It is said that through enduring effort, no one needs liberation, because there is no liberation, not even a particle of a basis for liberation. So it is said. "Instantaneous liberation" is like a thief in an empty house; the empty house has nothing to lose, and the thief has nothing to gain. Similarly, any arising thought, without accumulating habitual tendencies, is liberated in that space of emptiness. "Self-liberation" is like a snake's knot; the snake's knot does not need to rely on other external conditions, but unravels by its own power. Similarly, any arising thought does not need to rely on other external conditions, but is self-liberated by its own power. "Sudden liberation" is like meeting someone you knew before; when thoughts are distracted by objects, as soon as mindfulness grasps them, the one who remembers vanishes into the nature of reality. It is said that this is the initial way of practice without error. Fourth, the spontaneously accomplished result of the three kayas: Essence refers to the emptiness dharmakaya, which is free from shape and color; within emptiness, the ordinary awareness that knows and feels is the self-luminous sambhogakaya; all-pervasive compassion, like outer clarity, refers to the countless ways in which thoughts manifest in the mind, which is the nirmanakaya. During meditation, view, practice, conduct, and result are all perfected in a single ground of emptiness. Essence possesses the experience and power of emptiness, self-luminosity possesses the experience and wakefulness of clarity, and the awareness of compassion possesses the experience of liberation. The path of accumulation is understood like a moon drawn on paper, the path of joining is experienced like a moon in water, and the path of seeing is realized like a moon in the sky. Friend, just feeling your arrival, even though you have arrived at the true state, if you still get used to it, there will be a time when the feeling of arrival disappears into the unconditioned. At that time, thoughts and appearances will begin to transform into wisdom. If you maintain that state, one day all six senses will be like the sun liberated from the clouds. In short, these are like this: the object of knowledge and the knowing mind, when the wisdom of non-duality arises, the distracted outer world vanishes into the nature of reality. So it is said. The result of Dzogchen, like grasping from the neck of a stalk of grain, is used as the path. In the self-tradition of the supreme Ati Dzogchen, the great wisdom of primordial purity, free from elaboration, is the present.

Knowing the self-nature of unobstructed clarity and emptiness, one observes its essence. Knowing that there is nothing in samsara, and that the three bodies are perfected in the path of appearance. The so-called fruit is not obtained from elsewhere, but is spontaneously perfected or fundamentally perfected on the great wisdom of the present. Whatever appears is the play of wisdom, all is the nature of awareness, free from elimination and establishment, realizing the great purity and equality of appearance and existence, thereby confirming that the laws of the fruit are also spontaneously perfected in the self-nature of awareness, and abiding in the place of liberation of the great non-duality and original purity. However, it also appears as the body of constant pervasion and spontaneous great accomplishment, constantly and continuously benefiting sentient beings. Incidentally, Mipham Rinpoche said: Furthermore, the key to whether or not the Vajra Peak tradition of our own school can be exhausted lies in this. No matter how extensive the study and contemplation, and how perfect the external forms of accumulating merit and purification, it is not certain that one has grasped the essence of the uncommon path by these alone. The master who possesses the meaning lineage of Dzogchen, the oral instructions for introducing the mind-essence Dharmakaya, the great spiritual friend who manifests in the form of a person who can transmit through the ear-hole to those who have the same capacity as oneself, wherever such a person is, with this merit alone, one should regard him as inseparable from the Buddha, with the thought that he is difficult to find, and rely on him with body, speech, and mind without hypocrisy, thereby obtaining his heart essence, only in this way can one exhaust the essence of the Vajra Treasury tradition. As the Buddhas and Vidyadhara lineages have repeatedly proclaimed, those who seek the path of the heart essence of secret mantra should rely on a master who possesses the characteristics and has experience in the wisdom of the four empowerments, and nothing else is helpful, this is the key point that must not be unknown. Therefore, for those who can recognize that this is the path for the unerring path of the masters, and have a definite understanding of this, they have the capacity for the heart essence of secret mantra. Do not be complacent because of the number of attainments and recitations, and the number of masters relied upon. One should hear the profound oral instructions from the glorious master's mouth that introduce one's own mind as the Dharmakaya, and diligently practice this, this is the essence of hearing, the fruit of practice, and the meaning of seeking, so it is crucial not to lose this key point. As it is said, in previous lifetimes.
