Me. The great bliss mandala is attained through the path of bliss. May the unsurpassed enlightenment be attained through the kindness of the Lama! Among all dharmas, this is the most wondrous, this is the source of co-emergent joy. Taken by those like me who seek the essence, if there is good fortune, it can still be enjoyed. This is the chapter on the sadhana of the two-faced Vajravarahi, known as the Ma Gya Pal tradition. The Sadhana of Maitri Khachö. The Sadhana of Maitri Khachö. Namo Vidyadhara Vikili Vajra Yogini Mandalé Bhyaḥ! From the navel chakra arises a garland of electricity, melting like the rabbit-bearer (moon), blissfully filling. In the manifestation of this mind-light, the inner Vajra Yogini protects. Desiring to practice Vajravarahi, who is called the Vidhyadhara Mother, the Playful Mother, set up the inner offering in front, facing west. If practicing in common, it is sufficient to offer the torma mentally, except for the last session. When practicing only the last session or one session, it is crucial for beginners to actually set up the torma at this time. In any case, at the end of the recitation, it is necessary to perform a torma offering. With refuge and bodhicitta as the preliminary, instantly transform oneself into Vajra Yogini. With the left ring finger, draw the Dharma source triangle on the inner offering, Om Ah Hum. In the center, Vaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:Vaṃ) becomes an ocean of nectar. With the right ring finger, sprinkle nectar on the palm of the left hand and the tips of the thumb, etc., Om Vaṃ, Haṃ Yaṃ, Hrīṃ Moṃ, Hrīṃ Hrīṃ, Hūṃ Hūṃ, Phaṭ Phaṭ. Bring the hands together, and the letters dissolve into light in their respective places and merge. Om Ah Hum, thus tasting the nectar. Om Ah Hum, thus making bindus in the three places. Then, purifying into emptiness, either by gathering into a ball or dissolving afterward, in any case, as a beginner, the thirty-six constituents of one's own body, the five senses of eye, ear, nose, tongue, and body, the five actions of speech, hands, feet, excrement, and urine, although inherently pure, other than that, all the constituents of sentient beings in the six realms, the wheel of karma, afflictions, and suffering, must be led into the path of enlightenment. From the Vaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:Vaṃ) in the heart radiates light, the outer and inner worlds of the three realms dissolve into light and merge into oneself. One's own two feet merge into the two thighs, then into the abdomen, then into the waist.

It also dissolves into the heart. The two hands dissolve into the shoulders. It also dissolves into the heart. It dissolves into the throat. It dissolves into the head. It also dissolves into the mind. The mind itself also dissolves into the sky. The sky also dissolves into the clear light of its own nature. From the state of emptiness, in an instant, it arises. Or, in the realm of the Dharma origin of space, from the syllable Vaṃ (Tibetan: བཾ་, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, Literal meaning: Vaṃ) residing on a lotus and sun disc. One's own self transforms into the body of the Blessed Mother Vajravarahi, the Vidyadhara's playful form, possessing an extremely red luster like a hibiscus flower. One face, two arms, bared fangs, with a wrathful, wrinkled face turned upwards. Three red, round eyes gazing upwards. Black hair loose and flowing downwards. The left hand holds a skull cup filled with nectar, embracing the left leg from the armpit and lifting it upwards, with a stream of nectar flowing into the mouth. The right hand holds a five-pronged vajra, pointing towards the heel of the right foot. The right leg is slightly extended in a flying posture. A garland of Nagkesar flowers is held in the left hand. Naked, without any ornaments, residing in the midst of blazing flames of wisdom. In each place, on a moon seat. At the navel, from Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Oṃ) Vaṃ (Tibetan: བཾ་, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, Literal meaning: Vaṃ) red Vajravarahi, up to the nature of Caṇḍālī, armor is donned. From the place of one's own nature, all the deities of Vajravarahi, Phet (Tibetan: ཕཻཾ།, Devanagari: फें, Romanized Sanskrit: pheṃ, Literal meaning: Phet). Jaḥ (Tibetan: ཛཿ, Devanagari: जः, Romanized Sanskrit: jaḥ, Literal meaning: Jaḥ) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) Vaṃ (Tibetan: བཾ་, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, Literal meaning: Vaṃ) Hoḥ (Tibetan: ཧོཿ, Devanagari: ह:, Romanized Sanskrit: hoḥ, Literal meaning: Hoḥ). From the Vaṃ (Tibetan: བཾ་, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, Literal meaning: Vaṃ) at the heart, rays of light emanate, inviting the five families of empowerment deities to the sky in front. Recite "Oṃ Abhiṣiñcatu Māṃ Sarva Tathāgata." Upon making this request, the empowerment deities recite, "As I was born, bestow auspicious Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ)," and bestow empowerment with the water of the vase. The body is filled, impurities are cleansed, and the remaining water overflows upwards, transforming into Akshobhya as the crown ornament. Offerings are made from Arghaṃ to Shapta. Praise is offered with two shlokas, such as "Glorious Vajra Dakini." In brief, in the usual practice, it is permissible even without the blessing of hand mudras. The crown ornament is meditated upon as naturally arising. It is also permissible to omit the offerings and praises. The completion stage is: At the navel, within the six-pointed Dharma origin, visualize the Vaṃ (Tibetan: བཾ་, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, Literal meaning: Vaṃ) syllable mantra garland on the moon, along with the four joys in the four directions. Visualize it spinning violently to the left. At the eyebrow, visualize a single joy. At the secret place, visualize only the Dharma origin spinning.
