The ground is ablaze with immeasurable light. Some say that it is appropriate to meditate only on the nine-pointed vajra, but there is no contradiction, so it is permissible to meditate on anything. However, here the five-pointed vajra is taught. From that, the Tathagatas and so on, which were taught above, and the tiny vajras that fall like rain in the sky, cut off all the harm-doers such as the obstructing forces of the hateful and vicious enemies, and place all sentient beings who are the main ones among them in the state of Buddhahood. All impure vessels are transformed into pure lands, and the Tathagatas and so on, and the tiny vajras, and especially the immeasurable mandala of Manjushri Vajrabhairava, are invited. All of these become one. That is to say, in this case, the Vajrasamaja (བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ, Sanskrit: vajra samājaḥ, meaning "Vajra Assembly") and the vajra-gathering mudra, etc., are not needed; they are invited by means of the mind. That is also the three ways of purifying the field. Above, Manjushri is placed on the seat and absorbed, and after abiding as a common practice, the latter, "Hum" and the vajra become one, etc., are the recognitions of them, or "hot rays," etc., are the purification of the field of the body. Hum (ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit: hūṃ, seed syllable) and "become," etc., are the purification of the field of speech. The five-pointed vajra standing upright, etc., is the purification of the field of mind. There are two ways, and although there is no contradiction and one can choose, from the context, the latter seems more reasonable. Remembering purity means purifying the city where one is born with the sun and the lotus. With the wind-mandala and the moon, one purifies oneself, possessing a substantial body and mind, and the subtle wind-mind in the interval before the intermediate state body is formed. Meditating on Dhih (དྷཱིཿ, Sanskrit: dhīḥ, wisdom) is the nature of speech, that is, purifying the language of the intermediate state. The sword is the mind, that is, purifying the mind of the intermediate state. The Manjushri Tantra is the purification of the intermediate state, possessing a body, senses, all perfections, and the magical powers of karma. Arranging the auspicious connections for attaining the complete enjoyment body, and the maturing mind-isolation of the completion stage, quickly attaining the illusory body and the union body. Manjushri together with the moon dissolving into the sun: Manjushri is the intermediate state body, the realm of the moon, the dust of the sun, and in between those two, the mind-body is in a state of faintness; those are all purified. That is also after one is born
