器具圆满者，骑乘凶猛恶毒之骏马，珍宝之网环绕于头，具有幻化之网的头盔，掌控诸神之神，敲响门隅（藏文：མོན་གྲུ་，地名）黄金之铃，钹声响彻，一切皆被压制，如鸟王鹏鸟般无所阻碍，见解为空性，心性明了知晓，具有战胜上部恶魔之威力，能发出英雄巨人般的力量，以珍珠为庄严之头饰，一切皆美观而明亮，明亮美观的光焰炽盛，下部那木扎（藏文：ནམ་གྲུ་，地名）手持短矛，以及凶恶眷属之荆棘，一切汇聚于财富之境，安坐于五宝堆砌之宝座上，具有幡幢、华盖、享用之美妙胜幢，鼓、笛、琵琶、手鼓之声，不时常鸣，与诸天女共舞，于天地之间安住，亦绕行于北方诸境，镇压强暴，平息傲慢，不离寂静大乐之状态，于无动摇之状态中，具足慈爱与悲悯，所有天神魔怪皆为汝之眷属，连同供品与侍从共七星，为了清净烦恼与障碍，以及调伏一切恶毒，以及遣除一切不祥之兆，以及为了平息纷争，宣说了此心髓经线，嗡 达拉玛 杜斯耶 贝玛 吽。（藏文：ཨོཾ་དྷ་ལ་མ་དྷུ་སི་ཡེ་པདྨེ་ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：ॐ धर म धु स य प म हू，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ dhara ma dhu si ye padme hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，持，蜂蜜，给予，莲花，吽。）星宿与天女眷属，此清净黄金经线，五行安布于龟背之上，八卦与宫殿，十二大年为月份之根本，星宿时辰与凶煞日，彼等皆于其中运行安住，凶恶者与地神之首领，于彼之眷属中安住者，国王持兵器骑于年兽之上，黑女无夫怀嗔恨，夺取阎罗之食，盗取食物，小鬼怀贪欲，鼻魔持轮回之剃刀，病魔断首乃疾病之主，卡拉食尸鬼怀恶毒，大腹便便乃土地之主，黑天狗怀恶毒，对一切有情作损害，于地上游荡之地神，怀持五毒之大力者，于年月时辰中，寻觅凶煞怀嫉妒，对一切有情散布恶毒，对一切降害乃五毒之子，显示恶毒乃恶业之刽子手，示现神变

Arrogant demon leaders, wanderers full of hatred, executioners of karma born from the dregs of the elements, gatherings of bad karma, afflictions, and ill omens, jealous of whatever is done. Whichever sentient beings they encounter, they torment with karma, they kill with karma. All of them are deeply afflicted. Demons dwelling in this Jambudvipa, obstacles that hinder life, executioners who loosen the knots of the body's stones, wandering as they are, greatly desiring realization, greatly jealous of whatever is done. They send karmic diseases, they inflict chronic illnesses, they send down stones and weapons like hailstorms. Some spread conflicts of bad karma, some create obstacles to life, some inflict leprosy and paralysis, some cut off lineages from the root. Some inflict sudden plagues, some kill untimely. Thus endowed, they are greatly malevolent. In order to dispel those malevolences, the king of the gods, Kongtse, meditated on the mandala of medicine that subdues poison, meditated on the perfect samadhi endowed with the radiance of peace, generated the five deities with glorious lotuses, and also composed this pure golden sutra-thread. Landlords, earth lords, demons of the earth, generating afflictions, malevolence, pride, and arrogance, executioners who are emanations of bad karma, various malevolences, droughts, and hailstorms, pacifying all anger and arrogance. Recite these great heart mantras: ཨ་རག་ཤ་སི་མ་དྷུ། དྷ་ཏྲི་དུ་སི་ནག་པོ་ཞི་ས་མ་ཡ་ནི་ཕཊ། (Tibetan) अर्घ्य शसि मधु । धात्रि दुसि नग्रो झि स मय नि फट (Sanskrit Devanagari) arghya śasi madhu | dhātri dusi nagro jhi sa maya ni phaṭ (Sanskrit Romanization) Offering, meat, honey. Holder, black Dusi, pacify, Samaya, ni, phaṭ (Literal Chinese meaning). གུར་མ་གུར་ཏི་ནག་པོ་ཞི། (Tibetan) गुर म गुर ति नग्रो झि (Sanskrit Devanagari) gura ma gura ti nagro jhi (Sanskrit Romanization) Guru ma, Guru ti, black, pacify (Literal Chinese meaning). By reciting such heart essence, the malevolence of the earth lords dwelling on the earth is greatly pacified, and all suffering will be greatly pacified. Those with arrogance who display miracles, the poison of hatred that kills with karma, all of them generate joy. Through the power of this great heart mantra, all the earth lords generate love, all suffering is liberated in its own place, and non-dual compassion arises, bestowing all complete accomplishments upon everyone. This earth lord heart essence sutra-thread, by holding it like gold and reciting it, all are liberated from suffering, dissolving into the state of great enlightenment. By purifying malevolence, wisdom is perfected, by subduing hatred, love is attained, by subduing ignorance, bliss is obtained, by subduing jealousy, arrogance is pacified, by subduing desire, attachment and aversion are purified, by subduing the five poisons, bliss is obtained. Through the power of that which is able to purify the miraculous powers of its obscurations, and the sins of the obscurations of bad karma,
