Imagine everything is adorned. At its heart, from the 'Ah' (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah) syllable arises a sun disc, its light inviting all Buddhas in the ten directions, such as Vairochana, Bodhisattvas such as Vajrapani, wrathful deities such as Vajra Hook, and vidyas such as Vajra Mother. Together with Manjushri, they enter the sun disc. Its light pervades a million kotis of yojanas, and upon that sun disc is a blue 'Hum' (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) syllable, possessing five-colored rays. The rays emanate, inviting the four assemblies of Buddhas, etc., and they merge into the 'Hum' (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) syllable. This transforms into a wrathful Vajra, black in color, with nine faces, extremely sharp horns, possessing five-colored rays, marked at the center with the syllable 'Hum' (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum). From this, subtle Vajra forms emanate, emanating the four assemblies of Buddhas, etc., filling the entire expanse of space like sesame pods, abiding upon the sun disc, maturing sentient beings, and merging into the Vajra together with the attainment of Vajrabhairava. Some combine the body of the former, the mantra of the middle, and the mudra of the latter, merging them together, but the tantras and ritual texts mostly explain it as before. The moon, sun, and Vajra seed syllable become one, and from various lotus, moon, and sun cushions arises the Vajra Holder, the great glorious Vajrabhairava, with a blue-black body, nine faces, thirty-four arms, and sixteen legs, standing with the right leg bent and the left leg extended. Capable of devouring the three realms, proclaiming 'Haha', curling the tongue, baring the fangs, with furrowed brows, the eyebrows and eyes beside the furrowed brows blazing like the fire at the end of an eon. The hair is reddish-yellow and stands upright. Making a threatening gesture towards the gods of the world and beyond, causing even fears to be afraid, uttering the great sound of 'Phet' (藏文:ཕཊ,梵文天城体:फट,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:Phet) like thunder, devouring human blood, fat, bones, and marrow. Adorned with a terrifying crown of five skulls and a garland of fifty human skulls, with black snakes as offerings, adorned with five seals such as the wheel of human bones and earrings, with a large belly, naked, with erect genitals. The eyebrows, eyelashes, beard, and body hair blaze like the fire at the end of an eon. The main face is black, with the face of a buffalo, extremely wrathful, with sharp horns, and the face between the two upper horns is red, extremely terrifying, with blood flowing from the mouth. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Flowing from him (the wrathful deity). Above him is Mañjuśrī (妙吉祥), with a yellow face, slightly wrathful, adorned with youthful ornaments, and with five tufts of hair on the crown of his head. At the base of the horn on the right side, the first face is blue, the face to its right is red, and the face to its left is yellow. At the base of the horn on the left side, the first face is white, the face to its right is smoke-colored, and the face to its left is black. All the faces are very wrathful, and all nine faces have three eyes. Lalita (乐音) said: 'The three faces on the right horn are: the first is dark blue, the right is red, and the left is yellow, all very wrathful. Similarly, the faces at the base of the left horn are: white, smoke-colored, and black, all very wrathful.' Thus, as stated, the six faces are situated on the sides. The first pair of right and left hands holds the wet elephant skin, with the head facing right and the hair facing out, stretching and holding the skin of the hands and feet from the left side. The remaining right hands hold: first, a curved knife; second, a bhidhipāla (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思); third, a pestle; fourth, a water knife; fifth, a kaṇaya (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思); sixth, a battle-axe; seventh, a spear; eighth, an arrow; ninth, an iron hook; tenth, a club; eleventh, a khaṭvāṅga; twelfth, a wheel; thirteenth, a five-pronged vajra; fourteenth, a vajra hammer; fifteenth, a sword; and sixteenth, a hand drum. The remaining left hands hold: first, a skull cup filled with blood; second, the head of Brahmā; third, a shield; fourth, a leg; fifth, a rope; sixth, a bow; seventh, intestines; eighth, a bell; ninth, a hand; tenth, a shroud; eleventh, a man impaled on a bright stick; twelfth, a hearth; thirteenth, a garland of skulls; fourteenth, a threatening gesture; fifteenth, a trident; and sixteenth, a wind banner. The 'Seven Tantras' and the 'Samputa' state that the first hands, right and left, hold a curved knife and a skull cup. As stated by the teacher Don Yod Dorje (义成金刚), the first hand on the left holds the elephant skin, and the first hand on the right holds a curved knife. The teacher Shiwa Yeshe (寂静智) also holds this view, so it is not the first of all hands that holds the elephant skin, but the first hand other than the one holding the elephant skin. Therefore, Lalita's 'Eight Corpse-Raising Repulsion Method' and Śrī Bhadra (吉祥贤) and Mañjuśrī Yeśes (文殊智) also state that the first hands, right and left, hold the elephant skin, which does not contradict the tantras. Since a suitable Tibetan equivalent for the second and fifth right-hand implements could not be found, the Sanskrit was retained in many rituals such as the 'Eight Corpse-Raising Repulsion Method'. In the new translation of Man Ngag Nyema, bhidhipāla (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) is a spearhead. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
