Regarding the generation stage (Kye Rim) and completion stage (Dzog Rim), first, we do not discuss their beginning and end, but rather the intermediate stage that encompasses both the generation and completion stages. In the completion stage, the extent of the generation stage is: as previously mentioned, through the power of practicing Tummo yoga, the flow of the left and right channels stops, and due to the power of this cessation, the fire located below the navel is ignited, thereby generating and maintaining the bliss of burning and dripping. Generally, the power of wind (rLung) causes the essence (Khams) to move outward, but the essence melted by the fire ignited by the wind does not move outward. Next is learning to contract and expand: as the scripture says, '(Its light) is like one hundred thousandth of a hair tip, similar to the flow of lightning.' This means that the light emitted from the four fingers of the previous Tummo yoga enters all the lotus petals of the chakras, practicing within the channels, especially visualizing the fingertips and all the pores. Then, exhale from the right nostril, placing all beings in the state of Buddha. For those beings who have been Buddhas from the beginning, inhale from the left nostril, purifying all the channels from the great bliss wheel to the emanation wheel, merging the nectar of Buddha's wisdom with the flame of Tummo, then exhale from the right nostril, inhale from one's own left nostril, gradually spreading through the channel petals of the great bliss wheel and between the pores, visualizing blessing oneself. Then is the way to generate the experience of the four joys: as stated in the 'Union Tantra': 'The detailed division of the four wheels is, the four great elements such as earth, and the blessings of the four times, and the four lotuses, the four joys are its nature, the four unions are in advance. With the nature of supreme joy, from the things that can be done and are done, the glorious Vajrasattva image, how does one enjoy bliss here?' Its meaning is, quoting Manjushri's Great Seal Bindu and explaining in detail. That is to say, the moon said to be one-sixteenth and the sun of the twelve houses is the white Bodhicitta, and the sun is the red Bodhicitta. To this, practicing the previously mentioned Tummo yoga, relying on melting the Haṃ (Haṃ, Devanagari: हं, Haṃ, emptiness) syllable at the crown chakra, the four joys arise from the center of the great bliss wheel to the center of the enjoyment wheel. Among them, the four parts of the body sequentially generate minor joy, joy, great joy, and innate joy. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

From the Enjoyment Wheel (Tibetan: ལོངས་སྤྱོད་འཁོར་, referring to the Sambhogakaya's Enjoyment Wheel) to the center of the Dharma Wheel (Tibetan: ཆོས་འཁོར་, referring to the Dharmakaya's Dharma Wheel), Supreme Joy (Tibetan: མཆོག་དགའ་) arises; from there to the center of the Emanation Wheel (Tibetan: སྤྲུལ་པའི་འཁོར་, referring to the Nirmanakaya's Emanation Wheel), Special Joy (Tibetan: ཁྱད་པར་གྱི་དགའ་བ་) arises; in the center of the Jewel (Tibetan: ནོར་བུའི་, referring to the bindu) to the small (Tibetan: ཆུང་པའི་), Coemergent Joy (Tibetan: ལྷན་ཅིག་སྐྱེས་པའི་དགའ་བ་) arises. These three joys are further divided into small, medium, and large, so they are one-sixteenth of the moon (Tibetan: ཟླ་བའི་ཆ་བཅུ་དྲུག་གོ།). The one-twelfth of the sun (Tibetan: ཉི་མའི་ཆ་བཅུ་གཉིས་ནི།) is: the four joys (Tibetan: དགའ་བཞི་) that arise dependent on the red element (Tibetan: ཁམས་དམར་པོ་, referring to the female bindu), divided into small, medium, and large in the four wheels (Tibetan: འཁོར་ལོ་བཞིའི་, referring to the body wheel, speech wheel, mind wheel, and wisdom wheel), so they are twelve (Tibetan: བཅུ་གཉིས་སོ།།). In this way, if a joy with fully complete characteristics of upward descent (Tibetan: ཡས་བབས་) as previously described arises, then the bindu will not move outward but will return upward, this is the Dharma nature (Tibetan: ཆོས་ཉིད་) of dependent origination (Tibetan: རྟེན་འབྲེལ་) (Tibetan: ཡིན་ནོ།།). The previous lamas (Tibetan: བླ་མ་སྔ་མ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་) also said about the lower base (Tibetan: མས་བརྟན་ལ་) that although the four joys (Tibetan: དགའ་བཞི་) are divided, the fundamental tantras (Tibetan: རྒྱུད་) and commentaries (Tibetan: འགྲེལ་པ་) only speak of the distinction between small and medium of coemergent joy (Tibetan: ལྷན་སྐྱེས་ཀྱི་བདེ་བ་) (Tibetan: ཆུང་འབྲིང་གི་དབྱེ་བ་ཁོ་ནར་གསུངས་སོ།།). After that, if one wonders how to divide the upward descending joy (Tibetan: ཡས་བབས་པའི་དགའ་བ་ལ་ཇི་ལྟར་དབྱེ་སྙམ་ན།), although it is not clearly stated (Tibetan: གསལ་བར་མ་གསུངས་ཀྱང་), in meaning it can be obtained from the coemergent joy (Tibetan: ལྷན་སྐྱེས་ཀྱི་བདེ་བར་) (Tibetan: དོན་གྱིས་འཐོབ་བོ།།). These are the stages (Tibetan: རིམ་པ་རྣམས།) spoken by the great venerable Tsongkhapa (Tibetan: རྗེ་བཙུན་ཆེན་པོ་ཤར་ཙོང་ཁ་པས།) in Drumbu Lung (Tibetan: གྲུམ་བུ་ལུང་དུ་), recorded by my lama, the venerable Kachuwa (Tibetan: བདག་གི་བླ་མ་རྗེ་བཙུན་དཀའ་བཅུ་པའི་) by name (Tibetan: མཚན་གྱིས་བརྗེད་བྱང་དུ་མཛད་པའོ།།). Auspicious and complete (Tibetan: ཨྀྠི།། །།). Table of Contents (Tibetan: 目录) Notes (Tibetan: ཟིན་བྲིས་སོ།།) on the Completion Stage (Tibetan: རྫོགས་པའི་རིམ་པ་) based on Glorious Chakrasamvara (Tibetan: དཔལ་འཁོར་ལོ་སྡོམ་པ་, Sanskrit: श्रीचक्रसम्वर, Romanized Sanskrit: Śrīcakrasamvara, Glorious Wheel of Supreme Bliss). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
