Without action. Like the ocean, it exists primordially, causing various phenomena to arise. Qualities are equal to the extent of the sky, with no fixed place of gathering. Immediately upon the heart of enlightenment, the great king of samadhi arises. Like the great ocean of appearances, non-conceptual, vast as the expanse of the sky. In the realm of Samantabhadra's conduct, there is no dharma of birth and death. The twelve links of dependent origination are explained as being examined through imputation. For those who are deluded, let the wise understand it as such. The appearance of the six realms of beings should also be understood as the initial path. Moistened by desire and compassion, wherever there is joy, practice enlightenment. Butcher, prostitute, the five heinous crimes, abandon the unlawful world. Complete perfection is the essence of Dharma, there is nothing better than great bliss. Moreover, since all dharmas are such, it is the nature of dharma, seeking dharma with dharma, like seeking space with space, the nature of dependence on others is like fire extinguishing fire, it is doing an extremely difficult task. This essence of non-discrimination is not hidden in the continuum of all beings. For those who do not accept or reject the practices of enlightenment, the nature exists in all ways. Thus it is said. From the ten scriptures of complete inaction, the chapter on non-abiding and no place, the twenty-second chapter. Then, the Mind of Enlightenment, the All-Creating King, spoke this scripture on the view of no place. O great Bodhisattva, listen! How the phenomena appear, is one's own mind of enlightenment, therefore, there is no object to be seen. Because of non-thought, it is equality. Thus is the intention of space, it is called yoga. The appearances to the five senses, self-luminous, are non-conceptual, therefore, it also abides in the intention of space. Yoga abides in suchness. Examining the meaning of words and letters, words and letters need not examine meaning, non-thought equality is suchness. This also abides in the intention of space. This unthinkable meaning exists primordially like space. Thus it is said. From the complete inaction, the chapter on showing the intention of space without a view, the twenty-third chapter. Then, the Mind of Enlightenment, the All-Creating King, taught this chapter on how the mudra abides in the scripture of complete inaction. Ka

O great Bodhisattva, listen! The mind-essence, Samantabhadra, abides as follows: When abiding in the Bodhi-mind, one abides in the essence of all dharmas. That which realizes this is the All-Creating King. The All-Creating King is without change. Therefore, it is taught as unchanging. When abiding in the Dharma-kaya, one abides free from the elaborations of grasping and being grasped. Being free from grasping and being grasped is without change. When abiding in the Enjoyment Body, one is endowed with the five desirable qualities, and abides in the perfection of desirable pleasures. When abiding in the Emanation Body, at the time of taming whomever, one emanates whatever form is needed for whomever, and abides in the perfection of needs. One abides without change in the three times. All dharmas are the seal of the nature of space. The nature of space is suchness. The nature of the three kayas abides as such. Everything abides in suchness. All dharmas that appear, in suchness, there is no alteration. With all searching and practicing, there is not a single thing that has passed by proceeding earlier. There is not a single thing that has been obtained by doing earlier. By practicing and searching, nothing has been accomplished earlier. Everything is without change in suchness. Thus it was said. The fourth chapter, the chapter on the prophecy of the unchanging seal of the complete actionless from the Bodhicitta Kunjed Gyalpo, is complete. Then, the Bodhicitta Kunjed Gyalpo spoke this to show that he was revealing his own mind to the sentient beings of the three realms: O all sentient beings of the three realms, if this own Bodhicitta is clearly shown to be the revealer, then for hundreds of thousands of millions of kalpas, one has not seen the revelation of one's own mind. Therefore, I, the All-Creating King, have manifestly brought forth the revelation of my own mind. Listen to the Dharma that reveals one's own mind! I, the All-Creating King, from the cause of all, the Bodhicitta, the five great elements of the nature of mind, reveal the five Bodhicittas. The body is the Enjoyment Body. The Dharma is explained by its own nature. The revealer reveals its own nature. The revealer, the Enjoyment Body, does not conceptualize itself in its own intention. It also does not conceptualize other objective dharmas. The five revealers of the Bodhicitta, all reveal the nature of reality as such. The wisdom of the Bodhicitta makes the body of the revealer the earth.
