White wind. Similarly, on the left is the red wind of desire. Together, they are said to be the black wind of ignorance. The blessing of speech is: Om(藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah(藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊), Hum(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). Tongue and so on. The mantra for blessing the seed syllables of the three kayas is: By reciting Om(藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah(藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊), Hum(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) three times, the source of all faults of speech, the power of the tongue itself, in the center of that, the red Raṃ syllable, arising from the nature of the great wisdom of all Buddhas, the fire burns away all the obscurations of speech. The essence of the vajra speech of all the Victorious Ones, the shape of red light, a three-pointed vajra, the center is round, in the hollow tube. The vowel A(藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) of the wisdom of space, the color is red. The consonant Ka(藏文:ཀ,梵文天城体:क,梵文罗马拟音:ka,汉语字面意思:嘎) of the method of manifestation, the color is white. Around it, the interdependent essence of the non-duality of method and wisdom, dark blue in color, shining like a string of pearls, from those letters radiate three rays of white, red, and blue light, from the tip of which emanate countless offering goddesses holding offering substances. Offering to the Victorious Ones of the ten directions and their retinues, causing their hearts to rejoice and be pleased. The rays of light re-gather, and the vowels, consonants, and interdependent essence, like rain falling, dissolve into one's own speech, thereby purifying all the obscurations of speech, and obtaining the indescribable essence of the vajra speech of the Victorious Ones. The form is the voice of Brahma, the blessings of the sixty branches, and all supreme and common accomplishments, think in this way. Recite these seven times each. The order up to this point is like the essence of the nectar of profound meaning. The preliminary practices are divided into common and uncommon. First, the common ones include four ways of turning the mind, and the key instruction for recognizing one's own faults. First, the difficulty of obtaining leisure and endowment, impermanence of life, cause and effect of karma, and the faults of samsara, these four. First, the difficulty of obtaining leisure and endowment, divided into general and specific. First, the general, contemplating the nature of leisure and endowment. Explaining the difficulty of obtaining it from the perspective of cause, and explaining the difficulty of obtaining it from the perspective of number, divided into three. The first is divided into two. The eight leisures are: now hell and so on. If born in the eight states of no leisure, there is no power to practice Dharma, therefore it is not a state of leisure. In this present life, in hell

Firstly, to be free from the four non-human states of disadvantage: the hells, animals, pretas, and long-living gods; and to be free from the four human states of disadvantage: border regions with barbarians, holding wrong views, being born in a place where no Buddha has appeared, and being mentally deficient or mute. Thus, having obtained leisure by being liberated from these eight states of disadvantage, one should contemplate each of the eight in a definite order, one at a time. When one has completed contemplating one, one should move on to the next. Secondly, the ten endowments are: being born as a human with faculties, etc. Being born as a human, having all five faculties complete, being born in a central land, not having reversed karma, and having faith in the teachings; these five are the endowments complete within oneself. The appearance of a Buddha, the teaching of the Dharma, the continuation of the teachings, the possibility of entering into them, and being supported by a virtuous friend; these five other endowments should also be contemplated one by one until all are complete. In the great commentary on the Prajnaparamita, etc., it is held that a person who is the opposite of the eight states of disadvantage has leisure and endowment. The way in which a person who is free from the eight states of disadvantage is complete with endowments is as follows: being born as a human is being human itself; not being born among barbarians, etc., is being born in a central land; not being foolish or mute, etc., is having complete faculties; not being a holder of wrong views is having faith; Shantipa said that not having reversed karma are two aspects of the teachings. It is said that being born in an age of light, which is the opposite of a dark age, also includes the other five endowments. Some sutras and teachers say that having ten endowments is having leisure and endowment, because abandoning the eight states of disadvantage is included within them. Some, such as Vibhuti, say that abandoning the eight states of disadvantage and having ten endowments is called having leisure and endowment. Others say that abandoning the eight states of disadvantage is negation, and having ten endowments is the accomplishment of qualities, so it is not repetitive. In "Entering the Path of the Fortunate," it says that the specific opposite of not being born in the four non-human states of disadvantage is being born as a human itself. The opposite of not having complete faculties is having them complete. The opposite of a border region is a central land. The opposite of a holder of wrong views is having faith, and not having reversed karma is also its specific quality. The opposite of a dark age is an age of light, and its specific qualities are the appearance of a Buddha, his teaching of the Dharma, the continuation of the teachings, the disciples being able to follow them, and the virtuous friend who shows what to accept and reject.
