Settle down! There is nothing to strive for or accomplish specifically. Going, going, one is liberated in their own place. Staying, staying, one is liberated in their own place. Sleeping, sleeping, one is liberated in their own place. Eating, eating, one is liberated in their own place. Suffering, suffering, one is liberated in their own place. Being happy, being happy, one is liberated in their own place. Wherever one stays, without attachment, one is liberated in their own place. Whatever one enjoys, without clinging, one is liberated in their own place. Whatever is spoken, sound and emptiness are liberated. Whatever is heard, not listening to anything is liberation. Whatever is touched, not abandoning, not grasping, is liberation. In the awareness of the five clear senses, without cultivating the five consciousnesses, there is unobstructed liberation. Even when mind and awareness move, not grasping is liberation. Unborn, unceasing, although diverse, the diverse is liberated in the realm of the unborn. However many unreal objects there are, they are liberated in the realm of naturally pure unreality. Nothing there, appearing as something, is liberated right there. From the realm of emptiness, all arises, liberated in the nature of emptiness. Skill, radiance, awareness, mind, liberated in the great clear light. Movement, memory, intellect, and thought too, are liberated in the realm of naturally pure, self-aware essence. All phenomena imputed by the mind too, without specifically rejecting and abandoning them through striving and accomplishment, are primordially pure, unreal, unborn, unmade, beyond the mind. The essential nature of reality is decisively unique, the true nature of phenomena is certain and unerring. The decisively unique Dharmakaya is spontaneously accomplished, unobstructed, and primordially liberated. Primordially pure, primordially clear, primordially accomplished, primordially abiding. In the heart essence of Yangti Nyida (Inner Tantra Sun and Moon), how could there now be any activity, seeking, striving, or accomplishment? Thus it is said. From the Gyükyi Tseg Gyal Nyida Öbar (Queen of Tantras, Sun and Moon Blazing Light), the Kakhlong Namdak Gyatso Klongsal gyi Gyü (Pure Sky Sphere Ocean of Clear Space Tantra), the eleventh chapter, which teaches that in the totally transcendent Inner Tantra, there is no need for activity, seeking, intellect, or Dharma. Then, Gyal Dak Rinchen (Clear and Pure Jewel) asked, "When the unborn, primordially pure is taught, in the vehicle that has transcended striving and accomplishment, are view, meditation, conduct, and result necessary or not?" The Teacher spoke to the assembly, "In the Inner Tantra that has transcended striving and accomplishment, view, meditation, conduct, and result are objects of the mind. There is no certainty in the realm of the mind. The realm of the mind is not exhausted, and the Buddha's teachings are not exhausted. Therefore, in the heart essence of Yangti Nyida, be separate from the mind of desiring a view, be separate from the mind of fixating on meditation, be separate from the mind of acting with effort, be separate from the mind of hoping and doubting for results, be separate from the mind of seeing and penetrating thigle (bindus), there is no view of desiring and fixating. In the meditation of primordially pure clear light, there is no fixation of min

There is no grasping meditation. In the unreal and unmade true nature, because there is nothing to do or seek, there is no conduct. In the secret innermost essence beyond mind, there is no Buddha to be found from elsewhere. In the primordial three bodies spontaneously accomplished, there is completely no hope or doubt of results. Without name, free from direction, through realization there is no view. Primordially pure, unborn, through realization there is no meditation. Unreal true nature, through realization there is nothing to think about. Original, relaxed, and vast, through realization there is no conduct. Primordially self-arisen, through realization there is no result. Freed from the mind of permanence and annihilation, there is no view or meditation. Mind exhausted, afflictions primordially destroyed, there is no Buddha to be desired. When Yangti Yoga is realized, there is no knowing or not knowing, no mind or no mind, all phenomena are absent. Thus it is said.
