Having accomplished the purpose of immeasurable beings to be tamed with humble means. That place became so much like the land of Oddiyana Dakinis that it could not be distinguished as two. It is said: Even if all the wisdom, compassion, and power of all the Buddhas in the boundless realms were combined into one, it would not exceed the accumulation of qualities of the supreme holy one, the reincarnation of the Pandit and Accomplished One. No impartial person can find even a slight excess. You are renowned as the sole adornment of Jambudvipa (the Earth), like the sun and moon, indisputably. The demons of the eight worldly concerns are reduced to dust by the appearance of things. All appearances are perfected into the wheel of wisdom. All beings are protected by the illusory dance of appearance and emptiness. You are the lord of all accomplished ones who control existence. From countless eons ago, the result of the completion of the extraordinary aspiration and prayer of that one, due to the coincidence of auspicious circumstances maturing in time, has gathered limitless beings to be tamed like summer clouds. Knowing the dispositions and thoughts of all those beings, like objects in the palm of one's hand, with skillful means, taming them according to their needs, the stories of their maturation and liberation are boundless. Having trod upon two-thirds of the earth of Jambudvipa (the Earth) with his feet, he came to this land surrounded by snow mountains five times. Finally, he arrived at Dingri (present-day Dingri County, Tibet), the supreme place of accomplishment prophesied by gods and dakinis. A place adorned with the blessings of the Buddhas' aspirations, the truth, and the wonderful substances of auspicious coincidence. The palace of the field-protecting dakinis, known as Dingri Langkhor (present-day Dingri County, Tibet), is a famous place of practice for accomplished ones. The supreme Buddha dwells here, maturing and liberating beings to be tamed with profound and vast teachings. This situation is completely the same as the conduct of the Lord of Sages and his retinue on Vulture Peak. Merely by seeing the face, hearing the speech, and subtle signs, blessings enter, and realization and liberation occur at the same time.
