To manifest wisdom in a single instant, it is the supreme and unsurpassed method to explicitly establish the self-illuminating nature of all phenomena and to recognize the spontaneously accomplished ground of luminous wisdom. Taking whatever arises from the appearances of the six consciousnesses as self-liberation on the path, and expanding them into deities and mantras, the former has greater power. However, if one can effortlessly take the self-sounding of deities and mantras as the path without effort in the display of self-liberated, innate potential, it becomes a particularly special path of union. Furthermore, although awareness appears nakedly in various ways, whatever arises does not move from memory itself, and being able to maintain it without relying on apprehended memory is an experience of abiding in the four stages of experiential progression in the Dzogchen system, and it is similar to abiding in one-pointedness in the Mahamudra system, so it can be said that it is just seeing a part of the nature of mind. However, if one is satisfied with just whether or not stability is obtained, thinking that there is nothing more to see or realize than this, although this seems like wisdom that is not confused in terms of experiential understanding that accords with reality, it becomes a conceptual mind with attachment to the Dharma, thinking that there is nothing more than this. Therefore, one must know that the nature of being free from elaboration at the time of looking nakedly at one's own awareness, which cannot be grasped by the mind anywhere, and the emptiness of understanding are different in terms of experience. However, seeing the nature of mind is just seeing the general meaning, and it is a skillful means of introducing oneself to the wisdom of example. However, the self-knowing wisdom, the self-characteristic of its non-conceptual nature, can only be obtained when one attains the level of an Arya, otherwise it cannot be obtained even at the time of decisive understanding on the path of joining, when one has attained freedom in the path of cultivation, let alone in the mindstream of those on the path of accumulation and meditators who have not entered the path. Therefore, one must distinguish. Practicing skills in the state of remembering to recognize the nature of dreams, and practicing skills without the memory of thinking that it is a dream, so that it becomes clearer and brighter than daytime, in terms of developing and transforming dream practice, the former is unchanging and stable, and the latter increases greatly later. The latter is just an experience that arises from the power of daytime virtuous actions, so it rarely becomes the key to stable dream practice. Generally, during deep sleep, the awareness of clear light is free from the stains of conceptual thought, and self-

It is possible to control, and it will also happen that its power manifests as a transformation of dreams, which belongs to the category of realizing the luminosity of sleep. Like that, even if one wakes up in a dream and does not have the memory of the dream time, it is still crucial. During Tögal, guiding the signs of empty forms from the path of vision and placing them in a state of non-discrimination, although many people think that being accustomed to this only leads to calm abiding and that there is no investigation of discriminating wisdom, therefore not generating insight. However, the non-discriminating wisdom that arises from the lower samadhi of non-discrimination itself is the arising of insight from discriminating wisdom, as stated in the Kalachakra and other scriptures. Especially in the Great Perfection's own tradition, based on the three foundations of the body's posture, the way of looking with the eyes, and the stillness of the breath, gradually striking the vital points of the channels and winds, thereby stopping conceptual thoughts. Because the objects of manifestation are clear, the mind's speculation is free from the fabrications of words. The nature of reality abides in its own nature, mother and child merge, and sing in the primordial realm of reality, therefore, by looking at the signs that include bindus and strings of pearls, focus and stare intently. It is crucial to simply leave the signs in the state of being naturally bright, without fabrication or distraction. The amount of time for meditation during the Bardo of Dharmata, mixed with the time after equanimity, surpassing the limits of meditation sessions, giving rise to the experience of spontaneously accomplished wisdom, is difficult to measure its limits. Generally speaking, abiding in meditation, without being interrupted by conceptual thoughts, abide for as long as it lasts. During the Bardo of Dharmata, it is important to be familiar with the degree to which one can be liberated from it now, as well as the four appearances of luminosity, therefore, grasp whether dream practice has reached the standard or not. In the state of equanimity, even if it appears to be distracted, as long as one maintains mindfulness, and the experience of bliss, clarity, and non-thought arises, it is crucial not to involve the clinging of the experiencer and the desire to experience. Be certain that whatever arises is one's own mind, and the nature of mind is pure, appearing as emptiness and clarity without grasping. From the state of equanimity, the clinging to body, appearances, mind, etc., is naturally purified, and one abides naked and bare, without inside or outside, therefore conceptual thoughts will not naturally arise. Even if they arise, it is enough to simply recognize them. Appearances and mind merge, appearances
