The types of earth. The sequential bird tongues also curl like the nose of a wrathful deity, being thin and large, thin and small, erect like a threatening finger, and sharp like the tip of a nose. Furthermore, according to the control of postures in sequence, for the methods of the vidyā, there are spontaneous occurrences such as embraces, bites, and pinches; there is dwelling in a state of relaxed conduct; there are various movements of tightly embracing and lifting upwards without allowing anything else to occur; there is intolerance of touch; there is excitement at the union of blooming lotuses; there are instances of being startled, incontinence, and speaking incoherently. Secondly, descending, centering, reversing and lifting to the position, spreading the body, and relaxing the limbs. The first is, gently rubbing the vidyā, not thinking about the union and the vidyā, focusing awareness on the dharmadhātu and letting it wander. The second is, thereby the bindu descends to the base of the vajra, bliss increases, at the moment when the bindu is about to leak but has not yet leaked, the eyes roll upwards, the lower gate is tightened, the ocean is bound, the four fishes are contracted, three fingers of the hand are sucked, breath is inhaled and held, wind and mind are gathered in the heart and remain. At this time, cut off movement, and the vajra and lotus remain without shaking. Do this by continuing three breaths like that. The third is, after that, without separating the vajra and lotus, in the sixth union, which is the same as the others, recite "Hiri Hiri" of "Hal." When that bliss is about to disappear, again practice descending, rising, reversing, etc., as before. Do this three or four times. The fourth is, separate the vajra and lotus, and immediately after that, in the sixth union, strongly lift the sound of "Hūṃ" three times in succession. Visualize that within the central channel, which is like the tip of a hair, upwards the bindu rises shimmering, and think that it gently dissolves into the Haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ་,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:航) at the crown of the head. At this time, Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ་,梵文天城体:हूं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:摧坏), Hē (藏文:ཧེ,梵文天城体:हे,梵文罗马拟音:hē,汉语字面意思:因), ṇīḥ (藏文:ཎིར,梵文天城体:णीः,梵文罗马拟音:ṇīḥ,汉语字面意思:无自性), etc., are all according to one's preference, and it is also possible to do all of them. It is said that it is most important to exhale all three of these from the nose. For Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ་,梵文天城体:हूं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:摧坏), it is necessary to close the mouth. The fifth is fivefold. First, for that which is similar to a bindu with sound, recite Aṃ (藏文:ཨཾ་,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:无), and visualize it reaching from the secret place to the navel. Second, squat, bring knees to chest, interlock fingers at elbows, hug forearms to knees, make the meditation cord mudra, draw in the wind, contract the lower part, and make a humming sound in the throat from the navel to the heart.

Thinking of reaching. Third, place the vajra fists in the two holes of the navel chakra. Bend the upper body and think of reciting "Hag Hag" from the heart to the throat. Fourth, in the lotus position, with vajra palms facing down, press down on the left and right thighs and guide the recitation of "Hi Hig," thinking of reaching from the throat to the crown of the head. Fifth, keep the body straight, place the vajra fists in the left and right armpits. Inhale, make a sound, inhale the lower air, expand the chest, bend the throat, and think of guiding from the crown of the head to the topknot. Sixth is the Lion's Vigorous Play. Seventh is shaking, shaking the head and limbs three times, and it is the same from there, and it is the same lying on the back. It is said that among the translated Yantra Yoga instructions in Tibet, there is none deeper than this, and it comes from the lineage of the accomplished Zhiangchog Sang. The oral instructions of the great accomplished Mi Naba Vajra, the union of Yantra Yoga, have been explained. Auspicious and complete! Fifth, Acharya Rahula said that the vase-like wind, the binding and liberation of the wind wheel, and the binding and liberation of the mudras are all instructions of one's own body, so they will not be explained here. Here, the wooden horse posture will be explained. This has three parts: holding the wind, meditating, and exhaling. The first part is, in a secluded place, offer to the Three Jewels and make aspirations. Bathe with a mixture of five elixirs of water and boiled milk, mixed with five products of the cow and five food elixirs. Haritaki (Tibetan: ཨ་རུ་ར།), cooked in milk, sit in a comfortable posture for five or seven days. Two short and two curved stakes, soaked in alcohol, are erected on the left and right sides and tied tightly. Above the center, place and tie one, two, or three suitable pieces of wood. Offer exquisite tormas to the supreme mother and the main protectors, as well as the five dakinis. Perform a grand tsog offering. If the inner torma is performed briefly, it may sometimes harm the student's wooden horse. Separate the feet, and keep the alcohol-soaked part of the bow moist. Join the two hands in prayer at the crown of the head and straighten them. From the central channel in the center of the empty body, guide the mind-bindu through the Brahma's aperture. Place the mind in the bindu in the high sky. Straighten the legs and tighten the lower gate. Play the music of the guru and dharma friends. Burn gugul incense. Pray strongly to the root guru, yidam, and dakini. Repeatedly Urge the bowstring.
