Depending on images and so on, depending on halos and so on, depending on the sun and so on. There are four kinds of speech sounds. The first is when symbolizing the Dharmakaya: O vessel-holder disciples, listen to me. This crystal ball, the mirror of the heart, is not the actual Dharmakaya. How should one understand it? Just as a crystal ball has no inside or outside, one's own awareness, the Dharmakaya, should also be understood as having no inside or outside. Just as a crystal ball has no front or back, the Dharmakaya also has no front or back. Just as a crystal ball is clear and transparent, the Dharmakaya is stainless, pure, and transparent. Here, there is no inside, and inside there is no condition. Just as the five lights are clear, inside the transparent Dharmakaya, the three bodies clearly abide within. Understand it as the essence of emptiness and wisdom. Just as the five lights appear outward from this example, from the Dharmakaya, two form bodies appear to the two types of beings to be tamed. Sons of the lineage, listen here. The instruction for the Sambhogakaya is: when an image is shown on the surface of a mirror, just as the mirror is clean and clear, the nature of reality is clean and clear. Just as the image in the mirror appears but has no inherent existence, in the expanse of the nature of reality, the five bodies appear but abide clearly without inherent existence. O sons of the lineage, listen here. When the Nirmanakaya is combined with gestures and speech, just as the mirror of speech is clean and clear, the essence of the water lamp, just as the five bodies appear on the surface of the mirror, the Nirmanakaya, the wisdom of symbols, appears as light. The three bodies are inseparable, through the combination of gestures and speech. Alas, Secret Lord, be certain. Just as the essence of the sun is with its rays, the Dharmakaya is adorned with the Rupakaya of compassion. Just as the sun and its rays are inseparable, the three bodies have always abided inseparability. Alas, Secret Lord, be certain. The order of the manifestation of realization is: counting from the Bardo onwards, the introduction of the Nirmanakaya is the introduction of the Dharmata Bardo. The introduction of the Sambhogakaya is the introduction of the five perfections. The inseparability of the three bodies is the introduction of the perfect completion. The introduction of the Dharmakaya is the introduction of the Great Perfection. The pith instruction that is consistent with the above is: first, introduce the Bardo. Since realizing it appears as a body, then introduce the five perfections. Then

With earth, clairvoyance, etc., completely possessing greatness, therefore, it is the introduction of completeness. If compassion arises, then suffering is overcome. Therefore, it is the great completeness. Clearly showing the instructions of introduction. Therefore, above there are four signs. The sign is bodhicitta, through four introductions, immutability is shown. The meaning is that the three bodies are inseparable, the truth has twelve aspects. What is shown by the four objects of introduction? That itself has sixteen aspects. To that there are four intentions, four instructions of spontaneous accomplishment. Through realizing the introduction, it is attained. Four instructions of manifest objects. Through realizing the introduction, it is attained. That is a brief summary of the intention. If its characteristics are explained in detail, through the introduction of the single bindu, realizing the meaning of the self-illuminating Dharmakaya, and liberating the intention of the precious womb. Through the introduction of Mahayoga, liberating the intention of possessing the five wisdoms. Through the introduction of Dzogchen, realizing the meaning of the self-abiding Nirmanakaya, and liberating the intention of the Bardo of Dharmata. Through the introduction of Anuyoga, realizing the self-abiding meaning of the inseparable three bodies, and liberating the intention of completeness. By performing the four introductions, when the four objects arise in sequence, each memory of awareness awakens, and the tenets of each are completed. On the object of seeing, the memory of awareness awakens. The samadhi of the four memories becomes strong. At that time, manifesting enlightenment, and by peace, suffering is overcome, attaining enlightenment in twenty aspects. Having realized thus, becoming a Buddha, is the supreme Buddha who knows all aspects. This is the intention of the four introductions. Those who do not possess these, the fault of not truly introducing, spoken by the great Lord Vajradhara. Thus it is said. From the Great Tantra of 'Dispelling Proliferation, Clarifying Meaning,' the forty-ninth chapter, which shows the four introductions. Alas! Alas! Blessed Vajradhara! The introduction of the spontaneously accomplished three bodies, and the introduction of example, meaning, and sign, those shown in the sutras. In order to repeat the introductions, please speak of the outer, inner, and secret three introductions. Having asked thus, Vajradhara said: Listen, Vajradhara, etc. The separate introductions of the outer, inner, and secret three, are for repeating the introductions.
