་དུར་ཁྲོད་རྣམས་ནས། ཞིང་སྐྱོང་སྟོབས་འཕྲོག་དབང་པོ་ཞལ་བཞི་པ་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པ་ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ སྔོན་ཚེ་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་གི་སྤྱན་སྔ་རུ། །གཏུམ་པོ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ཇི་ལྟར་ཁས་བླངས་བཞིན། །འཕྲིན་ལས་རྣམ་བཞིའི་ལས་ལ་སྤྱན་འདྲེན་ན། །སངས་རྒྱས་བསྟན་པ་བསྲུང་ཕྱིར་གཤེགས་སུ་གསོལ། ཨོཾ་མཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་ཀཱ་ལ་བི་ཀཱ་ལ་ར་ཏྲི་ཏ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ། ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་ཨེ་ཧྱེ་ཧི། ཛཿཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿ པདྨ་ཀ་མ་ལ་ཡེ་སྟྭཾ། ཞེས་པ་ནས། རྒྱས་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། གྱི་བར་གུར་ལྕམ་དྲལ་གྱི་གཏོར་ཆོག་བཞིན་ལས། ཨོཾ་ཤྲཱི་མཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་མཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལི་དེ་ཝི་ཞེས་པའི་ཚབ་ཏུ། ཨོཾ་མཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་ཀཱ་ལ་བི་ཀཱ་ལ་ར་ཏྲི་ཏ༴ཞེས་འདོན་པ་སྤོ། དམ་ཚིག་གི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་རྡོ་རྗེ་རྩེ་ལྔ་པའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་འཆིང་བ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ། གཏོར་མ་འབུལ་བའི་སྔགས་ནི། ཨོཾ་མཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་ཀཱ་ལ་བི་ཀཱ་ལ་ར་ཏྲི་ཏ། ཌོཾ་བྷི་ནི། ཙཎྜ་ལི། རཀྵ་སི། སིང་ག་ལི། དེ་བཱི་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་བྷྱཿ ན་མཿསརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་བྷྱོཿསོགས་ལན་གསུམ་གྱིས་ཕུལ། ཨརྒྷཾ་སོགས་ཀྱི་ཕྱི་མཆོད་བྱ། ནང་མཆོད་ཀྱི་སྐབས་སྙིང་པོའི་མཐར་འབྲུ་གསུམ་བཏགས་པས་འབུལ་ལོ། །བསྟོད་འཕྲིན་ནི། ཧཱུཾ། ཡོན་ཏན་མྱུར་རྫོགས་དངོས་གྲུབ་མངའ་བའི་ལྷ། །མ་ལུས་རྨད་བྱུང་ཕན་པའི་དགོངས་པ་ཅན། །འཕྲིན་ལས་རྣམ་བཞིས་བདུད་དཔུང་ཚར་གཅོད་པའི། །ལེགས་ ལྡན་ནག་པོ་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་ལ་འདུད། །མི་རྟོག་དབྱིངས་ལས་ཐུགས་རྗེས་སྐུར་བཞེངས་ཤིག །འབྱུང་བ་གུར་ཆེན་བརྩེགས་པའི་གཞལ་ཡས་ནས། །བདེ་གཤེགས་བཀའ་ཡི་སྲུང་མ་དམ་ཚིག་ཅན། །རྡོ་རྗེ་ནག་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་དབྱིངས་ནས་བཞེངས། །དཔལ་ལྡན་དབང་ལྡན་སྲིད་གསུམ་དབང་བསྒྱུར་ཞིང༌། །མཆེ་བ་གཙིགས་ཤིང་མཆུ་འཕྱང་ཤུགས་ཆེ་བ། །སྒྲ་སྒྲོག་དྲིལ་བུའི་འཕྲེང་བས་བརྒྱན་པ་ཡི། །གདོང་བཞི་ལྡན་ཁྱོད་ཏེ་སེའི་ཞིང་སྐྱོང་མཛད། །རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་སྤྱན་སྔ་རུ། །བསྟན་པ་བསྲུང་བར་ཞལ་བཞེས་པའི། །ནག་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་ཞལ་བཞི་པ། །ཡུམ་ཆེན་སྲིང་མོ་བཞི་དང་བཅས། །ཤ་ཆེན་ཟན་དང་མེ་ཏོག་སྤོས། །ཆང་ཕུད་ཤ་ཁྲག་དག་གིས་མཆོད། །རྒྱལ་བའི་བསྟན་པ་སྐྱོང་བ་དང༌། །བཅོལ་པའི་འཕྲིན་ལས་གྲུབ་པར་མཛོད། །ཅེས་འཕྲིན་ལས་བཅོལ། ལྔ་པ་མགྲོན་སྣ་ཚོགས་ལ་འབུལ་བ་ལས། དང་པོར་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཕོ་ཉ་མོ་མཁའ་འགྲོ་མ་རྣམས་ལ། ཐུན་མོང་མ་ཡིན་པའི་གཏོར་མ་འབུལ་བ་ནི། རྡོ་རྗེའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་བཅས་ལ། ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ་ཧོཿ བཛྲ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ས་པ་རི་བཱ་ར་བྷྱཿ ཨི་དམ། བ་ལིཾ། གནྡྷཾ། པུཥྤཾ།

From the charnel grounds, I invite the powerful four-faced Lord who seizes the fields, along with his retinue. Om Vajra Samaja. In the past, before Vajradhara, how did you, wrathful one, make a promise? To invoke you for the actions of the four activities, I request you to come to protect the Buddha's teachings. Om Mahakala Kala Vikala Ratrita Hum Phet. Retinue, come, come! Jah Hum Bam Hoh. Lotus, abide like a lotus! From "Thus requested" to "Please accomplish greatly," like the Torma ritual of the Guru siblings. Replace "Om Shri Mahakala Mahakali Devi" with "Om Mahakala Kala Vikala Ratrita" and recite. The mudra of the vow is the mudra of the five-pronged vajra. Similarly, the mantra for offering the Torma is: Om Mahakala Kala Vikala Ratrita. Dom Bhini. Chandali. Rakshasi. Singhali. Devi retinue, homage! All Tathagatas, etc., offer by reciting three times. Perform external offerings such as water offerings. From the realm of non-discrimination, manifest a body with compassion, from the palace of great stacked tents of the elements, from the oath-bound protector of the Sugata's command, the Vajra Black Great One arises from the realm. Glorious and powerful, controlling the three realms, baring fangs, with a trembling lower lip, immensely powerful, adorned with a string of sounding bells, with four faces, you are the field protector of Deshek. In front of the fully enlightened Buddha, you promised to protect the teachings, Black Great One, four-faced one, together with the four great mother sisters, I offer great meat balls and flower incense, as well as pure wine and blood. May you protect the teachings of the Victorious Ones and accomplish the entrusted tasks. Thus entrust the task. Fifth, offering to various guests, first, to the Vajra messenger Dakini hostesses, offering the uncommon Torma, with the Vajra mudra, recite: Om Ah Hum Hoh Vajra Dakini retinue, this Torma, incense, flower.
