺仙人发声响，乃是寂怒本尊之心印，灌顶于具种姓之子，愿得阿瓦都底之灌顶。金刚法轮与珍宝，莲花十字杵为心之印，灌顶于具种姓之子，愿圆满五轮之灌顶。如是念诵咒语三摩地偈颂，灌顶于彼持明者，本尊灌顶得入身，虽圆满自身为佛身，然未证悟涅槃之义，是为有分别之本尊灌顶。如是说。灌顶胜。

Then that sentient being, was born as a human in the supreme continent of Jambudvipa. The Bodhicitta of one lifetime, that vidyadhara secret practice yogi, Remembering all the deeds of the past, with an intelligent mind, the power of previous training. Practicing asceticism with intense remorse, pleasing the noble lama. The secret lord Vajrapani also, bestowed the empowerment of the tantra for purifying the lower realms. With the vase, skillful means, and secret words, bestowed that supreme empowerment upon him. In order to cut off the birth gate of beings, reciting the mantra for purifying one's own continuum: Hūṃ bi śa mu ca la caṃ dha caṃ dha hūṃ phaṭ! Then, in order to restore the broken vows, reciting the king of confession, the hundred-syllable mantra. Visualizing the yidam deity clearly, dissolving and absorbing, cutting off remorse and purification. Inviting the peaceful and wrathful buddhas as witnesses, prostrating with devotion and confessing. Reciting the new mantra, the hundred-syllable confession: Hūṃ hūṃ vajrasattva samaya, mānupālaya, vajrasattva tvenopatiṣṭha, dṛḍho me bhava, sutoṣyo me bhava, anurakto me bhava, supoṣyo me bhava, sarva siddhiṃ me prayaccha, sarva karma suca me, cittaṃ śreyaṃ kuru hūṃ, ha ha ha ha ho, bhagavān, sarva tathāgata, vajra mā me muñca, vajrī bhava mahāsamaya, vajrasattva ā, hūṃ vajra abhiṣiñca ā. oṃ buddha abhiṣiñca ā. svā ratna abhiṣiñca ā. āṃ padma abhiṣiñca ā hā karma abhiṣiñca ā. Thus, holding as hand symbols, a precious printing block, a conch shell, a vajra, a wheel, a jewel, a lotus, a crossed vajra, a bell, and so on, bestowing empowerment. Also reciting this verse of truth: Hūṃ, in the vase of the precious printing block, reside the assembly of peaceful and wrathful buddhas. By bestowing empowerment upon the son of the lineage, may the deity's empowerment be obtained in the body. Hūṃ, this conch shell, the sound of a hermit, is the heart symbol, the sign of the peaceful and wrathful deities. Bestowing empowerment upon the son of the lineage, may the empowerment of Avadhuti be obtained. Vajra, wheel, and jewel, lotus and crossed vajra are the heart symbols. By bestowing empowerment upon the son of the lineage, may the empowerment of the five wheels be perfected. Thus, by the mantra, samadhi, and verses, by bestowing empowerment upon that vidyadhara, the deity's empowerment was obtained in the body. Although one's own body is perfected as the body of the buddhas, the meaning of nirvana is not realized. This is called the empowerment of the deity with conceptualization. Thus it was said. Supreme empowerment.
