Etc. The intermediate transmission is: From the three branches of Ma, So, and Kham, along with their sub-branches, the Dharma cycles of Ma have two transmissions: the verbal transmission and the meaning transmission. The verbal transmission is further divided into the generation stage, emptiness, scattered teachings, oral transmission, ear transmission, and the final extensive teachings. The meaning instruction is the sixteen hand mudras. The categories of Dharma in the So tradition are: two transmissions, the verbal transmission and the meaning transmission. The verbal transmission is further divided into the great transmission and the small transmission. In the great transmission, there are fifty-four great ones, thirty-two medium ones, and seventeen small ones. Each of these has the history of each accomplished being, the nature of the instructions, and the complete method of guiding disciples. Therefore, it becomes fifty-four transmissions, or one hundred and three transmissions, hence it is called the great transmission. The small transmissions are: five meaning categories, four sequential categories, large and small meditation sessions, eight famous ones, the three fathers and sons, thirty-two Dharma categories including those with and without faults. The meaning transmission is divided into biased and unbiased. The first has fifty-four meaning transmissions for fifty-four male and female yogis, thirty-two meaning transmissions for thirty-two lamas, and seventeen meaning transmissions for seventeen holy beings. In the unbiased, there are the eye-opening cycle and the dakini cycle. The first has the four mothers and five mothers, which are the hidden root text, the eye-opener. Its branches include instructions on times and sub-times, one hundred and six introductions, unobstructed, pure, and the secret path of Vajrasattva. In the dakini cycle, the four great heads of the So cycle are: the symbolic cycle for supreme accomplishment, the four-letter cycle for common accomplishment, the Jagati cycle for accomplishing both, and the meditation cycle. The symbolic cycle includes the Heruka symbolic cycle, the Sugata symbolic cycle, the Vajra Bell symbolic cycle, and the scattered symbolic cycle of the holy ones. The common accomplishment includes the practice of all three red ones, and the practice of the black mother's heart essence. Among these are the practice of the Dharmakaya of the sow, the practice of the Sambhogakaya, and the practice of the Nirmanakaya. The Jagati cycle is the single-wheeled tummo. The meditation cycle is the practice of conduct. The essential core of all these is the meaning of the tantras and the lion who speaks the Dharma.
