Because all are gathered into Tummo (Tib: gtum mo). Regarding wind yoga (Tib: rlung gi rnal 'byor), the Kalacakra states that one should focus on kumbhaka; the Manjushri-nama-samgiti states that one should focus on vajra-japa, and so on, there are many. Teacher Buddha Jnana Pada ignites the fire by contemplating the manifested bindu at the tip of the illusory body channel, the heart, and the secret place, as well as the indestructible bindu and the secret bindu, which is the yoga of bindu. There are also Dom bhi Heruka and his disciples, as well as Krishna, who focus on Tummo. Although there are many methods, if one understands the key points of the path composed by the great accomplished ones without deviating, then no matter which method one practices, one can attain sahaja-ananda without any difference. Among them, the Samputa Tantra says: 'The channels that grow within it have the nature of sesame oil lamps,' etc., briefly explaining the spring bindu, Following the meaning explained in detail, Teacher Krishna explained the measurement of long and short letters, etc., and the meaning of the way of writing letters spoken by Teacher Abhyadatta. If one explains the meaning of the tiny gap in the central channel bound by the heart channel knot, there is a blue Hūṃ (Tib: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Seed syllable) letter, the size of a mustard seed, emitting white light, descending like snow, which is the burning of Tummo. In order to generate happiness, it is called spring. At that time, because there is no obstacle to generating happiness, it is called indestructible. The short A (Tib: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: None) letter in the central channel bound by the navel channel knot is called bindu. When the flow of the left and right channels stops, and the wind that stirs the fire in the triangular central channel at the triple junction ignites the fire, the Haṃ (Tib: ཧྃ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal meaning: Seed syllable) letter at the crown melts and meets the navel, it becomes both spring and bindu. Similarly, it will also change when it meets the heart. The three letters located at the navel, heart, and throat, the bottom one is short, the middle two are short, and the top three are short. Some teachers say that when the crown reaches the throat, because it is far from the fire, the bindu is only one-third the size; when it reaches the heart, because it is close to the fire, one part is consumed, leaving two parts; when it reaches the navel, there is only one part left. But this is only the measurement of the length of the sound, not the meaning of the size of the bindu. Therefore, the places where the sound arises are: abdomen, throat, palate and tongue, nose, crown, teeth and lips. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

观想在脐轮中央,红色阿字(藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:无)位于月亮之上,并带有 bindu(藏文:ཐིག་ལེ,梵文天城体:बिंदु,梵文罗马拟音:bindu,汉语字面意思:明点)和 nada(藏文:ནཱ་ད,梵文天城体:नाद,梵文罗马拟音:nāda,汉语字面意思:声)。

As stated, when the places where sound arises within the body meet, the 'a' (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, literal meaning: none) at the navel should be short, and the 'hūṃ' (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, literal meaning: seed syllable) at the heart should also be short, both being of equal measure, while the 'oṃ' (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, literal meaning: auspicious) at the throat should reach the measure of three short sounds. This is an inner treasure, not an expression of outer speech. The meaning represented by the four letters is: the navel and crown chakras represent the body, the 'hūṃ' at the heart represents the mind, and the 'oṃ' at the throat represents speech, thus representing the three doors of a yogi. Then comes the order of how to hold the focus: Based on purifying the mind-stream through the common path, after fully meditating on the stages of generation, at the end of the session, one should first clearly visualize the three channels. The central channel within the body is straight, slightly closer to the front of the body, and is blue in color. The right channel (Rāsanā) is red, and the left channel (Lalanā) is white, with a thickness like that of a little finger, extending from the crown to the sole of the foot. Visualize that at the navel, between the breasts, and at the throat and hairline, the Rāsanā and Lalanā channels are bound to the central channel with knots. Then clearly visualize the navel chakra petals. Although there are many layers inside and outside the navel chakra petals, visualize eight petals in the four directions and four corners inserting into the central channel, with pores. Visualize in the center of the navel, a red 'a' (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, literal meaning: none) residing on the moon, adorned with bindu (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: बिंदु, Sanskrit Romanization: bindu, literal meaning: drop) and nada (Tibetan: ནཱ་ད, Sanskrit Devanagari: नाद, Sanskrit Romanization: nāda, literal meaning: sound). Then, starting from the front (east), inside the channel's tube, all the letters are standing upright, red in color, from the outside in, starting from the 'a', until meeting the final vowel's visarga, arrange the sixteen vowel letters. Then clockwise, in the southern channel, arrange the 'ka' group letters, in the west the 'ca' group, and in the north the 'ṭa' group. The corners are also arranged clockwise, starting from the southeast, arrange the 'ta' group letters, the 'pa' group letters, and finally arrange the four root letters and the five warm letters. It is said that the vowel letters inside the channels face upwards, and the consonant letters face downwards. This refers to the letters of the central channel's navel chakra, not the petals. Meditating by arranging letters on the channel petals is for gathering the winds at the center of the chakra. Meditating at the navel is for untying the knots of the channels. If these chakras are gathered, they will converge into the two channels, 'e' and 'vaṃ'. In the two 'e' channels, the crown and navel are triangular in shape. In the two 'vaṃ' channels, the throat and heart are round in shape. Visualize all the letters as red, slightly shimmering, and adorned with bindu and nada, like bodhicitta dew. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
