At the time of the eighth bhumi, the Immovable, the perfection of aspiration is complete, and for the benefit of others, all needs and desires arise effortlessly, so it is like a wish-fulfilling jewel. In the middle of the great stage, at the time of the ninth bhumi, Good Intelligence, the perfection of power is complete, and becoming power, it ripens the minds of those to be tamed, just as the sun shines on crops. In the great of the great stage, at the time of obtaining the tenth bhumi, Cloud of Dharma, the perfection of wisdom is complete, and with the song that ripens all beings to be tamed, according to what is appropriate for each, the Dharma is taught in a pleasing way, so it is like a dragon. This is the bodhisattva bhumi at the end of the ten bhumis, so in places like Tushita, the Dharma is taught, and in the fields of those to be tamed, beings are led through the twelve deeds of the Buddha. However, on the level of meditative equipoise, it is different from the fully enlightened Buddhas, because there are subtle habitual obscurations lying dormant, which are destroyed by a vajra-like samadhi, and in the second moment, enlightenment is manifested. For example, Indra's divine elephant, Extremely Stable, and so on. In common with the three great paths of meditation, there is mastery over the five superknowledges of magical power, divine eye, divine ear, knowledge of others' minds, and recollection of past lives, so that beings to be tamed are led according to their needs, like a great king who wields power. The qualities of the two accumulations are greatly expanded, producing all that is needed and accomplishing all desires, like a king's treasury. The thirty-seven factors of enlightenment, which are the path of learning for bodhisattvas, are the correct path that all the Buddhas of the three times, together with their retinues, have gone and followed, so it is like a great road. Being able to lead all sentient beings to the state of omniscience, it is separated from the two extremes of samsara and nirvana, like a fine mount of shamatha and vipashyana in union. Furthermore, having obtained the retention that does not forget the words and meanings of all dharmas, and the unobstructed eloquence that expands to teach others, having inexhaustible mastery, for example, a great ocean does not contain the confluence of small streams, nor is anything diminished in anything else, so it is like a treasure of water. Again, it is the final stage of the ten bhumis.

Like clouds, even without the intention to guide sentient beings, they can mature beings with a feast of the sacred Dharma like a waterfall, just like beautiful music. Placing beings in the state of omniscient wisdom, the single path naturally arises, without the need for diligent practice, just like small rivers flowing into the ocean. For one's own benefit, realizing the Dharmakaya, and raining down the sacred Dharma on sentient beings, therefore like clouds. Thus, the twenty-two ways of generating the precious Bodhicitta by relying on friends, etc., each includes both aspiration and action, as the omniscient Longchenpa believes. If all of these are summarized, they also include both aspiration and action. Thought is pure aspiration, while practice is cultivating the six perfections, etc. Second, following the Ornament of the Sutras, as Maitreya Bodhisattva said, there are eighty inexhaustibles. First. Among them, the meanings of earth, gold, moon, fire, etc. are: Bodhisattvas, for the benefit of all sentient beings, the aspiration and desire to attain the state of complete and perfect enlightenment is inexhaustible, like the earth. Intention is inexhaustible, like gold. Increased intention is inexhaustible, like the moon, this is the path of accumulation. Cultivating the six perfections is inexhaustible, like fire, this is the path of preparation. Inexhaustible generosity is like a treasure. Inexhaustible discipline is like the source of jewels. Inexhaustible patience is like the ocean. Bodhicitta, inexhaustible diligence is like a vajra. Inexhaustible meditation is like a mountain. Inexhaustible wisdom is like medicine. Loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity, the four immeasurables, spiritual friends. The four means of gathering, inexhaustible wish-fulfilling jewels. The six superknowledges, inexhaustible like the sun. Abandoning Dharma, meaning, and words, individual correct, inexhaustible like a song. Not relying on individuals but relying on the Dharma, not relying on the conventional but relying on the ultimate, not relying on consciousness but relying on wisdom, not relying on the provisional but relying on the definitive, these four reliances are inexhaustible, like a king. The two accumulations are inexhaustible, like a treasury. The thirty-seven factors of enlightenment are inexhaustible, like a great path. Shamatha and vipashyana are inexhaustible, like a vehicle. Grasping and being grasped are inexhaustible, like a river. The total retention of the Dharma, the four seals of the Dharma: all conditioned things are impermanent, all contaminated things
