That is wisdom, it is said. As stated in the Sutras, it is the Tathagatagarbha. Dzogchenpas say that the wisdom of the innate mind's clear light has already arisen. The unceasing awareness of the present moment, Salewa. Kunsang, the primordial protector, is that. The empty expanse in which nothing is established, Kunsangmo. If one realizes that, one will instantly attain perfect Buddhahood. It is said. If awareness does not lose its own nature, there is nothing more excellent than this. It is said. The key point of the Krekchö Hundred Verses Sutra is: Take it out nakedly and carefully maintain it. It is said. Do not be distracted, do not meditate, look at the face of the meaning itself. Samsara and Nirvana, Dharmakaya, are primordially enlightened. It is said. Without hope or fear about whether it is the view or not, generate certainty from the depths of your heart. You must decide from the depths of your heart. Secondly, abiding in that state is meditation. Firstly, when confusion arises, being mindful is like a shepherd's mindfulness, which is called conceptual mindfulness. When awareness arises, conceptual mindfulness must be purified into the aspect of dharmata mindfulness. Unfabricated abiding meditation is like artificial, sudden meditation that is grasped by grasping thoughts and moving thoughts. You don't know even if you look, and you don't need it even if you need it. From the moment of directly realizing awareness, just as fire has heat and water has moisture, the natural mindfulness of dharmata is inseparable from awareness, and you must be convinced that you do not need to grasp it like fabricated meditation. Having examined it in this way, the previous natural samadhi of dharmata does not need to be grasped by either grasping thoughts or moving thoughts, and it must be explained on that basis. If such meditation is named according to the Dzogchen tradition, it is called dharmata mindfulness, innate mindfulness, mindfulness beyond mind, uncontrived self-abiding mindfulness, and supreme king of mindfulness, but the meaning is the same as the natural samadhi of dharmata. As it is said, you must relax and abide without fabrication, without engaging in artificial, hopeful, fearful, or confused mental activities, like a clear ocean, like fragrant flowers, like bright sun and moon, like cloudless sky, like a dry riverbed, like a person who has finished their work, you must relax and abide. The clarity that purifies dullness, the clarity that dispels fogginess, the nakedness that purifies emptiness. Mental sinking is gross when it is conceptual thought, and subtle when it is like breathing on a mirror. Samadhi.

It refers to the state of diminished dullness. Dullness refers to obscuring clarity. Scattering refers to the state of the mind wandering outwards. Kunchen Jigme Lingpa said: The mind is clear, empty, and peaceful, abiding in it. The increasing wisdom of conceptual thoughts is a deceiver. The three unexpressed non-actions of the Dharmadhatu, these three have left the Dzogchen group. The bondage of meditation, mindfulness, and antidote, and the experience of emptiness held by conceptual clinging, the three embellishments of understanding with conceptual thought, you three have also left the Dzogchen group. The view, meditation, and conduct of the mind being alert and sharp, and the clinging to experience wrapped in conceptual thought, and the three defilements of consciousness stained by the duality of subject and object, you three have also left the Dzogchen group. Thus it is said. If bound by subtle attachment, the wisdom's own nature will gradually be obscured. Thus it is said. Without fabrication, the key is to maintain a state of clarity, openness, relaxation, without distraction or clinging in one's natural state. Nyakla said that if one does not grasp the natural state of Samadhi, one cannot transcend agitation. Orgyen Rinpoche said: Short moments, many times, like water dripping in an empty room. He said. For beginners, when appearances are clear, it is permissible to practice short moments, many times, such as a hundred recollections in a day. When it is not clear, everything, whether it is or isn't, should not be considered meditation. It is said that one will be stained by the faults of agitation, dullness, and sinking. When conceptual thoughts are strong, it is necessary to cut them with PHAṬ (Tibetan: ཕཊཿ, Devanagari: फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, literal meaning: Phat!). The third, the conduct of spontaneous self-liberation, is: No matter how much coarse or subtle appearances arise, they must be liberated without continuation. For example, if you think of ocean waves, all the waves are manifestations and transformations of the ocean, so there is nothing bad that is separate from the ocean. If traced back, there is no other place to drift apart from the nature of the ocean itself, but it is unified in its own essence. Similarly, all the phenomena of samsaric delusion, if traced back, are manifestations and transformations of one great wisdom, so there is nothing bad. If traced back, everything does not go beyond the essence of one great wisdom and is unified, so good and bad do not exist in their own essence. It is necessary to understand this through tracing back and tracing outwards. Trekchö (Tibetan: ཁྲེགས་ཆོད) the path of manifest liberation is like adorning a beautiful goddess with ornaments. Do not follow conceptual thoughts, do not block conceptual thoughts. Primordial liberation refers to: The view of the union of emptiness and awareness, the basis, is itself the nature of being primordially liberated, now
