It is said to be the view of clinging. However, when a Dzogchen practitioner meditates from the introduction, all the activities of the outer appearing objects and the inner clinging mind appear as wisdom. Therefore, Dzogchen is called the view of self-appearing non-duality, and it is widely proclaimed. In any case, once the nature of mind is recognized, one cultivates practice on the basis of appearances, either entering Tögal and practicing in the dark, or through appearance guidance, cultivating practice on the basis of luminous emptiness. Then, self-arisen wisdom will manifest, and there is no doubt that one will be liberated in the bardo of dharmata. Like me, who has no meditation experience, and has forgotten most of what I have heard, and has no experience with the oral instructions. Lord Ba Ra Wa said, "Without meditation experience, just from black letter books, imagining meditation guidance, one is also stepping onto the wrong path." Just as he said. Moreover, even if one has not attained the qualities of the ground, one can accomplish the four activities obtained from the level of forbearance. Because the root of compassion is stable, it is permissible to benefit beings. As he said, even if one has not attained forbearance, it is fine, as long as there is a little compassion in the mind, especially when mind and dharma are mixed, and one is able to use samadhi, remembering and recording the lineage of the teachings of the noble lamas like the Buddha. Teacher Shri Singha said, "First, rely; in the middle, abide; in the end, release." Among them, the first is to rely on a lama who is proficient in guidance, cut off the root of the mind, and polish it. The middle is to abide in whatever arises without modification. The last is to not be attached to the taste of experience and samadhi, and to release without clinging. This is excerpted from the guidance manual of the Dzogchen Mind Series. May it benefit all beings! Furthermore, scattered oral instructions are: the appearance of various experiences and signs is the trace of meditation, the power of increasing good thoughts, but because it is not permanent, it is very important not to fall into real clinging. Now, without relying on the grasper and the grasped, whatever arises is self-liberated, walking nakedly, these are the signs of entering the pure and good path. The appearance of the lama's body and the generation stage of the yidam, etc., should also be recited in a state of ignoring, dissolving, and nakedness. The appearance of the body, appearing without self-nature, clear without discrimination, blissful without attachment, possessing these three characteristics.

The very nature of being. If you recite mantras etc. without being stuck in its own sound and in a state of clear appearance, it will be very effective, and there is no need to specifically visualize the lama on your crown. The demarcation of the ground, path, and fruit at the time of the path is as follows: Even at the time of the path, the essence of mind, rootless, impartial, and all-pervasive, is the ground. In that state, cultivating without acceptance or rejection, in a state of self-clarity without an object, is the path. From this, the deity's form in the perfection stage easily arises, and from its spontaneous appearance in accordance with it, it is counted as the fruit of the path. Furthermore, in the Dzogchen teachings, "directly imparting the self-nature" means: without modifying the present awareness that is free from the three times of conceptualization, but rather leaving it in its natural state, clear and transparent. Forcibly recognizing the naked awareness, thereby introducing the self-born wisdom; "cutting through at once" means: the cessation of previous thoughts, the non-arising of future thoughts, the present awareness, that is, the cessation of conceptual thoughts, liberation from thoughts, the awareness of three-fourths liberation, that is, the non-conceptual wisdom awareness, clear, relaxed, and abiding in that state. "Three-fourths liberation" means: past, future, and present, that is, the three times of conceptualization, and the three times of non-conceptual present, awareness free from thoughts, without any modification, that is, three-fourths liberation, the Dharmakaya, the state beyond thought. "Settling in liberation" means: without modifying the self-nature of whatever arises, simply gazing openly, and relaxing in that state, thoughts and concepts naturally disappear, like waves dissolving into water, whatever arises is naturally liberated, settling in a state free from acceptance or rejection. In short, the key points of both Dzogchen Mind Series and Space Series are gathered in the Instruction Series. By resting in the state of original purity, all appearances of the outer and inner world are ascertained as the self-born wisdom of mind-essence, the inexpressible Dharmakaya, thus the key points of the Mind Series are gathered. Likewise, by resting in the unconditioned nature of reality in whatever arises, the Space Series is gathered. Therefore, all practices of the Mind Series and Space Series are gathered within the Cutting Through practice of the Instruction Series, so the supreme peak of the Great Perfection path is the Instruction Series, the method of directly pointing to the key point of reality, free from the acceptance or rejection of samsara and nirvana, realizing the self-born wisdom beyond thought.
