Twelfth, the right hand holds a sword, enemy axe, curved knife, gada (club), wheel, and trident. The left hand holds Yama's staff, the noose of time, khatvanga (celestial staff), iron hook, a skull filled with blood, and the threatening mudra. With such a form, there is this mantra: Om, Sarva, Dushta, Stambhaya, Hum. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦ་དུཥྚ་སྟམྦྷ་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ सर्व दुष्ट स्तम्भय हुं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ sarva duṣṭa stambhaya hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Om, all, evil ones, immobilize, Hum.) Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Roman transliteration:, literal Chinese meaning:) This is the mantra of the Rakshasa woman. Then, the practitioner should say, "Please show the way." In this way, she will guide the practitioner to the Sita River. That river is extremely cold, so much so that the snow and the touch of the wind on the ground are suppressed. Even in mid-winter, the river does not freeze. Due to the magical power of the Rakshasa woman, even in early summer, the ice on the river becomes very solid, and the practitioner can cross the river without fear. This river is called the tributary of Bharata, and it flows through half the center of this continent. Although there are ninety-six great countries in its south and north, the north is wider in the east and west. On the other side of that river, there are forests of Keta trees, Bela trees, Kabitha trees, Parusha trees, Badara trees, Kasita trees, Arjuna trees, and Tala trees. Rest there for a month. The roots, fruits, leaves, and flowers are all rich in nutrients and power. There, reciting the vidya of the goddess who activates, blessed by seventy million Buddhas, the nine-syllable mantra five thousand times, black blood will flow from the practitioner's own limbs. Even if this happens in a dream, the body will become healthy, strong, and very light. Breaking vows, slandering the guru, dying untimely, will lead to the eighth hell. Without having seen the mandala, with deficient empowerment, the practice of vidya-mantra will never be accomplished.
