Clearly visualizing the ground, in front of each of those bodies, one also emanates one's own body-field, as many as there are dust particles in the world. All those bodies are highly revered, With palms joined and five limbs touching the ground, to all the victorious Buddhas, extremely or profoundly, in endless time, again and again or constantly, I prostrate. Why are the Buddhas called Victors? The sutra says: From the sins and non-virtuous dharmas, I arise with pride, therefore approaching, I am the Victor. Thus it is said. The necessity of prostrating with many bodies is, if prostrating with the thought of one action also has great benefit, what need is there to mention prostrating with limitless thought? Second, the prostration of the mind is: On one dust particle, as many Buddhas as there are dust particles, abide in the midst of the Buddha's sons. Thus, all the realms of Dharma without exception, imagine all to be filled with the victorious ones. On top of one extremely small dust particle, that is, in the place, as many Buddhas as there are dust particles in all the Buddha-fields abide, and not crowded or narrow. The Buddhas are also surrounded by their own sons, that is, the retinue of Bodhisattvas, and endowed with immeasurable offerings and adornments, abiding in the midst of the realms. Just as there are in one dust particle, so too all the realms of Dharma without exception, that is, just as the realms of Dharma pervade, so too all places pervaded by dust particles, Imagine all directions to be filled with many victorious ones, and cultivate supreme faith in them with the mind. Among them, the meaning of Buddha is, to dispel all that is unreasonable and to increase all wisdom. The meaning of calling a Bodhisattva a son is, a son born from the Dharma. That is, from the initial generation of the mind onwards, or as it is said in the Sutra of the Ten Bhumis of the Noble Ones: The Bodhisattvas who have attained the first bhumi are born into the lineage of the Thus-Gone Ones. As it is said, it means that the body, speech, and mind of the Thus-Gone Ones are the same in form. Many Buddhas abiding in one dust particle, etc., is how it appears to the dust particle in the meditative realm of a yogi, while for a beginner, it is merely faith and mental engagement.

The realm of wisdom of the Buddhas is also similar to this, because it is only the appearance of wisdom. It does not dwell in or make use of external dust, or merely the realm of meditative absorption, because dust and that realm do not exist in the face of ultimate wisdom. To establish the extent of pervasion by the Dharmadhatu means that it is impossible for there to be a place not pervaded by the Dharmadhatu. Although it appears as the sky pervades, this is the appearance to a Bodhisattva who has fully accomplished. This aspiration is also actually or excellently practiced from the first ground, and it is known that it is well accomplished from the eighth ground. Furthermore, in the ultimate definitive meaning, in wisdom itself, all the remaining Dharmadhatu manifestly appears as the mandala of the Tathagata. In this way, this is the Sugata-garbha equal to space, which is the realm of practice up to the attainment of the tenth ground. For Bodhisattvas below that, it is merely an object of faith. However, for beginners, believing in such a thing will bring about limitless results. The third is the homage of speech: Those inexhaustible oceans of praise, With all the sounds of the ocean of melodious branches, Praising all the qualities of all the Victorious Ones, I praise all the Sugatas. The so-called "praising the infinite Buddhas" is the first of the second meaning, that is, praising them. To those Buddhas who are visualized in the mind, praising and extolling the inexhaustible ocean of qualities, from all the doors of praise, praising in an inexhaustible, ocean-like manner. The perfect way of expressing it in speech, that is, with the five branches of melodious sound, etc., that is, with the limitless differences of beauty, etc., like the sound of the ocean, like the speech of the goddess Saraswati. In this way, praising all the qualities of all the Victorious Ones, I praise all those Sugatas. That is to say, in the presence of each Buddha who is equal to the Dharmadhatu, emanate bodies as many as the dust particles of the field, and with such bodies, at the feet of each Buddha
