From peace, and from the very nature of complete nirvana, for those who have entered the Mahayana, by way of explaining emptiness, the second wheel of Dharma, which is extremely rare and wonderful, was turned. The wheel of Dharma turned by the Blessed One is the supreme existence, sometimes existence, a place of contention where the meaning needs to be distinguished. The Blessed One, starting from the non-existence of the essence of all dharmas, from the non-existence of birth, the non-existence of cessation, the peace from the beginning, and the complete nirvana by nature, for those who have entered all vehicles, with excellent distinctions, turned the third wheel of Dharma, which is extremely rare and wonderful. The wheel of Dharma turned by the Blessed One is the supreme non-existence, sometimes non-existence, the definite meaning, not a place of contention. Also, as stated in the Great Nirvana Sutra: From the twelve categories of scriptures, the Sutra category arises. From the Sutra category, the extremely vast category arises. From the extremely vast Sutra category, the Prajnaparamita arises. From the Prajnaparamita, the Great Nirvana, like the essence of ghee, arises. The essence of ghee is the metaphor for Buddha-nature. Buddha-nature is the Tathagata. Also, as stated in the Sutra Benefiting Angulimala: Then, Angulimala again said to the son of Gangpo Jamma: All Buddhas and Shravakas, whatever they have not fully attained, that Dharma, after becoming enlightened, should be taught to sentient beings. What is the meaning of saying this? Gangpo said: The past Buddhas, the Blessed Ones, also diligently searched for the realm of beings, self, life, person, power-born, and power-child in all dharmas, but did not find them, and thinking that non-self is the word of the Buddha, they passed away. Similarly, apply it to the present and future Buddhas, the Blessed Ones, they will not find it, they will not find it. Similarly, all Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas

They also spoke in connection with everything. In this way, they show that there is no life, person, strong one, son of the strong, sentient being, or essence of self, and in this way, they show no-self. In this way, they show emptiness. They teach such Dharma talks. The garland-holder said again to Gampo, the son of the loving mother: Alas, Venerable Gampo, you act like a bee and do not know how to preach the Dharma. Even a bee knows how to make a buzzing sound, so you, foolish like a bee, say nothing! Gampo, because you do not understand the Tathagata's skillful speech, thinking of no-self as Dharma, you fall into the lamp of the Dharma of delusion like a moth. What is called 'not attained by the Buddhas' means that the Buddhas, the Bhagavat of the past, passed away without having attained that all sentient beings do not have the essence of the Tathagata. The Buddhas, the Bhagavat of the present, also do not attain that all sentient beings do not have the realm of self. The Buddhas, the Bhagavat of the future, will also not attain that all sentient beings do not have the realm of sentient beings. The solitary Buddhas and Sravakas also do not attain, will not attain, and will not attain in the three times that all sentient beings do not have the essence of the Tathagata. The meaning of that verse is this. Furthermore, what is called 'not attained by all the Buddhas' means that the Buddhas, the Bhagavat of the past, even if they diligently searched for all dharmas, did not find the worldly self, as big as a thumb, as big as a mustard seed, rice grain, rapeseed, sesame seed, red, blue, yellow, white, short, long, very long, etc., burning in the heart and abiding. From 'Whatever is permanent, stable, and enduring, that self is like this.' The Buddhas and all the Sravakas did not attain these, and then attained enlightenment and preached to the living beings. This is the meaning of that verse. Gampo distinguishes in a reversed way, so it is not that meaning. What is called 'not attained by the Buddhas' means that the Buddhas, the Bhagavat of the past, made the essence of the Tathagata.
