It is. The Primordial King, I, with this nature, because it surpasses all teachers, with five kinds of reasoning, shows the source of unerring and definite reasoning. O Great Bodhisattva! The Primordial King is the Bodhicitta. The Bodhicitta is inherently the Great Perfection. The Great Perfection transcends cause and effect. It teaches the way to transcend cause and effect, and from the nature of the Primordial Bodhicitta, it teaches the way the three bodies appear, and the two aspects. The teaching of the Primordial Bodhicitta is that the Bodhicitta transcends cause and effect, so it is taught with five kinds of reasoning. The teaching of the three bodies is within the five perfections. The Dharmakaya is taught through blessing. The Sambhogakaya shows its own essence. The Nirmanakaya puts all meanings into words. There are three ways to teach the three bodies. I am teaching the three aspects of nature. The Primordial I transcends cause and effect. Because it transcends cause and effect, it transcends all objects. The Dharma nature that transcends everything is Bodhicitta. Bodhicitta is the essence of everything. Because it is the essence, it also shows the source of faith. Bodhicitta is the root of all Dharmas. Because it is the root, all meanings are also included. Bodhicitta is superior to all distinctions. Because it is superior, it also distinguishes vehicles. Realizing Bodhicitta, all Dharma natures become Buddhas. Therefore, it is taught for the sake of the fortunate. The nature of mind cannot be expressed in words. Because the nature of mind is not expressed, it is invisible. If it is not said that it is invisible and cannot be represented, then everyone will work hard without seeing their own mind. Therefore, the meaning of the inexpressible word is also explained. Therefore, with the five kinds of reasoning, the meaning of the Primordial King Bodhicitta is unerringly and definitely determined. It is determined without cause and effect. Everything is Bodhicitta, and I also deeply believe it. It is Bodhicitta, and I have always believed it. Therefore, I deeply believe that there is no need to search in the mind. Because there is no need to search, I abide in the great bliss of non-effort. The nature of the Primordial I abides in this way. There is no other Buddha than the Primordial I.

It is not. Thus he spoke. The twenty-first chapter, which explains the reasoning in the All-Creating King of Bodhicitta, is complete. Then, in order to settle the mind, the All-Creating King of Bodhicitta spoke this great source of scripture on the perfection of non-action. O great-hearted hero Vajra, listen! O realm of non-action, like the unlocalized sky. Unlocalized, without an object of focus, the path of non-conceptual dharma. It arises in the realm of the subtle parts of dedication. Since contemplation and meditation on the Dharmakaya are without special meaning. Self-arisen wisdom, non-conceptual, abides in suchness everywhere. The realm of freedom from action is unlocalized, and cannot be altered by antidotes. By the power of the branch dharmas, one seeks the realm of the essence. One does not conceptualize in any way, and enjoys it through skillful means. Since the essence arises from its own nature, the Dharmakaya is not elsewhere. One does not cling to a single atom, and is separated from all ten directions. The very meaning of unlocalized is the self-arisen wisdom of goodness. Without conceptualizing all that appears, in the vast essence. Having entered that pure path, one obtains the kingdom of equality. Unchanging, without change, because of attachment there is no place to abide. Likewise, there is no object to be grasped, and no place for the mind to dwell. Desiring to obtain direct perception, one always meditates on the cause. If one meditates with attachment, the meaning of equality will not arise in that bliss. Since one body pervades all, there is no dharma to be added. Since there is no end to it, there is nothing to be subtracted from the expanse. By the play of dharma, there is no place for decline or excess. In the realm of great self-arising, it abides in suchness everywhere. There is no realm for seeing wonders, but there is the eye of seeing. It is not appropriate to hear anything, and is separated from all imputation. Dharma and non-dharma are always mixed and the same. If one knows the ultimate dharma, there is nothing to be said about a superior place. The path of delusion and enlightenment is not obtained through conceptualization. Self-arisen wisdom itself is also separated from the limits of words. In the direct abiding of the self-nature that is primordially vast. Like the example of a shadow and a form, conceptualization arises in it. There is not, it is not non-existent, the essence of non-existence arises. Empty, it is not emptiness, it abides in the realm of emptiness. In the nature of space, the memory of arising arises. Having obtained the bliss of freedom from action, one takes it without desire. There is no object to be eaten, but one begins to create the arising of wisdom. One also places the mind that clings to the ancient sages.
