Where to contemplate? Combine the upper and lower winds at the navel, and hold the wisdom wind steady in the central channel. With the fire of fierce 'ཧོ་' (Tibetan: ཧོ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हो, Sanskrit Romanization: ho, Literal meaning: Ho), burn the wind of the five aggregates on the left and the wind of the five elements on the right, as well as the five consciousnesses of the senses such as the eyes entering into objects, causing them to cease. From this, the 'ཧཾ' (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: ham, Literal meaning: ) syllable moon at the crown of the head melts, and a stream of nectar flows from the forehead to the throat, experiencing the joy of joy; then from the throat to the heart, experiencing supreme joy; from the heart to the navel, experiencing special joy; and from the navel to the secret place between the vajra jewel, experiencing coemergent joy, thus experiencing the four joys. And holding the bodhicitta without letting it flow outward from the vajra jewel is the yoga of mindfulness, also called the fierce fire yoga and the bindu yoga. Regarding holding the bodhicitta bindu, it is said in the oral tradition: 'The supreme sixfold union instruction is to bring down, hold, reverse, send to the place, root contemplation, and combine the six winds.' These six unions are: bringing down, holding, reversing, and sending to the place. First is bringing down, which the wise should bring down slowly; second is holding, like a lioness closing her mouth, like the ocean and Mount Meru combining, like placing it in the four continents, like raising a great banner, like a pair of eagles soaring into the sky, like focusing consciousness on the forehead, these are the six. Third is reversing, like a tigress vomiting, like a bull standing tall, reversing upwards with the three downward-clearing winds and the three syllables 'ཧཱུྃ་ཧ་ཕཊ་' (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་ཧ་ཕཊ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं हः फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ ha phaṭ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ Ha Phaṭ). Sending to the place is like a fox sniffing, sending it to the 'ཧཾ' syllable at the crown of the head. Like a lion playing, like a goat shaking its body, like a preta sitting at the root channel. Combining the wind with vase breathing, these should be learned from the guru's mouth. The order of other instructions may be slightly different. Or follow the practice of a renunciate yogi. Third, Mahamudra is to meditate on the emptiness of clear light and empty form, which is the supreme and all-encompassing emptiness, and great bliss in union. Fourth, regarding the signs and measures of meditation, the sign is experiencing the special bliss of the bodhicitta not flowing outward from the vajra jewel, and one's own body appearing as a mandala of empty form and light, and from each pore radiating five wisdom rays filling the sky, and the appearance of vast clear light visions like pure and impure realms. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Therefore, actually not seeing many things occurs. Its measure is: In the oral tradition, it is said: 'I desire direct self-awareness.' Thus, self-awareness yoga is direct. Fifth, regarding the distinction between what is to be purified and what purifies: The basis to be purified is: the conceptual aggregate of the primordial Buddha's wisdom body, which has resided in all sentient beings from the beginning, i.e., the six water-element components such as other Victorious Ones Amitabha (Infinite Light). What is to be purified is: the contaminated conceptual aggregate of samsara, i.e., the six water-element components. What purifies is: the samadhi of the lineage of the Victorious One Amitabha, i.e., the path of the perfection of discipline, the samadhi of mindfulness. Distinguishing this, there are ten states of desire and ten modes of purification. Sixth, regarding the fruit of cultivation: The fruit of the stages are also the experiences and signs shown above. Moreover, many qualities such as miraculous powers and extrasensory perception are obtained. The ultimate fruit is that the contaminated conceptual aggregate of the yogi, i.e., the six water-element components, ceases, and the conceptual aggregate that has resided from the beginning, i.e., the six water-element components such as other Infinite Light, is liberated from obscuration and transformed into a state of abiding, thereby obtaining the fruit. The subtle limb yoga of the great samadhi accomplishment. Second, the subtle limb yoga of the great samadhi accomplishment has six aspects. First, the meaning of the name: What is to be known is emptiness-form, and knowledge merges into the bliss aggregate of the yogi, thereby obtaining the bliss of the immutable bindu. Because the clear light emptiness-form is focused on one point, it is called samadhi. Second, the time limit for cultivation: Cultivate from the time when the fire of tummo melts the bindu at the crown of the head, the four blisses of the descending four chakras are realized, and the wisdom wind flows. Third, the limbs of the method of cultivation have five aspects: The place of cultivation, mindfulness gathered within oneself. The place of cultivation is: In the oral tradition, it is said: 'The essence is non-duality of bliss and emptiness, focus on that one point.' It is as it is said. The necessity is also as it is said therein: 'Therefore, in order to accomplish unchanging bliss, samadhi must be cultivated.' The duration of cultivation is: from the initial moment of obtaining the unchanging bliss of the bindu to the completion of twenty-one thousand six hundred moments of bliss. The main vajra posture. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
