That is, if the knowledge of a beginner is not focused on the eyes, the space and bindu will not appear. Even if they appear, since they are dharmas that do not go beyond the object and the subject, it is necessary to mix space and awareness. That is also because knowledge must return inward and be purified, the sign of which is that the space-bindu becomes very thin. If you meditate in that state, the space-bindu will appear thick, at which time space and awareness are mixed without distinction. At that time, the space-bindu does not have the form of movement. So it is said. Furthermore, during the meditative state, in the space of the union of awareness and emptiness, free from the husk of attachment to experience, whatever thoughts of the three times arise, they are purified without accumulating habitual tendencies, arising and dissolving without a trace. During the post-meditative state, it is very important to integrate that into conduct, as the lama said. Furthermore, whether or not stability has been attained is measured in dreams. Whether or not thoughts are liberated in their own place must be understood when encountering adverse conditions. Whether or not one is walking on the correct path is known by the power of meditative equipoise during post-meditative conduct, through pure appearances and compassion, etc. So it is said. Furthermore, to explain a little about the meaning of space and awareness in the context of Dzogchen, all the phenomena of samsara and nirvana that appear externally are only emanations from the inner space, and there is nothing else. And on top of the inner space, all the phenomena included in appearance, mind, samsara, and nirvana are not established in any way, therefore the names space-emptiness, freedom from elaboration, primordial purity, etc., arise. Therefore, according to the view of this Dharma, all dharmas are without basis and without root, which also means that they are not established in space, and that space is not established in anything. However, if all dharmas emanate and emanate from space, and if one thinks that the basis is space, then one might think that they are established in space. From the beginning, space and awareness have never been separated, that is, all related awareness is the impure appearance-thoughts of samsara due to the defilement of conceptual thought, and all the appearances of nirvana that are purified from that, there is nothing in the nature of the arising space itself. Therefore, since space has never been separated from appearance, one can speak of the appearance of space, and since awareness has never been separated, one can also speak of the awareness of space. According to the view of this Dharma, the meaning is that phenomena are non-existent from their own nature. If all phenomena were truly established, then they would have to be established on top of the space that is the basis of appearance, but there

If everything is unestablished, and the sphere that is the basis of appearance is also unestablished in any way, then realizing that the basis where all phenomena culminate is unestablished, what need is there to mention that the phenomena arising from it are empty? This is how to correctly understand that all phenomena are empty in a single sphere, and that the sphere is one. In general, this emptiness of non-affirmation, which is the sphere that is empty of two objects to be negated, is called the emptiness of the sphere because it is empty of both appearance and conceptualization. According to this Dharma, all phenomena are definitely empty of inherent existence, and this is the way to proceed. First, one must be certain that all phenomena are unestablished on top of the sphere, and that the sphere itself has no inherent nature. Then, if one examines all the phenomena that arise from the sphere, one will be certain that the basis is unestablished. If one does not examine them, one will only feel a sense of joy. If one repeatedly gains certainty in this, then the meaning of emptiness and dependent origination will be particularly superior to other paths. In Madhyamaka, the root of cyclic existence is the clinging to true existence, and the wisdom that realizes the absence of true existence. The act of these two ways of clinging being contradictory is conceptualization, so all conceptualization must be cut off. Therefore, those who think that in the secret tantras, the luminosity that has an object like mind-isolation, with the power of projecting it elsewhere, makes the general meaning of its own emptiness into a path, are also considered to be conceptualizations that grasp the nominal meaning of this Dharma, so that too must be cut off. Likewise, the mere non-conceptualization of other luminosity is not the sphere. Because the sphere is a non-conceptualization that is empty of two objects to be negated. This is the view of some of the ancient scholars such as Terdak Lingpa. Therefore, the sphere of this Dharma must be such that in the appearance of the yogi, the proliferation of the two objects to be negated is completely cut off, and there must be a naked certainty about the non-conceptual nature of reality. It is not enough for non-conceptualization to be empty of those things from the beginning. Therefore, the non-conceptualization that is like the samadhi of the peak of existence, and the mere manifestation of luminosity in other secret tantras, although it is mere non-conceptualization, is not the sphere. It is also not awareness, because it is a conceptualization that grasps the nominal meaning, that is, the luminosity like mind-isolation. In general, awareness does not appear in the sphere. Awareness also does not make the sphere an object. If it does, it will become something with a target. One must say that awareness is without support, without object, and transparent. One should not praise awareness that is free from conceptualization, because the part that is free from conceptualization is not awareness, conceptualization is
