Attachment, anger, and pride are not true; the Buddhas have not said that one attains accomplishment through them. Thinking of the meaning of impermanence, suffering, and emptiness, those people quickly achieve, the Buddhas have said. Abandon lineage, dharani, wealth, and power, as well as infatuation with Dharma, knowledge, and mantras. View all things like dreams, images, and cities of gandharvas, seeing the doer, the done, and all actions. With a mind of non-attachment, subdued, and truly equal, generate offerings, generosity, patience, and diligence. Rejoicing in the abandonment of self and what belongs to self, they will touch the supreme accomplishment. Then, from that forest, pick the khadbuza fruit, which is the same color as gold, and carry it as provisions for the road. Here, the practitioner should carry as much as they can take, but they will never be crushed by the weight, so there is no need to worry about not being able to bear it. That forest is continuously lined with small snow mountains, spreading between the eastern and western oceans. All the water flowing from those mountains flows to the south, so there is a lot of water there. After crossing those mountains, there is no drinkable water within fifty yojanas to the north. However, because the practitioner is strong and light, they will reach the other side of the great plain in seven days, and having eaten the khadbuza fruit, they will not feel hungry or thirsty. After crossing that plain, even if they had carried a lot before, the fruit will be exhausted. To the west of that plain, there is a very white mountain, adorned with many pleasant forests, which can be seen from afar, but one should not go there. That is because five hundred rakshasis with copper beaks live there, and those messengers of the asuras will harm the practitioner. Therefore, one should proceed along the wide road directly north. In one day, one will reach Mount Kitera. That mountain is black in color, solid, and causes fear, like a pillar, it is ten yojanas high. The inside of that mountain is filled with gold and silver, and in its four directions are lotuses and utpalas.

Lake. There are swans and mandarin ducks, as well as kalanda birds, etc. Aquatic birds with beautiful shapes and colors, filled with melodious sounds. That mountain, the world-protecting noble being, is always delighted and affectionate, and tens of thousands of impure Asura girls and fierce and cruel Naga daughters make offerings. Among its retinue, there are many powerful and suffering pretas. If a practitioner arrives there, he should offer roots, fruits, Narikolo fruits, and various meat and fish-meat tormas. If he does not arrive, he should make all offerings in his mind. The mantra for this is: Om Bibi Bibi Birudhaka Saparivarebhya Khuni Khuni Pratota Kshipata Imam Balim Grihna Grihna Samaya Mu Smara Hum Hum Phat Phat Svaha. Similarly, white sandalwood, soup, and meat incense should also be offered. After that, it will provide protection, and humans and non-humans, as well as Asuras, Rakshasas, pretas, flesh-eaters, and dakinis, will not be able to cause harm. Some are abodes of the three liberations, others are compassionate heroes. Through the successive blessings, causes, and effects, the wise should understand. Destroy the armies with desire, and from there follow the path of purification, following the accomplished ones. From the fading of darkness and the cause of joy, why is supreme bliss not attained? After that, if the practitioner goes to the north, not far away there is a great mountain called Menako. It is surrounded by forests of Champaka, Cardamom, Maraka, Keruka, Kimba, Naga Sushpa, and excellent Sandalwood. In that mountain, there are horse-headed Rakshasi daughters, as well as Asura women, and the songs, dances, and various music of the young Nagas, who are always playing and frolicking. There, the practitioner should neither be attached to those women nor delight in the songs and music. Otherwise, he should go begging for alms. After that, there is a great river flowing from east to west, with turbulent waves, which is very difficult to cross. The name of that river is Sattalotana. There are fish there.
