With. Like a magic trick, Whatever arises is sudden, Quickly written. Homage to the Guru! Seventeen verses such as "Incomparable Kind One": Of the incomparable, kind Guru, May I worship the dust of his feet on my crown. From here until enlightenment, May the inseparable Dharma friend accomplish the result. Since it is difficult to find this good support, take the essence of leisure. Since there is no certainty in life, contemplate when death will come without knowing. Since there is no deception in the law of karma, practice diligently in accepting and rejecting cause and effect. Since there is no essence in samsara, abandon the activities of the eight worldly dharmas. Since it is the fruit of virtue, generate joy on the path of liberation. Since it is the source of accomplishments, pray to the Guru. Since it is the supreme refuge, entrust your heart to the Three Jewels. Since these six realms are parents, cultivate loving-kindness and compassion. Since it is the broom of sins and obscurations, cultivate the four powers of remedy. Since it is the root of the Dharma, purify pure perception in everyone. Since phenomena and existence are without inherent existence, practice the skill of illusion. Since it is the essence of advice, subdue your own mind with the Dharma. Since it is the heart-speech of a beggar like me, friend, hold it in your heart. May there be auspiciousness! Homage to the Guru! The meaning of the name "Appearance-Emptiness Union": The three times are without root, devoid of essence, which is called emptiness. Various appearances are unceasing, which is called appearance. The play of non-duality is called the union of appearance and emptiness. Also, the term for the indivisibility of space and wisdom, From the beginning, free from extremes of elaboration, is called space. The naked presence of wisdom is called wisdom. From the beginning, without separation, it is called the union of space and wisdom. Also, the meeting of appearance and mind, Mind itself is liberated from the beginning, which is called mother. Whatever appears is free from grasping and clinging, which is called son. The play of non-duality is called the meeting of mother and son. Thus, by the self-liberation of the Dharmadhatu. Homage to the Guru! Sixteen verses such as "Embodiment of All Refuges": The nature of the embodiment of all refuges, The kind Guru knows. Even if death comes to the life force, If there is no good Dharma practice, Renunciation is sometimes present and sometimes absent, Easily transformed like a boat in water. Negative thoughts of improper attention, When whatever comes to mind is put into practice, One does not know what the end of karma will be. Do not wrap the rope around your own neck. Towards impermanent, friendly companions, Even if one imagines staying together for a long time, The Lord of Death
