More excellent than other students and sons. The mother put the little son in the middle of a rock and said, "Practice realization!" When the profound Chö teachings flourished, the Indian paṇḍitas were jealous and said, "The source of all teachings is India. There is no source of teachings in Tibet, and the heretical teachings of demons are flourishing." Two Indian paṇḍitas came to Tibet and, when they spoke with Machig (female benefactor), Machig explained the previous reasons in detail. Previously, in the bedroom where she lived, there were Chö Dharma categories, and her corpse was in the sky where she lived, so if it was burned with fire, pure body relics and speech relics would appear. The two paṇḍitas and the holy Indian three went to India and did as Machig said. In this way, relics, body relics, and speech relics appeared, and the paṇḍitas believed that most of the profound Chö categories flourished from Tibet to India. Like this, there are many Chö, but apart from the differences in the faculties and individual differences of individuals, the essence of these teachings is: In short, when the thoughts of the three times of past, present, and future, and the thoughts of the three experiences of bliss, clarity, and non-thought, etc., are purified into the Dharmadhatu, it is called Chö. The essential instructions for destroying the confusion of the path time, the uncommon preliminaries are: body and "suchness" are separated, speech and "suchness" are separated, and mind and "suchness" are separated. "Suchness" has the meaning of two, which is the separation of samsara and nirvana. Burning the seeds of the five impure lineages with the fire of the three vajras, relying on the body and vessel as the Nirmanakaya, speech with Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊), Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) purification and the four ways of gathering and dispersing, obtain the Sambhogakaya of speech. Realizing the nature of the four liberations, therefore obtaining the Dharmakaya of mind. Having destroyed the confusion of the path time, but it is not that there is nothing, but that confused appearances must arise as wisdom. In any case, Trekchö (cutting through) views this vessel and content as the mandala of self-appearing wisdom, and Tögal (leaping over) views this vessel and content as the nature of body and light wisdom. In the uncommon preliminaries, according to the teachings of the Dzogchen tradition, such as Khenchen Pema Dorje and Minling Ter

The two great ེར་ཆེན་ said that the preliminary practice is to demolish the house of the mind, the main practice is to introduce the self-nature of awareness, and the subsequent practice is to maintain it through practice, which are included in three sections. When demolishing the house of the mind in the preliminary practice, it is said in the "Guidance After Death" that first, cut off thoughts, then find the weaknesses of the mind, and then examine the three places of origin, dwelling, and destination. As it is said, if thoughts are not cut off, the cause of the three realms of samsara cannot be recognized. If it is not recognized, one cannot be liberated from samsara. If weaknesses are not found, the true nature of all phenomena cannot be understood. If it is not understood, there is no way to introduce the true nature. The first step of cutting off thoughts is that wandering in the three realms of samsara depends on the three doors of body, speech, and mind. Among the three doors of body, speech, and mind, consider which is the most important. The pleasures and pains of the body, heat and cold, hunger and thirst, etc., and all the expressions of speech, and the consciousness that follows the five senses of the mind, and who is the one who attains Buddhahood? Who is the one who wanders in samsara? After observation and analysis, it is determined that the root of everything is the mind, which is like recognizing a thief. It is said that the appearance to be refuted must be determined. Second, finding weaknesses is to examine that mind from the aspects of color, shape, and characteristics. The shapes are round, square, crescent, triangular, etc., and the colors are white, yellow, red, green, blue, etc., and existence and non-existence, appearance and emptiness, permanence and annihilation, oneness and otherness, determining that it is none of these, one should know that the body is appearance-emptiness, like an image in a mirror, speech is sound-emptiness, like an echo in a valley, and mind is awareness-emptiness, like the tracks of birds in the sky. One should know that all conventional aspects are emptiness. Emptiness has not become nihilistic emptiness, but cause and effect manifest. Third, regarding the three places of origin, dwelling, and destination, does this clear and aware consciousness arise from the external container world or from the internal sentient beings? Examine the components of one's own body, etc., does it arise from the head or from the limbs? All of these must be analyzed into indivisible particles. The way of abiding is also to examine where it abides, whether outside, inside, container-content, or oneself. Then also examine the destination, where does it go from the outside or oneself. By examining the mind that goes, one knows that it is without self-nature. That is, from where it arises, to where the thing belongs.
