Without applying antidotes. From the perspective of accumulating the Three Jewels, if someone is struck by a poisoned arrow, and instead of addressing the poison, they keep examining where the poisonous feather came from, or where the wood came from, etc., the poison will spread and lead to death, as the analogy states. If one knows the key point of realization of self-liberation, it's like saying that quickly pulling out the arrow and discarding it will prevent death. If one knows the key point of self-liberation, no matter how much affliction and conceptual thought arise, the power of conceptual thought transforms into practice. Therefore, the key point of transforming afflictions into the path is also included here, and all the qualities of the path transforming into strength also depend on the key point of self-liberation. At that time, not being afraid of the nature of the Dharmakaya is patience, and having the supreme realization of suchness is the wisdom of the supreme Dharma. The latter two paths of joining are also included in the moment of self-liberation's intention. Yangs Yul, the liberation of suchness, etc., are known. Furthermore, the Omniscient Great One said: "In the state of emptiness, there is no distraction, nor is there a distractor. When stability is perfected, the field of distraction is definitely suchness." As such, the field of distraction dawns as suchness. When one realizes that suchness is the nature of universal going, one is freed from the memory of effortful action, and the effortless, self-arising memory is the branch of perfect mindfulness of enlightenment. In equanimity, the lamp of self-born wisdom, primordial purity (Tibetan: ཀ་དག 梵文天城体:कादा,梵文罗马拟音:kāda,汉语字面意思:本来清净 kāda), the manifest intention that is free from reality and characteristics, abides in its own suchness. In the subsequent attainment, the wisdom of realization born from meditation blazes forth, and the wisdom born from meditation, which knows the various categories of all phenomena, is the branch of perfect discrimination of Dharma enlightenment. Realizing and stabilizing the nature of continuous effort like a flowing river is the branch of perfect effort enlightenment. The imprint of that effort dawns in the mind, freeing it from the bondage of negative thoughts, and abiding in uninterrupted joy and bliss is the branch of perfect joy enlightenment. The imprint of the effort of abiding contemplation dawns on the body, freeing the body from the karma and afflictions that lack freedom, and giving rise to a special bliss of pliancy, and liberation from the suffering of birth and death is the branch of perfect pliancy enlightenment. As stated in the Uttaratantra: "The noble ones have completely abandoned the suffering of birth, sickness, and aging."

Yes, that is so. If that is the case, why do appearances of birth, aging, sickness, and death still manifest for a yogi who has realized and become one with the expanse of reality? That is because it is shown that way due to the influence of the perceptions of others and those to be tamed. In terms of one's own awareness, there is no self-characterized birth or death. As it says in the Ornament of the Sutras, "Through that, all phenomena are like illusions, and birth is understood like going to a pleasure garden." Like that. The samadhi, the limb of perfect enlightenment, is the inseparability of the intention, the contemplation of self-abiding, and the wisdom of detachment and breakthrough. The equanimity, the limb of perfect enlightenment, is the manifestation of the intention of equality without acceptance or rejection, whereby all dualistic phenomena such as right and wrong, existence and non-existence, good and bad, become of one taste in the expanse of non-dual awareness. The seven limbs of enlightenment are the realization of the intention's potential, which is the wisdom of the noble ones on the path of seeing. Because of realizing the nature of the all-pervading nature of reality, it is the all-encompassing wisdom. Furthermore, in the characteristic vehicle, it says, "The complete Buddhas are pleased, the accumulations of merit and wisdom are greatly gathered, and the non-conceptual wisdom in the Dharma is considered supreme because it is born." Like that, just as one pleases many complete Buddhas and, through relying on the complete accumulation of the two accumulations in countless eons of subsequent practice, the non-conceptual wisdom of the path of seeing, the realization of the noble path, is born. However, here, on the path of the Great Perfection of self-existing nature, one relies on the realization of the holy guru, gaining certainty that they are the essence of all Buddhas, liberating one's own lineage. Furthermore, through the skillful means of secret mantra, which can gather the accumulations of eons in an instant, one fills the measure of the two preliminary accumulations, purifying one's being. When the non-conceptual wisdom of reality, the nature of awareness of breakthrough, is introduced based on the key points of the instructions, then the disciples of the Great Perfection, those uncommon individuals with self-arisen wisdom, simultaneously realize liberation. Because of seeing the wisdom of the exhaustion of phenomena of trekchö and the luminosity of the direct perception of tögal, it is known as the Great Perfection of the noble path. When such wisdom is born in one's being, it is the realization of the Great Perfection, and one becomes a Great Perfection person. It is not merely entering the door of the Great Perfection or merely receiving the introduction.
