Purity. Pure from the beginning. Pure from the beginning. Pure from the very beginning. As it is said in the Garland of Pearls: "When the syllable 'Ka' (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) first arises, the number of pure and stainless qualities is exhausted." That's it. In general, of the two systems of hearing, thinking, and seeing, and the system of oral instruction and meditation, this is according to the latter. First, when the mind is left in its natural state, the delusions and thoughts of the three times naturally dissipate. The five consciousnesses and the alaya consciousness cannot be clarified. If it is clear, it can be recognized. If it is not recognized, the distinction between mind and awareness cannot be made. The way to recognize it is: Although the five consciousnesses, the alaya consciousness, and the non-conceptual mind consciousness arise at the same time, the alaya is very (the original is unclear). For example, when a person stops running and running, he does not think of anything because of the difficulty, and he is empty and has no attachment to the outside and no placement inside. That is the alaya consciousness. The alaya consciousness is clear and non-conceptual. It must be like wisdom (the original is unclear). Therefore, most of the old monks who practice foolishly appear to be drowsy and drowsy, but what is it? That is the appearance of sinking, drowsiness, and confusion on the alaya. The alaya is clear, bright, and immovable. The so-called "thomme" is not clinging to any object, so it is not predicted for good or evil. Nowadays, most of the lamas and disciples are practicing this, so it is difficult for anyone to recognize the awareness, as Nyagla said. Whether it is exoteric or esoteric, when practicing, first of all, the light of the wisdom of the example is only the general meaning. Except for those with sharp faculties, there is no way to realize the wisdom of the meaning at once. This is not found in the Dzogchen Kagyama and Terma, and in the realization experience of the previous Buddhas. Rong, Long, and Mipham Rinpoche clearly explained it as it is in the innate mind. Therefore, first of all, in the face of the consciousness, like the moon reflected in the water, one practices the general meaning of awareness. Therefore, it is said that the mind consciousness is better than omniscience, as it is said in the scriptures: "All dharmas precede the mind," etc. In the accumulation and preparation stages, although it is said that the wisdom of the example is manifest, awareness is not manifest. It must be understood that the general meaning of awareness is manifest. In the case of the path of accumulation, the manifest nature of reality is also shown by signs, as it is said in the Treatise on Measurement, "like clinging in a dream." At the time of the path of accumulation, at night, during sleep

Once a fragment of clear light is grasped, obstacles of intermediate level and below can be liberated. During the advancement of the path of application, about two-thirds of sleep is liberated into clear light. Even then, there are times when clear light cannot be grasped due to shadows and the like. Whatever misfortune occurs, it is spontaneously liberated. As it is liberated loosely, the clear light becomes increasingly brighter, so it is said that misfortune appears as the Dharmakaya, like the "father phok" (phonetic transliteration) of clear light. It is said that individuals who have realized the view of the path of application are like Rushel Yonten Palzang and Drukgu Tokden. When the wisdom of the path of seeing reaches its peak, upon seeing the clear light of meaning, the mind consciousness ceases. Without object and subject, the essence of the realm of phenomena is directly seen by the subject wisdom, and one obtains one hundred and twelve qualities. The eye consciousness also obtains the qualities of knowing the twenty-five aspects of form, sound, etc. The ninth ground of the path of meditation is the exhaustion of the nature of phenomena. At the end of the tenth ground, there is clear light like the full moon on the fifteenth day. In the state of Buddhahood, one hears of all the qualities of the Sugata realm, like the mandala of the sun. The phrase "opening the inner shell of the egg of ignorance" means liberating the bonds of the alaya of ignorance and awakening to the wisdom of awareness. Self-arisen clear light is not created by any cause or condition. That which is assembled by cause and condition is like a sprout, where the cause is the seed and the conditions are the aggregation of water, fertilizer, etc. If measured from the perspective of an individual's mind, if one obtains a good condition and a great material possession, due to the power of that condition, the mind feels very happy. Even when meditating, not many conceptual thoughts arise, and the mind feels very comfortable. Therefore, one will certainly not smell even a trace of clear light. Similarly, one must understand that the feeling of happiness transformed by the conditions of external appearances such as dwellings, clothes, and utensils, as well as the suffering caused by bad conditions, and the intermediate thoughts, are all transformed by these three. In the samadhi state of an individual who has reached the original nature, whatever arises is solely the play of clear light. For example, just as one cannot find ordinary soil and stones in the precious golden continent. An example is like Lama Zhang Rinpoche. The so-called ordinary consciousness also has many classifications. Most people think he is an ordinary consciousness.
