。 Treasures are taken from the wisdom space, which is different from the essence of earth and stones. This is the testament of Garab Dorje, the heart essence of the three lineages. Entrust it to the son of your heart and seal it. Profound meaning is the speech of the heart, the speech of the heart is the key to meaning. Do not forget the key to meaning, do not let the instructions leak. This is the characteristic of the wise King Shri. I prostrate to the incomparable Lord of Compassion, the kind root guru! Here, I wish to explain the way to practice the essential points of view, meditation, and action in brief. First, since the guru is the embodiment of all the Jewels, prostrating to him alone is equivalent to prostrating to all the objects of refuge. Therefore, it is said: I prostrate to the guru! Then, the meaning to be explained is that if all the root and lineage gurus are known to be inseparable from one's own mind and practiced accordingly, then the three, view, meditation, and action, are all included therein. Therefore, the first of explaining the three, view, meditation, and action, in conjunction with the name and meaning of the root and lineage gurus is: Knowing that all the appearances of samsara and nirvana are perfected in the equality of dharmata in the vast space of the dharmata, the essence of the Sugata, which is free from elaboration, is the view. Therefore, the view is vast and boundless. Such a view, with its nature free from elaboration, is determined by the wisdom of insight, and emptiness is also inseparable from the means of peaceful abiding of great compassion and love, and is placed single-pointedly in equality, that is, emptiness is connected with compassion, which is meditation. Therefore, meditation is the rays of wisdom and compassion. In the state of having such view and meditation, practicing the six paramitas of benefiting others in accordance with the conduct of the Buddhas' offspring, the Bodhisattvas, is action. Therefore, action is the Buddhas' offspring. In order to show that the person who practices such view, meditation, and action is fortunate. In practicing in this way, if one can rely on a secluded mountain retreat, abandon worldly affairs of this life, and practice single-pointedly, then in this life one will be liberated on the basis of original purity. Therefore, attaining Buddhahood in one lifetime is not difficult. Even if one cannot do so, even if one only has a mind inclined towards such view, meditation, and action, in this life

If one can transform adversity into the path, and does not generate too many expectations and doubts about the affairs of this life, one will go from happiness to happiness in the next life. Even if it is not so, one can be at peace of mind. Therefore, in order to gradually practice these three, view, meditation, and action, which have benefits, first I want to explain in detail how to practice the view. The profound and vast view is: by hitting the essential point of the three-word instruction, one cuts off the life-root of delusion. Therefore, one must hit the essential point of the three-word instruction. First, for those who have not truly understood the view, I will introduce the method of understanding the view. Generally speaking, from the Characteristic Vehicle onwards, the view is determined by scripture and reasoning. The common Secret Mantra Vehicle introduces the meaning-wisdom of the fourth initiation based on the example-wisdom of the third initiation, and so on, there are many methods. But here, according to the tradition of the practice lineage masters, I will introduce the resting place of the mind. When the mind is turbulent with the waves of delusion and conceptualization, because the coarse conceptual thoughts follow external objects, they obscure the original face of the mind-nature, so it is impossible to understand. In order to calm down the coarse conceptual thoughts, first relax your own mind. However, leaving one's own mind uncorrected is itself the wisdom of clear light. Because artificial paths cannot realize the true nature, in order to manifest the uncorrected, co-emergent wisdom in oneself, do not scatter, do not gather, and have no conceptual thoughts. In the initial stage, although one maintains the mind in its natural, original state, it is impossible to transcend the attachment to experiences such as bliss, clarity, and non-thought. Therefore, when abiding in a natural, relaxed state, in order to break free from the bonds of this attachment to experience, the naked, pure, and utterly transcendent reality, in order to directly reveal this state, suddenly strike "ཕཊ་(Tibetan), फट्(Devanagari), phaṭ(IAST), Phat!" Because cutting off the continuation of conceptual thoughts and destroying artificial meditation is crucial, the sound of "ཕཊ་(Tibetan), फट्(Devanagari), phaṭ(IAST), Phat!" must be strong and short. Strong and short, Emaho! At that time, when the mind is liberated from all attachments, liberation will manifest. Nothing at all, just be stunned there. In this Dharmakaya state free from attachment, the naked, pure awareness, the wisdom beyond mind, abides as it is. Therefore, in the state of being stunned, everything is transparent.
