(Lo Tsun Chung Ra)

Who can deny the dawn? Kāśyapa! With the key of unfeigned faith, Having opened the treasury of compassion of the supreme guide, Enjoy the inexhaustible blessings and accomplishments as you wish, fortunate ones! Here, with faith and sincerity, the pure white karma arising from interdependence, In order to liberate from the illusory six realms, the dream-like suffering of the ocean of existence, Dedicate the three circles of great enlightenment, pure like the sky, may all beings, From the space of the Dharmakāya, manifest the state of union, radiant like a rainbow of the Rūpakāya! The incomparable accomplishment of the supreme Nirvāṇa, The wonderful realization of the garland of the white lotus, I string together with the fingers of devotion and diligence, May it be the great ornament of the crown of gods and beings! This is an interjectory verse. The greatness of the subsequent disciples' lineage, tenth, the greatness of the subsequent disciples' lineage is that, in general, Damapa himself is the great holder of the teachings of the Prajñāpāramitā, which is unique. In the biography, it is said that there is no practitioner who does not belong to the teachings of Damapa Sangye, and even when other teachings decline, his teachings will endure. This is because, among all the Buddha's teachings, the activity of the Prajñāpāramitā will flourish even in the degenerate age. And this is the essence of the teachings of Je Damapa Sangye, or rather, this Dharma called "Excellent Dharma, Pacifier of Suffering," can immediately pacify the suffering of those who are born with inferior bodies due to the karma of previous lives, as well as those who are afflicted by disease, poverty, and non-human beings, and enable them to practice profound yoga. Therefore, it is called "Pacifier of Suffering." This is also based on the Buddha's teaching of "the mantra that completely pacifies all suffering," and the name is taken from this. Damapa himself had many wise and accomplished disciples in India, but their biographies are not well known. Here, I will briefly record the historical biographies of the early, middle, and late disciples who came to Tibet. The first lineage holder is Kache Jnyanaguya, Ongpo Lotsawa, and Lo Tsun Chung Ra.

These are, but the history is uncertain. Katse Jñana Guhya transmitted the pacifying instructions to Purang Lochung. Purang Lotsawa practiced single-pointedly at Shri's Gadlok, and went to the sky through the rainbow body. He transmitted the instructions to Machik Zhama, and Machik Zhama transmitted them to Yolmowa. These are the first generation of transmission. The intermediate transmission is: Dampa bestowed the unique Vajravarahi hero instructions to Nyak Lotsawa, and Rhema inherited them. Dampa Rhema was born in the Wood Sheep year as the son of Rhe Monlam in Yarlung Kyersna. He became a monk when he was young, and his name was given as Dharma Jnana. When he was nineteen years old, he became unwell. While he was on the roof of his house, a black Acharya wearing only a single cloth appeared. He was surprised to see that many very fierce dogs did not bite him, but wagged their tails and circled around him. He sent a servant to look, and he said that it was an Acharya. Knowing that he was special, he asked him to come inside. He knew the door of the hut without being told and came inside. He asked for blessings, and just by giving blessings, his ears became clear. He asked for an instruction, and he said, "Because of karmic connections from many lifetimes, I will give you an instruction." He asked, "What Dharma do you know?" He replied, "I know the Father Tantra and the Mahamudra." Dampa said, "That is the Mahamudra of words, now show me the Mahamudra of meaning." Then, based on scriptures such as "The eyes do not blink, the mind is stopped, the breath is stopped, this is realized by the glorious Lama" (Tibetan: མིག་ནི་མི་འཛུམ་སེམས་ནི་འགགས་པ་དང་། །རླུང་འགགས་པ་ནི་དཔལ་ལྡན་བླ་མས་རྟོགས། ,Sanskrit Devanagari: ,Sanskrit Romanization: ,Literal Chinese Meaning: The eyes do not blink, the mind is stopped, the breath is stopped, this is realized by the glorious Lama), he gave the fundamental introduction, which caused Rhema to have special experiences and realizations, but he was not allowed to follow him. Later, he went to Phan Yul and met Dampa, and received the instruction of the sixty pebble arrangements. After returning to his homeland, he abandoned his retinue and possessions, and with the conduct of abandoning everything, he stayed in Rhema's cave for one year, and in Kongpo Draksum Tsorong for nine years, practicing single-pointedly. When there was a conflict in the area, the local deity personally helped to mediate. Then he went to Dakpo Dzongkar and relied on many retinues. Then he went to Yarlung, and many disciples gathered, and he guided them with Dharma and instructions. Five great disciples appeared, namely Gangpa Rashen and Shupu La.
