If you only have inferior realization, then place the bodies separately, separate the consciousness separately, transform your own consciousness into a dakini, and dissolve the patient's consciousness into the sky. It is better to use one sentence of body offering to make two offerings to each body. If you don't do this, you may have defilement and infectious diseases. If the visualization is clear, your own body is five hundred, the patient's body is five hundred, and the body offering is performed a thousand times simultaneously, which is what Machig (Machig Labdrön) said. After all the previous body offerings are completed, visualize Padampa (Padampa Sangye) and Machig (Machig Labdrön), and the great accomplished Karma Pakshi appearing clearly in the space. When suffering arises for beings, Dampa (Padampa Sangye) the black transforms it into happiness, Ama Lam (Machig Labdrön) purifies it in the Dharmadhatu. Recite this, yourself or the patient merges inseparable with Dampa (Padampa Sangye), Machig (Machig Labdrön), and Karma Pakshi, and with compassion and blessing, transforms the disease into bliss and emptiness, and visualize transforming conceptual thoughts into the Dharmakaya. Thus, contemplate the essence of one's own mind, and when the clinging of the observer and the observed is separated, diseases, demons, suffering, fear, and dread will not arise, like the sky. Gods and ghosts, happiness and suffering, are equal in emptiness. Until the certainty of this realization arises, recite the verses and recite (ཕཊ，phat，Phat，Cutting). Thus, appearance and existence are all emptiness and great bliss. For sentient beings who have not realized this, a strong compassion arises. Due to compassion, in an instant, the entire sky and space are filled with the essence of the lama of the father lineage Chod tradition, the noble Indian saints. The entire earth is filled with the essence of the mother lineage dakinis, Machig Labdrön. All of these are in the form of body dances, holding hand drums and bells, making the sound "Khrolo Lolo". The voice emits the sound of (ཕཊ，phat，Phat，Cutting), resounding "Diriri Ri". All appearances and existences shake and tremble, and the entire container world and all sentient beings, mainly gods and demons, dissolve into light and merge into the assembly of gods. All of these merge into Father Dampa. It merges into Machig Labdrön. It merges into me and the patient. Therefore, contemplate that it also vanishes into emptiness like a rainbow, and maintain the essence of practice. The accomplished ones of the Chod lineage. Above, not contained in the sky. Below, not entering the narrow earth. All that is knowable dissolves into Chod. Chod also dissolves into the state of the harmer. The harmer is the play of emptiness. If there is no cause of harm, there is nothing to harm. All fears that depend on the aggregates. From today, do not think that they exist. This miraculous power of the Kagyu lamas. May it eliminate all the suffering of all beings. Having attained realization from liberation without a root. May all sentient beings become the cause of permanent liberation. (ཕཊ，phat，Phat，Cutting). It is said that these mixed words should be recited fifty times each session, or three or seven times according to one's ability, and it is very important to focus and recite about fifty times. In the Hundred Thousand Verses, it is said: Without any thought, without any action in the mind, this is the recollection of the Buddha. Recollection of the Dharma. Recollection of the Sangha.

Demons, male demons, female demons, naga demons, the three. May the three demons be pacified in their own place and bless us. May the aggregates be transformed into food and bless us. May the food be transformed into the path and bless us. May the one and only be completely cut off and bless us. Body, flesh, May the offering of blood become the essence and bless us.
