One should abandon thoughts arising from the eight worldly concerns of attachment and aversion. Undetermined whether virtuous or non-virtuous, whether for one's own or others' benefit, it should be discerned and corrected. Furthermore, Lama Chöying Rangdröl said: Having traversed the path of the four vidyādharas through the generation stage of Mahāyoga, reaching the ground of the Great Assembly of the Wheel of Letters, one wishes that the container and its contents manifest as the mandala of body and wisdom. In Anuyoga, touching the vital points of the vajra body, the mandala of the Dharmadhātu Samantabhadrī, the mandala of the Blissful Means Samantabhadra, the indivisible son, the mandala of Great Bliss, understanding the nature of these three, having perfected the five paths, one wishes that wisdom arises from the body. In Atiyoga, the actual practice of recognizing one's own nature is in accordance with the innate view of luminosity and emptiness, relying on the practice of Trekchö's four yogas and Tögal's four lamps. By cultivating subsequent appearances through practice, perfecting the four visions, the wisdom of Trekchö arises from the heart, and the wisdom of Tögal arises from the eyes. May it be virtuous! Furthermore, Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo said: "The ripening result, the causative action, the experience, the similar cause, the possessive result, and the dominating result, these five explain the fruits of karma according to the scriptures." In the Gong Zang Yeshe Rangsal Gyü (The Self-Arisen Wisdom Tantra of the All-Encompassing Intention): The prophecies of the lama come from remembering the instructions and having great devotion to the lama. The prophecies of the yidam come from fully receiving the outer, inner, and secret empowerments, and constantly remembering the yidam deity. The prophecies of the dakini come from having great and unbroken samaya. Furthermore, in the Later Whispered Transmission of Vairotsana: At that time, doing the seven feasts and any virtuous deeds is beneficial. There are two types: The virtuous deed of holding barley flour in one's hand is the virtuous deed that each person does now. The virtuous deed of chasing away like sheep is like doing a virtuous deed this year for someone who died last year. The virtuous deed of going together like a wedding escort is doing it within six days, day and night. There are three points to doing virtuous deeds: Because it is a virtuous deed, it must not be mixed with sin. If it is mixed with sin, due to the power of karma, the deceased will be destroyed. Because it is the food portion of the deceased, there must be no miserliness. If there is miserliness, due to the power of karma, the deceased will not receive it. The living and the dead

Because it is the Jyestha month, it must be done at six sunsets. If it is not done then, it will be difficult to benefit immediately. So it was said. Furthermore, when explaining the apprehended and apprehender of outer, inner, and secret, in general, identify the apprehended and apprehender and ascertain them as they are. Those who do nothing but talk emptily without even a good understanding of the two types of selflessness, whatever they think of the outer, inner, and secret skies, and whatever they say about the outer, inner, and secret fierce places, etc., have not grasped the confidence of the view, have lost the state of meditation, and their behavior has become vulgar. These people have not been able to transcend the bonds of apprehended and apprehender, and therefore, without being controlled by selflessness, the very thought of clinging to true existence, in relation to those three objects, is called the apprehended and apprehender of outer, inner, and secret, and there is no contradiction. For example, separated from the view of selflessness, one says, "I have realized the secret sky!" Deciding this for oneself and saying it to others is the arrogant demon among the four demons, and it is the actual apprehended and apprehender. Look at those who talk emptily these days and you will understand. In particular, when sentient beings die, the body and mind of the previous life cease, and in the interval before the body and mind of the next life arise, the basic clear light appears, but ordinary people do not recognize it. When rising from that light, due to the influence of the three causes and four conditions, one wanders in samsara. The three causes are: the ignorance of being alone, the coemergent ignorance, and the ignorance of imputation. These three are the ways of apprehending and apprehender of outer, inner, and secret. Dreams and illusions should also be applied in the same way. Although much has been said, it is difficult to determine whether it is as the Buddha said, except for those incoherent words, so please understand. Furthermore, the glorious Rolpai Dorje (rol pa'i rdo rje) and others, the root guru is very kind. If a flash of the guru's blessing appears in the foolish mind of a deceitful and cunning person, in order to remind oneself not to forget the key points of practice, I write these down. In the empowerment ritual of the secret seal of mind practice, it says: Without generating the mind of enlightenment, one cannot become a Buddha. Therefore, generate the supreme mind of enlightenment. Also, as it says in the Explanation of the Mind of Enlightenment: Without generating the mind of enlightenment, one will never attain Buddhahood, and there is no other way to accomplish the benefit of oneself and others in samsara. So it was said. Self and other
