Moreover, it transcends all limits such as existence and non-existence of arising and ceasing. Because it is the self-abiding primordial wisdom that transcends the realm of verbal and mental fabrication and conceptualization, it is an inexpressible key point. Therefore, it is not a false, accidental occurrence, and cannot be expressed. Such a key point is the awareness of the Dharmakaya base, the original purity of the yoga path, and the view of the meaning of non-proliferation. Therefore, until one truly recognizes this, no matter how much one meditates and practices, one will not go beyond the fabricated meditation of the mind. Therefore, compared to the path of the Great Perfection of self-nature, it is as far as heaven and earth, because there is no key point of the wheel of non-meditation clear light. Therefore, it is crucial to recognize this first. Recognize the awareness of Dharmakaya! Such a meaning is the first of the three key points. If the view does not truly coincide, meditation will not arise. Therefore, it is crucial for the view to coincide first. That is also to recognize that the self-abiding primordial wisdom abides in oneself, not to seek it from elsewhere. Because it is not something that did not exist before and is now produced, therefore, let the face meet itself, this is the first key point. Then, explaining in detail the method of practicing meditation, the meditation of abiding like a stream of water exists at all times and in all situations. Abiding or scattering without acceptance or rejection, abiding is the Dharmakaya itself. Scattering then cultivates the self-power of primordial wisdom. Then, whether it is scattering or abiding is fine. From the power of the mind's conceptualization arises the truth of the origin of suffering, such as anger and attachment, and the truth of suffering, such as happiness and suffering. Whatever experience of feeling arises, if one recognizes that the nature of these conceptualizations is the nature of reality, it will transform into the manifestation of Dharmakaya. Whether it is anger or attachment, whether it is happiness or suffering. Not only that, in general, even if the view coincides, if the meditation does not maintain it and falls into confusion and ordinariness, conceptualization will bind one in samsara, and Dharma and one's own continuum will separate, becoming no different from ordinary people. Therefore, one needs a non-meditation great self-abiding that never separates. At all times and in all situations, at any time of abiding or scattering, etc., it is not that one subdues each different affliction and conceptualization with a different antidote, but whatever conceptualization and affliction arises, it all comes down to the single antidote, the liberation of all, which is the view recognized before, focusing on it, recognize it.

Regarding the recognition of Dharmakaya: Whatever thoughts and afflictions arise, they are not separate from the wisdom of Dharmakaya. The very nature of these thoughts is actually the clear light of the Dharmakaya's peace. If you recognize this, it is called the ground or basis clear light. The view of self-aware clear light that the lama previously introduced, if you recognize it yourself, is called the clear light of the path of practice. When the ground clear light and the path clear light become inseparable and you abide in your own nature, it is called the meeting of the mother and child clear light. Therefore, previously, the mother and child clear light should be united. In this way, always remember the clear light of the view that recognizes itself, and remain in that state. Do not engage in any rejection or acceptance, abandonment or adoption, of skillful thoughts and afflictions, as this is the most important point. Remain in the state of inexpressible awareness. If you maintain this state for a long time, for a beginner, the experience of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality will obscure your original face. Separate from the shell of experience, and when the face of awareness is revealed nakedly, wisdom will dawn from within. As it is said: 'It is good for a yogi to destroy meditation. It is good for a strong river to crash.' Therefore, the bliss, clarity, and joy of abiding should be repeatedly destroyed. How should it be destroyed? When the experience of bliss and clarity arises, or when pleasant sensations such as joy and happiness arise, the clinging to experience must be utterly shattered with a forceful sound like a thunderbolt, combining the method letter “ཕ་” (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: pha, Sanskrit Romanization: pha, Literal Chinese meaning: ཕ་) of gathering and the wisdom letter “ཊྲ” (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ṭra, Sanskrit Romanization: ṭra, Literal Chinese meaning: ཊྲ) of cutting. The letters of method and wisdom should descend suddenly. In this way, without separating from the key point of experience, maintain the naked, inexpressible awareness at all times, so there is no difference between shamatha and vipashyana meditation. Therefore, there is no difference between shamatha and vipashyana. Therefore, there is no separate meditation during the session and meditation during the conduct of the breaks between sessions. There is no difference between session and breaks. Like this, the great meditation of non-meditation, the river of wisdom abiding in its own place, the continuous yoga has nothing to meditate on and no moment of distraction. As it is said: 'Never meditated and never separated. The meaning of non-meditation and non-separation.' This is the meaning of that statement. Continuously abide in the state of non-duality. Like this, the nature
