Inner clarity is clear. The manifestation of the five wisdoms is outwardly clear. Following the five gates, the movement is thoroughly clear. The manifestation of wisdom as light is the clarity of form. The inseparability of clarity and emptiness is the clarity of oneness in meaning. Qualities are not sought, but spontaneously accomplished, hence spontaneously accomplished clarity. Faults are not abandoned, but purified, hence perfectly pure clarity. Objects and conditions are liberated in their own place, hence ungrasping clarity. That which is not created by two causes and conditions is self-arisen: Self-arisen not arising from the compassion of the Sugatas, not created by the karma of sentient beings, not created by the five outer elements, not arising from inner conceptual thoughts, and not fabricated by the minds of individuals on the path. Therefore, self-arisen is without cause or condition. That which is empty, not established as an object or sign: It is not sudden, but emptiness from the beginning, emptiness in which the essence of clarity is not established, emptiness that is not fabricated or defiled by the mind, emptiness that is not established as substance or sign, emptiness in which afflictions and habitual tendencies are not established. Therefore, it is called the emptiness of suchness. The nature of awareness, the manifestation of inner clarity: It is clear without depending on others, it is not sudden, but clarity from the beginning, clarity in which the essence is not established merely as clarity, clarity in which bliss is present at the time of clarity, clarity in which qualities are spontaneously accomplished. Therefore, it is self-knowing and self-illuminating. The manifestation of the five wisdoms, the manifestation of outer clarity: Forms appear in the field of the eye, sounds resound in the field of the ear, smells are smelled in the field of the nose, tastes are tasted in the field of the tongue, and tactile sensations are felt in the field of the body. These five gates are in awareness. Following the five gates, the movement is thorough. Relying on the eye, one engages in the aspect of form. Relying on the ear, one engages in the aspect of sound. Relying on the nose, one engages in the aspect of smell. Relying on the tongue, one engages in the aspect of taste. Relying on the body, one engages in the aspect of tactile sensation. Following engagement is delusion. Not engaging with objects, but liberating in one's own place, is thorough. The manifestation of wisdom as light is the wisdom of form. The wisdom of emptiness manifests as blue. The wisdom of the mirror manifests as white. The wisdom of equality manifests as yellow. The wisdom of discernment manifests as red. The wisdom of accomplishment manifests as green.

Shar. Not grasping or thinking about the two powers in their own place, The measure of realizing the liberation of self-appearance in its own place. The meaning of indivisible clarity and emptiness is instantaneous, Not established as different, the non-dual, Not established as the duality of clarity and emptiness, the non-dual, The non-dual that has never been separated from the beginning, The non-dual that is self-arisen without cause or condition, Without good or bad, the wisdom of equality, Above the non-dual, the supreme view of non-grasping. The spontaneously accomplished accomplishment that is not sought for virtues, The spontaneously accomplished without seeking by any effort, The spontaneously accomplished because virtues are spontaneously accomplished, The spontaneously accomplished like drinking the nectar of desired virtues, Not sudden, but spontaneously accomplished because it is complete from the beginning. Therefore, it is the great spontaneously accomplished that is not cultivated. The utterly pure purity that does not abandon faults is: One's own awareness, the Dharmakaya, All conceptual thoughts and signs are completely purified, All extremes of permanence of things are completely purified, The extremes of non-existence and cessation are completely purified, The guiding of the definitive meaning vehicle is completely purified, The mind of ignorance and delusion is completely purified, The characteristic of the liberation of objective conditions in their own place is: Understanding the meaning, the conditions of appearance are liberated in their own place. Awareness, the Dharmakaya, understanding the meaning of the view, However objective conditions appear, they are liberated without grasping. In the realm of the eye, form appears, liberated without grasping, In the realm of the ear, sound arises, liberated without grasping, In the realm of the nose, scent arises, liberated without grasping, In the realm of the tongue, taste is experienced, liberated without grasping, In the realm of the body, tactile sensation is felt, liberated without grasping, The power of meaning self-arises, awareness is transparent. If the meaning of self-awareness, the Dharmakaya, is understood, Appearance is self-appearance, grasping is self-liberated. Therefore, it is said to be self-appearing and self-arising. Thus, the one who possesses ten qualities, One life held by one life, therefore does not fall into extremes. Free from all extremes of verbal elaboration, Therefore, self-awareness transcends the realm of the mind. What is designated is a name, what is thought is mind, What appears is an object, what is done is destroyed. Because all thoughts of the three times are completely destroyed, The great self-arisen body that is unborn and uncreated. Uncontrived, uncorrupted, uncultivated, unattached, Unthinking, ungrasping, unattached, independent. The reality of awareness abides in this way. By understanding the meaning of the self-arisen awareness of the view, In the nature of emptiness of the appearing Dharmata, the power of awareness arises as five lights. From non-realization, it transforms into the five elements.
