and with fear and humility. Or, becoming wisdom is because, knowing all knowable things, knowing the sins I have committed, and their causes and all faults, but because of having great compassion, purifying our sins. Becoming the eye is because, it is a spy or it itself is also a witness, because for suffering sentient beings, it is a witness. It also knows the sins I have committed, and also knows whether one repents from the bottom of one's heart or only repents with false words. Therefore, it is the meaning of requesting a witness. Becoming valid is because, one is not confused about the reality of things, one is far from partiality and deception, and one does not lie in any situation, therefore one becomes valid. The saying "seeing with wisdom" appears in most versions, which is a slight error in the verb. If "wisdom" and "seeing" are separated, it corresponds to the Sanskrit, that is, knowing all such reality, and seeing all worldly dependent origination, and thereby practicing the perfect benefit of beings. Therefore, knowing that the sins committed enter the realm of reality without self-nature, and also knowing the way to enter, therefore, it is suitable as the ultimate object of offering pure things. Confession is saying, declaring that one has committed such and such sins, not hiding in the Sangha, and repentance is saying, fully accepting with regret for the sins, and saying that it is a fault. "Not concealing, not hiding" means that if those with the same meaning but different names are put together, because the mind of regret has power, the meaning is repeatedly stated. Or, confession is the essence or a brief statement, and the latter two are ways of distinguishing and elaborating, that is, the former ones do not conceal, and the latter ones do not hide. It is also explained in this way, and no contradiction is seen. Those are made in the past, and repented with a regretful mind like drinking poison. Cutting off and guarding in the future means that even if one faces the danger of life in the future, one will not commit such sins and make a determination. Cutting off is cutting off the previous continuum, and guarding is guarding the gates of the senses in that direction. The main method of preventing sins from falling is this alone. Without this, even if there seems to be regret and reproach, it is only seeming.

Therefore, it will not become the power of refutation. The third is the aggregate of complete dedication, which has three types: near dedication, vast dedication, and unsurpassed dedication. The first is: giving, even etc.: it is to dedicate all the roots of virtue arising from giving, and all the virtues of discipline that turn away from the misdeeds of body and speech, and celibacy, which is patience, and joy in virtue, and the virtues arising from calm abiding and insight. The second is: I, sentient beings, etc., all the practices of Bodhisattvas, are all included as a means to ripen sentient beings, so they are the uncommon practices of the Great Vehicle such as the six perfections and the four ways of gathering disciples. The root of virtue of the mind of enlightenment is: the aspiration and entering mind, which are the root of that practice, are truly generated, and the lineage is made familiar, and the mind of enlightenment, which is taken from love and compassion, is cultivated to equalize and exchange oneself and others. The unsurpassed wisdom is: the wisdom of emptiness, the emptiness of two, which is free from all elaborations, is the essence of the Thus-Gone One, and the yoga that focuses on it. Here, the unsurpassed wisdom that must be dedicated is the latter, and the Dharma realm that is the object of it must also be dedicated from a general perspective, because all virtues must be visualized as being one taste in the Dharma realm, and one must aspire to become the Dharmakaya of ultimate reality. If the Dharma realm is made the object of dedication, will it become an attachment to characteristics? Dedication must be established based on convention, and there is no difference from making merit the object of dedication, so it will not become an attachment to characteristics. Making the Dharma realm the object of dedication is also on the level of conventional consciousness, but in the ultimate sense, dedication itself is not established, so there will be no debate about whether the Dharma realm is the object of dedication. Even if the Dharma realm is dedicated, it will not be dedicated because of clinging to truth, so it will not become a dedication with the poison of the object. If it becomes a clinging to truth because it is thought to be the object of dedication, then it is the same as virtuous action, and a dedication without poison will be impossible. If the Dharma realm
