Kunga Dondrup composed, and the omniscient Buton Lotsawa translated many Sutras, Tantras, and Shastras that had not been translated before. He also supplemented the missing parts, refuted the false Tantras, and fundamentally translated some scriptures and teachings, while proofreading others and supplementing still others, becoming a great pillar of the Dharma. In particular, at the request of Kunpang Chodrak Palsangpo, he fundamentally translated the unparalleled Ngor Pal Nampar Gyalwai Gyuchen. In short, the scribes surrounded him to translate, and although many different types of authors were creating at the same time, their hands did not stop, and they worked tirelessly without slackening. He was able to master the meanings of as it is and as many as there are. Because the throat is the lifeline of enjoyment, he could immediately recall commentaries, songs of realization, Dharma letters, and so on. He could remember many details that others could not remember, and once he remembered, he would not forget. When he went left and right, whatever requests came up for empowerment, explanation, or instruction, he did not need to consult books, and it would immediately appear in his mind. Unlike the arrogance of the sons of Jowo, the mantra practitioners of Jowo Mtshanyidpa, who only knew scriptures the size of their palms, this great being had no conceit at all. There were also many types of disciples, including those from India, China, Nepal, Mongolia, Khotan, Sogdiana, Sga, and Tibet's Tsang, U, Ngari, Dotoe, Dome, and other places, countless different ethnic groups, causing them to ripen and be liberated. He is an emanation of the protector Manjushri, Manjushri Donyoe Gyaltsen Palsangpo of the pure lineage of the Sakya Dharma King, as well as the Lama of beings, Sonam Gyaltsen Palsangpo, the great Khenpo Sonam Lodro Gyaltsen Palsangpo and his brothers, and the great translator Jangchub Tsempo, the great Bodhisattva Gyalse Tokmepa, the great translator Gyachopa Dharmashri, Gongsum Dechenpa Chokyi Pal, and also Bodhisattva Sonam Drakpa, Lama Chodrak Palsangpo Gushri, translator Lodro Pal, and so on, possessing the qualities of noble lineage, birth, and virtue, gathering many disciples who were both wise and virtuous. There were small volumes of commentaries on scriptures, single volumes of philosophy, and single volumes of tantric continuations.
